CHAPTER – 12

Jessica POV

“ I hope you not get lost trying to find my address. “ I said after I get into his car and he driving away somewhere.

“ Oh no, don’t worry, I have friend who live around here so I practically know where to go. “ he smile as he glance at me.

Taeyeon insist to pick me up even after I said he can just tell me where we go and we meet there. He said if he tells where we go then it will be no surprise anymore.

“ Where are we going? “ I ask him again once he drive through highway that lead us to Incheon airport. “ You not gonna kidnapped me right? “

He just laugh at my silly question and give me mysterious yet dorky smirk, “ You will see, anyway, do you like sushi? “ he ask casually as keep driving. I nod my head confuse but before I know anything else, we end up having dinner at Japanese restaurant ..

In Tokyo.

“ Who are you? “ I squint my eyes at him after we sit at one of table there. Taeyeon just smile after he order a bottle of finest wine and give me the menu.

“ What do you mean? “ he chuckles as he look at me.

“ Come on, you take me to Tokyo at our first date, riding your own private jet, you seems to know the half of people in this restaurant.. “ I paused as I still squint my eyes on him, “ Are you some kind of lost prince or something? “

He laugh his trademark laugh at my last sentence. “ You and your imagination, now I can see where all the story coming from. “ he tease me and makes me smile sheepishly at that.

“ So what do you do? “ I throw him another question after the chef come out and greeting us, mostly to Taeyeon actually, then explain his dishes that he prepare special for us.

“ I’m photographer. “ he said and sip his wine before wipe his lips with the napkins. Gosh he so y when he do that! Jeez get grip Jessica!

“ Really? How can photographer have their own private jet? “ I ask confuse. It might sound rude but I really curious about him.

“ Well, “ he paused a moment before continue, “ I’m really really good photographer~ “ luckily he laugh at my question. “ Don’t worry about my job, I assure you what I do is something legal. “ he smile at me and I finally drop my question even though I still so curious.

“ Are you grew up in Seoul? “ he ask me after we finished our food and now enjoying a chocolate cake as dessert.

I shake my head while busy from my fork. Gosh I’m such a pig, but damn this is delicious.

“ I was born in San Fransisco but my family go back to Korea when I was in middle school. “ I explain.

“ Is that why your name Jessica? So I guess you have Korean name then? “

I nod my head, “ It’s Sooyeon. “ I said shyly because I never allowed anyone else beside my family and best friend calling me with that name.

“ Sooyeon.. “ Taeyeon said it slowly and it sound so perfect coming from his lips. “ That’s very nice name. “ he smile at me before add, “ and rhyme with my name so I like it more than ‘Jessica’. “

I rolled my eyes and chuckles at his tempt to using cheesy pick up line.

“ And what’s your parents do. “ he ask again and I take a breath before answer it. The question about my parents is always sensitive for me.

“ My mom’s working at finance  and my dad .. “ I paused as I look down
