The sun rose slowly over the small town turning the sky from an ugly grey colour into a vibrant orange. Birds started to chirp as the bright sun lit up the small little world. Meanwhile, somewhere in the small town, a small boy slept under white sheets as his alarm clock slowly counted down.

5, 4,3,2,1

bringggggggg

the small boy didn't move, he seemed oblivious to the thundering rings of his alarm clock- that was until-

“Lulu, get your lazy out of bed!” another boy with dark brown stormed into the room, still in his PJs. The sleeping boy supposedly called “Lulu” didn’t move.

“Lu, what is wrong with you?” the dark haired boy walked to the bed, turned off the alarm clock and pulled the sheets away, “Luhan if you don’t get up-!” the other boy was close to raging,

“I’m up Xiumin” Luhan mumbled, as he sat up slowly,

“finally” the dark haired boy named Xiumin exclaimed as Luhan got up and stumbled over to the bathroom, “you have 20 minutes” Xiuming added before leaving.

“ok” was all Luhan said before he closed the door. Luhan took one look at himself and cringed, he had a lot of work to do.

“Xiuminnnnnn” after closing Luhan’s door, Xiumin found himself being hugged by another boy

“Good morning to you Chen” Xiumin laughed as he gave the other boy a small hug,

“can we have pancakes?” Chen asked rubbing his eyes,

“of course” Xiumin replied and smiled when Chen immediately perked up,

“alrighty then!” Chen exclaims,

“go change, or you’re going to be late” Xiumin jokeed as he pointed to Chen’s grey pjs

“fine” Chen stuck out his tongue and walked away complaining about why society deemed it unacceptable to wear pjs outside of the house.

(meanwhile)

“this is ridiculous” Luhan desperately tried to get his hair to not stick up, he was standing in front of the mirror in his school uniform.

“the last thing I need is to have hair that makes me look like I did the dirty thing” he sighed

“if you left it like that maybe Oh Sehun would notice you” a voice behind Luhan teased

“Baekhyun!” Luhan snaped out his little I’m-talking- to-myself moment, and pouted at the reflection of the pink haired boy who just spoke,

“come on Lulu you know I’m right” Baekhyun giggled, while adjusting his tie. Luhan felt his face heat up at the idea of Sehun seeing him like this.

“Lulu, you’re hair really shouldn’t be the cause of your worries. If you leave the house like this right now, everyone will believe it” Baekhyun pointed to Luhan’s untucked shirt, loosened tie, and disheveled hair,

“but it’s senior year, so take some risks.” Baekhyun added with a small wink.

And with that Baekhyun skiped out of the room leaving a bright red Luhan to his imagination.

“this is ridiculous” whispered Luhan again, but this time he’s tucking in his shirt. With one last glance he walked out of the room, turning off the light. He left his hair untouched.

“So, I’m assuming you’re going with the bad boy persona today” Chen commented on Luhan’s outfit. Everyone in the car turned to look at the small doe eyed boy. Luhan was sporting new sunglasses while wearing his blazer ed, shirt ruffled, and tie loosely tied. As surprising as this was for the other 3 boys in the car, the best part was the fact that his hair was messily swept to one side.

“finally changing it up” Baekhyun snickered “maybe you’ll get some this year”

“shut it Baek” Luhan snaped as he slowly turns pink.

“oh stop teasing him” Xiumin exclaimed, as he turns the car into the student parking lot, “he looks fine”

“our little Lulu has grown up!” Chen exclaimed, and everyone noded in agreement as they get out of the car.

As the other boys climbed out of the car, Luhan had already gone around and opened up the trunk to grab his soccer bag,

“Lulu, look at who’s checking you out” Baekhyun whispered, as Luhan was dragging his hand through this hair. Luhan paused and he took a deep breath. After dragging his hand through this hair all the way, Luhan turned around nonchalantly, and saw a tall dark haired boy staring at him. Luhan blinked

once,

twice,

three times

and then looked away.  

“He’s going to have to do more than check me out” Luhan responded, as he swung his bag over his shoulder, slammed the trunk door down and strutted away- leaving Baekhyun with a stunned look on his face.
