Kihyun sighed. "Okay, what's with the sad little puppy dog face?"

"You said you'd introduce me and you sort of just shoved me away when she came," Changkyun replied, throwing his hands up in frustration. "You totally had a chance, but you ended up flirting with her. I thought you said you weren't messing around with her."   Kihyun raised an eyebrow. "We weren't flirting. That's- look, that's just the way we talk to each other. I thought we decided you were too young and immature for her."   Changkyun gave him a look. Kihyun treated him like a child, but who was the real kid here? "I'm just asking for you to introduce me to her," he said lightly. "That's all."   Kihyun pressed his lips in. He didn't want to drop his pride, for a toddler no less, but it seemed like Changkyun wasn't going to give up. Kids like him had a lot of energy. Now how was he going to make this work so he'd get something in return?    Right. Perfect plan.    "Okay, I'll introduce you to her under one condition," Kihyun replied, giving Changkyun a direct look. Changkyun nodded with focus and Kihyun continued. "You throw a huge party, she and I come, and I'll introduce you there. And don't get any cheap stuff. She only likes your finest."   Actually, Kihyun didn't know if you were picky or not. That part was just for him.    "I'm not old enough," Changkyun interrupted, shaking his head quickly. "What do I do about that?"   Kihyun sighed. "Find someone, I guess. I don't know. That's not my problem."   "Can you buy it for me?" Changkyun asked hopefully. "I'll give you the money. I'll even come with you if you want. I don't have any friends old enough."   Kihyun squinted in thought before finally nodding. "Fine. Work's boring anyway."         ///         Changkyun looked over at Kihyun. "You know, for someone so cool, I thought you'd at least have a car."   "The bus is more efficient," Kihyun countered, giving him a dry look. "Besides, there is always a lot of hot girls on the bus."   Changkyun looked around the bus. There was an old lady, a few businessmen, and some lady who did look pretty, but she was pregnant so that didn't seem appropriate to classify as hot. He looked back at Kihyun. "Where are they? I don't see any."   Kihyun squinted, irritated that he was still talking. "You scared them all away."   Changkyun sighed before turning back around in his seat. "So what should I talk to her about? I was thinking if I talked about something we have in common, then it'll be easier to talk."   Kihyun gave him a weird look before taking the time to think. What did he know about you? You were a model, you didn't like some of your family, and you liked being friends with someone before dating. Oh, you also liked musicians, but he wasn't going to mention that. None of those were good conversation topics.    He shook his head. "I don't know. Talk to her about whatever you want. You shouldn't need to know anything about her to charm her."   Changkyun nodded. "Noted."   Kihyun almost rolled his eyes. This guy didn't stand a chance.        ///       You opened your apartment door and gasped. "Jesus Christ. You scared me."   "Sorry," Shownu replied, taking a safe step back. "Just wanted to know if you wanted to hang out. Wonho has labs the entire day, so I'm bored."   "What about Minhyuk and Kihyun?" you asked.    "Oh, Minhyuk's here, too," Shownu replied, pointing his thumb over his shoulder. "Kihyun's at work."   You almost didn't notice Minhyuk. His brown coat and brown hair perfectly matched the color of the wall. He looked up from his phone and waved stiffly.    You snorted. "Sorry, I didn't see you. You blend in with the wall."   Minhyuk frowned and Shownu laughed. "That's what I always tell him when he wears that. Anyway, Minhyuk's kind of... you know... stale," he whispered that part, "so we always hang out in threes when he's included. We were wondering if you wanted to be out third."   You sighed, giving him an apologetic smile. "Sorry, I have a modeling job to do. I would-"   "Great!" Shownu blurted immediately, looking excited. "We'll come with you. I've always wanted to see what it's like at a photoshoot."   You looked over at Minhyuk and he shrugged. He wasn't paying attention at all, but he thought a shrug could be a decent answer for anything.    You looked back at Shownu and sighed. Again, how could you say no to him? "Okay, but if anyone asks, you're my assistants."   Shownu grinned and nodded. "Okay, but if they do ask, I'm the helpless bumbling one who can't be trusted to do anything right, but at the same time I'm so endearing you can't bring yourself to fire me. Minhyuk's the one who pulls all of the weight, and he doesn't care, because he likes being in charge."   