These girls are getting better, they are stronger. Though that would be attributed to all the exercises I’ve put them through.

As I already determined, Sarang is a wonderful addition to the group and beautifully levels out the rest of the group. Though she shouldn’t be socialising with Jiyeon and Misoo. Both are bad influences, far too rowdy. Though if I had to have one of the two evils, Misoo would be the better choice. Only slightly.

Seoyul continues to perserve, despite my attempts to break her down. Thus increasing my respect for her as a leader, she’ll make for an amazing one. Unlike some of my previous disciplines... Minhyuk however continues to treat them with far too much care, they aren’t glass dolls, they need to be strong.

Minah is alright, she’s good at telling them off but I can tell she will become soft with them over time. But I am glad she shares the same impatience with Jiyeon as I do.

Gyuri however, she’s a perfect manager and definitely takes the task of making them perfect seriously. Reminder to self, reply to her invitation out for dinner.

They will have vocal practise again tomorrow, they are learning their lines quickly however they need to work on their pitch. They’ll be doing laps around the vocal practise room again tomorrow, particularly if I find a, certain, member singing out of tune. Again.

Perhaps I will have them doing crunches while singing their lines tomorrow, then they can work on their stamina. Or perhaps have them in the gym on the treadmill.

Gyuri’s dropping them off tomorrow... Perhaps I’ll ask for her opinion...
