The police force had been investigating sasaeng fans and they've been sending undercovers to investigate and track these sasaengs to be jailed after some serious cases had been happening lately. Just to appease the angry celebrities' fans who want something to be done to the kids that have been invading privacy of their oppas and unnies. Surely the police have more actual business to be settled, but for the image, they'd be finding a few targets.
It's unfortunate that this girl had to plan such a thing as a five minute kidnap of her idol just to have some time together and some so called great experience of her life.