Minhyuk furrowed his eyebrows as he straightened. He only caught the last part, and immediately regretted not paying more attention. "Wait, what?"       ///       Kihyun made Changkyun push the shopping cart, while he perused the alcohol section. He grabbed his favorite drinks and carelessly picked out what looked prettiest. It was sort of like choosing hot girls. You choose the ones with the best curves, the ones wearing the prettiest colors, and the ones that looked the most expensive.    He looked over his shoulder. "How much money do you have?"   "Don't worry about it," Changkyun replied. "I have more than enough money."   "How many jobs do you work?" Kihyun snorted as he eyed the bottles in their cart. Quite an impressive selection. "I sign your paychecks for the school store, and they are not that much after paying for tuition."   Changkyun shrugged. "My parents have good jobs, so the job at the store is just to pass time."   Kihyun squinted. "When you talk to ________, just talk about how much money you have." He paused and then cocked his head to the side, giving a difficult look. "On second thought, she's not shallow at all."   If you were, you obviously would've gone for Kihyun. Shallow girls loved him. No, you were more complex than that.    Changkyun sighed. "She's so pretty. Why don't you go for her? You get girls so easily, it's not even funny."   Kihyun smiled confidently. It was an art. People didn't give him enough credit for him, not guys at least. "It's all in the eyes. If you focus your eyes well enough, the girl will feel like she's so pretty, your eyes are a camera and your mind is taking a photograph."   Changkyun raised an eyebrow. "Yeah... but you still didn't answer my question."   Kihyun's face tightened. He was clearly avoiding it. This kid was irritating him beyond all odds.   After a moment, his expression thawed and he casually shrugged, moving on. "She's not my type."       ///       Minhyuk leaned against the wall and watched you model some formal gowns. He originally didn't care for coming here, but he had to admit it was interesting seeing you so dressed up. Good thing Kihyun wasn't here. He'd be slobbering like a dog with rabies. He looked over at Shownu with casual interest. "This is actually kind of cool."   "Isn't it?" Shownu blurted, eyes wide. "I don't know why she always dresses so plain when she looks so nice in glamorous dresses."   Minhyuk shrugged. "That stuff looks uncomfortable to wear. I don't blame her."   Almost immediately after, Shownu asked another question. It was tiring keeping up with him. That was why Minhyuk preferred having a third person here; he contributed when he wanted, while someone else did most of the responding.    "So who do you think is going to end up with her?" Shownu asked. "At first I thought it was Kihyun, but I'm kind of liking her with Wonho, too. I tried to push for it, but she's not biting the bait, if you know what I mean."   Minhyuk gave him a disturbed look. "Is this what you do with all of your free time? Who says she'll end up with anyone."   "Oh, come on, Minhyuk, you're so cold," Shownu replied, nudging him. "Even Wonho's not like this. You need to see what's below the surface."   "No," Minhyuk said bluntly. "It's none of my business. And don't you mention that weird idea of yours to her. It's creepy."   Shownu sighed. He knew Minhyuk well. Wonho and Kihyun were best friends, and he considered him and Minhyuk as best friends. While Minhyuk was sort of like a block of ice, you couldn't expect him to act like other friends, so it wasn't like he was discouraged with Minhyuk's lack of enthusiasm. If it weren't for Shownu, Minhyuk probably wouldn't leave his dorm, and if it weren't for Minhyuk, Shownu would've probably carried out a lot of senseless ideas.    Why did this thought matter right now? Oh, right.    "Minhyuk, your friends' business are your business too," Shownu replied, giving him a wise look. "I'm not going to say anything to her, but I know something's going to happen. Just know that when it does, I'll say, 'I told you so.'"   "When it doesn't happen, I'll be saying the same thing," Minhyuk mumbled. At first he thought it was inevitable something would happen between you and Kihyun (a pretty girl and Kihyun seemed like a no brain situation), but now it seemed near impossible. You seemed to have everything figured out on your own.    The photographer clicked a few more pictures before nodding. "I think we have more than enough pictures to work with. Thank you for your hard work."   You smiled politely and stood up.    It was kind of weir
