Author's note: This is the part 2 of 'Masquerade Ball' so I recommand re-reading it if you can't remember the story anymore!

As the yellow-dress-girl (Moonbyul had decided to call her that for she wasn't paying attention to the announcement due to the appearance of the girl) descended the steps, she looked around the ballroom and what Moonbyul feared happened. Their eyes met, a jolt of electricity running through Moonbyul's body before Yellow-dress-girl's eyes flickered away again, all emotion hidden behind the gold mask covering her eyes, lips clasped in a tight straight line. Although this wasn't the first time seeing this girl, Moonbyul could not help but to keep staring at the girl, captivated by her beauty. Maybe it was due to the fact that she had seen her mask-less face, but all Moonbyul wanted to do was the rip that mask away, and ask the girl to proudly show her face to the world. Her eyes followed the girl's every action, from the way she stepped down from the last step and took a small but still graceful bow in front of everyone to how she instantly moved to the side of the ballroom once the mini orchestra started playing their music again. "Byul-ah. Byul-ah! Yah Moon ByulE! Yoohoo! Anyone home?!" Finally. Moonbyul was broken out of her trance as she turned to face her friend. "Uh sorry unnie. What did you say?" She said sheepishly, embarrassed that her unnie caught her in that state. "Uh... that's not important! What's more important now is whose that girl? Why are you so interested in that rich kid Jung Wheein? Found your crush after god-knows-how-long?" She teased, wriggling her eyebrows at the last question. Moonbyul said nothing, but the dusty pink flushed that appeared on her cheek and the way she quickly turned away from the older girl told her everything. "OMG REALLY? You like her?! Oh. My. God. Moon ByulE! My best friend~~ finally! You, my friend, has finally gotten herself a life. Oh I feel so proud. Go get her tiger!" Yongsun squealed overdramatically. Hitting her embarrassing friend's back in an attempt to stop her from further disgracing any of them, Moonbyul dragged her back to the now familiar corner of the ballroom. Its true. Moonbyul fancied the girl. It wasn't a big crush, she just found the girl interesting, and she knew she had no chance with her, especially after what happened in the garden earlier. "Kim Yongsun shut up for awhile!" She harshly whispered as the said girl was wiping fake tears off her face. Moonbyul couldn't help but to roll her eyes at the sight, not knowing how she could stand the constantly over-dramatic friend. Finally, the girl calmed down, though a knowing smirk was left to remain on her face. "Okay unnie. Stay here. Enjoy yourself! I'll be back in 15 minutes and we'll go back to my place okay? See you!" Moonbyul rushed out before leaving the confused girl there, running out of the ballroom. She leaned against the wall right beside the door, hand over her erratically beating heart, wondering what on earth she had just admitted to. Her? Liking someone? That was a first. Yeah, you read correctly. In her 20 years of life, this was Moon ByulE's first crush. Call her weird or what, but she suffered/suffers from an anxiety problem, and never got to know people well enough to ever.. you know, crush on them. At this moment the door beside her creaked open, and, feeling panicked, Moonbyul ran to the only other area she knew in the mansion.

Pushing open the glass doors leading to the garden, the chilly night sky nipped at her already covered arms, the temperature dropping a lot from when she was outside a mere one hour ago. She walked down the paved walkway to the bench she was sitting on previously, looking only at the night sky. The sky had also darkened significantly, tonight's full moon standing even more than it did just now. The bodyguard-like stars that surrounded it dotted the sky, making the sight so much more beautiful. Moonbyul settled down in her seat, lips starting to shiver from the cold. She basked in the peacefulness of  the garden and sighed in content, perfectly fine with the thought of spending 15 minutes in this garden. As though the earth heard her and just wanted to mess with her, the creaky door that she just entered not Long ago opened and she subconsciously clenched her teeth together, irritated that she jinxed herself. Waiting to see if just maybe, the intruder would leave after seeing someone already there, Moonbyul just sat there on the bench, senses heightened to hopefully follow whoever it was without looking. Apparently God just loves to when she heard footsteps not walking back out of the garden but instead approaching her from behind. When Moonbyul heard a soft "hey you," from that person, she thought the world could not get any meaner, and cursed under her breath, her hands starting to shake not from the cold but at the thought of having to converse with someone neither her family nor Yongsun. Having no choice since the question was obviously directed at her, she stood up and pivoted on her heel while dusting her dress pants off, letting out a shaking "y..yes?" To her surprise, Yellow-dress Girl was the one who was standing behind her, face still covered by the i

