CHAPTER - 10

Sunny POV

“ Umma ~ I’m going out! “ I shout as I put on my shoes and ready to go. My hands already open the front door when my mother’s voice stop me.

“ Wait honey, where are you going? “

“ I have French class today, why? “ I look at her confuse because she never ask before.

“ Could you wait little bit more? “ she gave me sweet smile that makes me suddenly feel suspicious.

What she up too..?

I cringe my nose and close the door before ask again, “ Why? “

“ Sooyoung said he will drive you there.  “ she said while smile widely as she mention his name.

“ How did he know my schedule? “ I squint my eyes on my mother. I knew she have something to do with it.

“ Oh he did not. I told him. “ she said proudly.

I knew it!

“ Okay first, you shouldn’t tell my schedule to stranger! And second, the class start in an hour! I will be late! “ I said as I groan frustrated.

Gosh she unbelievable!

“ He’s not stranger. “ my mother wave her hand impatiently at my remake before continue, “ He’s your fiancé. And Sooyoung said he’s on the way already. Honey you should try to relax. “

I can’t! Not when you still tell me how I supposed to live my life!

I groan again before walk back inside, “ Fine! But I'll leave if he not come in 15 minutes! “

Luckily he come faster than that.

“ Annyeonghaseyo. “ he bows at my mother as soon as she open door for him, but I don’t give them chance to have any conversation as I grab my bag and drag him back outside.

“ Let’s go, I’m late. “

“ What? “ he looks confused as he walk backward and try not trip on his own feet.

I sigh and stop, “ Umma said you want drive me to my schedule. So let’s go. “ I said before walk to his car.

“ I am? “ he still root on his feet as he glance at my mother who wave her hand frantically from front door before quickly follow inside the car.

“ Your mother is scary. “ he said as we drive away.

“ Tell me about it. “ I sigh and look outside window.

We drive in silent for couple minute when he making a sudden break, that makes me almost hit the windshield. Lucky I wore the seatbelt, thanks for Seohyun who always remind me every time I ride car.

“ Yah! Do you want to die?! “

“ Sorry, sorry! I miss the turn. “ he quickly reverse the car but only got a dozen horn from another car behind. I can see how he try not to panic as he finally able to move the car again before safely make a u-turn.

“ How can you get your license again? “

“ Hey, I’m excellent driver, thank you. “ he said  before second later he make another sudden break. “ Akh ackh ackh, motorcycle.. “

I just look forward and pretend he not beside me. Seriously, this guy .. how can my mom choose him for me? From thousand guy in South Korea, why him?

“ You missed the place. “ I said deadpan as I notice he drive straight instead turn left to where my schedule place.

“ Really? This GPS is weird. “ he mumble as he make another sudden break and turn around.

I look out of window before close my eyes.

“ I pick you up? “ Sooyoung ask me when we finally arrived at the place.

“ Don’t bother. “ I answer him quickly before slam the door close.

Tiffany POV

“ Fany ah? Do you want extra cash? “

I just finished my class when Bora call me and offer me to be intern at M magazine. Of course I said yes, it’s my dream to working at one of best magazine in South Korea.

“ M magazine will celebrate their 17th birthday next month. We need a lot of people and help for the event. So If you free at 23th next month, I will put your name on list as intern, how is that sound? “

I quickly look at my schedule for next month on my notebook. The exam will happen in first weeks so I’m pretty much free at the end of month.

“ Alright I take the job.  “ I said to Bora who’s waiting on the other line.

“ Cool! I will sent the detail and ticket at your email okay? “ she said again.

“ Ticket for what? “ I ask confuse.

“ Plane! We going to Bali babe ~ wohoo! “ Bora scream before hang up the phone.

“ Wait what?! “

Tuut .. tuut .. tuut..

That girl never mention that we will travel around.

I shake my head and chuckles as walk out of my campus to my car. I suddenly feel so excited about the internship. It mean new adventure and new experience. Free travel to one of beautiful place in this world, only a bonus. I just love meeting new people and making a lot co
