Guardian Angel
Haneul smiled and took a sip out of her coffee. She could tell that the guys were curious and it was killing them but she wanted to keep them like that for a few minutes. Ji Chang started to crack his knuckles and he usually does that when he was nervous or curious. Ji Hoon looked at Haneul and then at Jong Suk in hopes that Jong Suk would give him a hint, but nothing.
Jong Suk had no idea so she just shrugged his shoulders and shook his head. They guys have no choice but to wait. She got up and walked over to the window and fixed the curtains, before turning around and just looking at them. She had a smile on her face and the guys were even more confused. They wondered what was up.
"Out with it already." Ji Chang said and picked up his cup of coffee...
Haneul chuckled a little as if she was waiting for his reaction.
"If Oppa is an angel..." She paused and looked at them for a moment before she continued.
A slight smile appeared on her face as she confirmed her theory. Of course, she could have asked Jong Suk if the guys knew but she didn't want to. She wanted to do this on her own.
"So I was wondering what are you?" She placed her index finger on her chin.
At that moment Ji Hoon almost choked on his coffee and Ji Chang patted him on the back. He put his cup down and wiped off the coffee from his mouth and his pants. He wasn't ready for it this soon, but he figured Jong Suk let the cat out of the bag. He looked at Jong Suk and tilted his head to the side. That was a big risk.
"I'm the Devil." Ji Hoon then said as he tried to get rid of the stain on his pants.
"I'm an Angel." Ji Chang said with a tremble in his voice.
Haneul stopped in her tracks and looked at Ji Chang. She was expecting him to say human, but he didn't. With all that she had learned recently, she thought that nothing could surprise her, but she was just proven wrong.
"We are blood-related, so how is that possible?" She asked.
An inner voice told her that maybe it's best not to know, but she has to know. Ji Chang looked at her for a second and nodded his head.
"Alright. I'll tell you what I know." He said.
"Thank you." She sat down.

"The birth of your daughter has brought everyone in danger." A male voice said.
Ji Chang was outside the room and he was listening to his father talk to someone. Even though he was young he was able to understand what was going on. His parents didn't talk about it in front of him but from time to time he would overhear some conversations they had. He now understood why their mom was crying and why she kept asking for a different solution.
"Is there another way that doesn't require taking away her powers?" He heard his mom say.
"Yes, there is." The male said again.
"How?" Their dad asked.
"By killing her." He replied.
Ji Chang peeked into the room and he saw his mom on her knees. He wanted to run inside and hug his mom but he knew he couldn't do that.
"Alright, we'll take away her powers." Their dad said.
"But remember, she is never to find out about the real truth, or it will be her end." The male said.

Jong Suk's and Ji Hoon's jaws dropped and they didn't know that. To them from the very start she was introduced as a human and nothing gave them a reason to doubt it. But it was logical as to why once the powers are gone everything changes. Thankfully Haneul was a baby so she doesn't remember the pain. Jong Suk heard that it was very painful when powers are being removed. He sighed and shook his head.
There were still some unanswered questions. What went wrong? Why was she sent away all of a sudden? How come her dad allowed Jong Suk's father to lock her up? What was his plan? Why? Why? Why? Jong Suk's mind was going crazy now and he was a bit confused. Ji Chang was now silent and it was difficult for him to continue. Haneul got up and walked over to her brother.
She put her hand on his shoulder and just nodded her head. She was letting him know that it was alright and that she understands. In all honesty, she didn't know how she felt after hearing the story. S