Chapter 25: Woohoo! Thank you for writing this for Mamamoo's 4th anniversary~ I like the fact that this chapter is about them reminiscing the most memorable past.

Oo wow, I wouldn't have known that Wheein's memory was an actual one if you hadn't mentioned it at the end. (A fail fan here: I haven't finished watching Secret Unnie >.<) Knowing that it's really what Wheein went though, it makes this story more melancholic. She's been through so much these past 4 years (and more). That shade though ahaha: 'This group was her dream group, there was no other group that she could every try being in apart from this one- albeit a better name could've been chosen, but she takes what she can get.' I like how amidst the worries and concerns she had after their debut performances, she still looked at the positive side which kept her going.

I really like how Hwasa's memories is basically of Wheein, but it's inevitable since they spent almost all their lives together. Hwasa's memory is too cute. (Have you watched the Life Bar episode where Wheesa appeared on it? They did say that they probably know each other more than their parents do!) It's nice that Hwasa appreciates the contrasting personalities she and Wheein have. It definitely made their friendship more meaningful.

Byul's memory is just so full of insecurities that it hurts reading it. Another shade there ahaha: 'Yes, for the first time, she was in her own house.' - I choked a little! I love the way you ended Byul's memory with this line: 'They had made a moment she would have wanted to forget, into a moment she knew she had to remember for the rest of her life, and she didn't know how to repay them.' I'm so glad that her members didn't leave her alone to her thoughts and insecurities.

Of course Solar's memory would be linked to her role as the leader. I think in general, throughout all of their memories, no matter how different they are, it all comes back to the main point on how the four of them stuck through everything together. They became each other's supports whether or not they know it. They stepped up to the occasion when they're needed to do so, and seeing how the four of them recognised this fact makes my heart feel warm.

Just two comments on your writing: I felt that the ending was rather abrupt, seeing how there's an introduction paragraph but not an ending one. Also, most of the paragraphs are rather lengthy. The paragraphs could be split to become shorter ones so that it's easier to be read.

Thank you very much for writing this! :)

Chapter 24: Comments for Teasing: Ugh Byul's such a loser ahahahah but aww I like how heartwarming this story is at the end. That last paragraph is everything! Interesting that we get to see the different reactions of the members. For some reason through their reaction I could feel their love for Byul too, expressed in their own ways. :') I get the feeling Byul is certain of her members' love for her, and so she was comfortable teasing them. :') (Also, I can almost hear Yongsun's "ISANGHAE!" haha!)
Comments for The Sun: I am such a er for imagery and I think you've beautifully brought out the actual sun/Yongsun imagery through Byul's POV. I really like how when the sun is not visible being covered by rain clouds, another sun appears to bring light to Byul's life. Seems like this story isn't complete though! I guess we'll never know what happens between Byul and Yongsun. Interesting how I could hear Byul's turmoil.
Thank you for this update! :)

Chapter 23: Welcome back! I enjoyed reading both stories.
In Lucky, I really liked seeing how greasy Byul can be at one point, and the next moment she becomes very sincere.
Azegag is too cute and funny xD

Chapter 23: Nooo :'(
I like how you wrote Byulyi's answer as one whole chunk and making it sound forced. Seemed like she has been feeling that way for a long time :/
Hope the rest supports Hyejin as well, especially if she continues having that image of Byul in her head :/
