Chapter 17.
Level up.Sorry it took so long to update! I had so much going on, new job new school etc. Plus I didn't know how to write this story further but I decided to quickly finish this up and start a new story (I already have something written for this!). Please comment below if you are still reading this haha, I feel terrible for neglecting this. So here is a short update!
Gina was waiting for Jaebum under a busstop for ten minutes now. Before she could get up and look for Jaebum, he appeared in front of her.
‘’I am sorry that I took so long’’ he was actually earlier than expected, but that's because he ran all the way. He took his jacket off and put it around her. Gina saw how he was panting and shivering. She knew that he ran all the way to get to her, which made her feel guiltier by the minute.
‘’Thank you’’ she softly said, not knowing what to say. It was the first time someone actually took so much effort for her.
‘’How did you get here in the first place?’’ the rain has stopped by this point so they made their way to the main street.
‘’Well, I went to visit Soyun’s mom with her and then I took a taxi back. He couldn’t drive all the way up to my dorm so he stopped a few blocks away from here. I started walking and get lost’’ hearing her say this made her actually embarrassed. It sounded stupid and immature.
Jaebum sighed and then chuckled. ‘’That’s such a Gina thing’’ she poked him in his ribs for his remark and chuckled as well. At least he could laugh about it. She started sneezing and at this point she knew she was sick. She wanted to go her dorm as soon as possible. She wanted a hot coup of soup or tea and lay in her bed. Jaebum noticed how she was shivering and brought her closer to his body. He put his arm around her and she rested her head against his body. She could feel his body warmth through her body, which felt good.
‘’Listen, we won’t get a taxi around this time and walking to your dorm takes around 30 minutes. So I suggest we go to my dorm, you can change into my clothes and stay the night’’ hearing this made her abrupt stand up straight. She looked at him with a shocked look.
He laughed at her look and took her back into his arm.
‘’It’s only one night, plus the guys are out for a few days’’
‘’That doesn’t make it any better’’ she uttered. Her cheeks were red by this point. How could he just talk about this as if it was the most normal thing in the world? I
