"Kyungsoo, where's Yixing? Could you get him to edit these?" Lana hands over a USB to Kyungsoo.

"Pass it to him tomorrow. Called in sick last night." Kyungsoo replies tersely as he glues his eyes to the computer screen. Lana's about to ask what he's down with when Kyungsoo picks up an in coming call.

"Lana, have you heard? Lay is injured!" Sooyoung rushes to Lana.

"Injured? How?" Lana asks concernly.

"He got shot! When he tried attacking the corrupt police chief! Look! It's on the news!" Sooyoung s her phone in Lana's face.

Both of their eyes glue to the video footage of the breaking news.

"Like I always say. Justice will prevail! This Lay creature thinks he can take matters in his own hands, and try to assasinate an innocent man, like me? Well, think again, boy! We are a force to be reckoned with! Let this be a lesson to Lay or any other outlaws lurking out there with designs on challenging me, or our police force. At this very moment, we are combing every hospital, clinic and medical facility for gun-shot wound patients. We'll sniff that Lay out in no time! That is, if he is still alive? Ha!" Chief Lee addresses the camera smugly.

A news ticker runs constantly at the bottom of the screen: "Masked vigilante Lay shot by Police Chief Lee when he broke into his home last night. Whereabouts of Lay still unknown. Lay classified as top wanted criminal by police force. Public with information of his whereabouts to call Tel: 1800-765423789 immediately."

Lana pales at the news. Frantic, worried thoughts run through her mind. How badly hurt is Lay? Is anyone attending to him? Is he still alive? No! He must be, right? He can heal isn't it? Can't he self-heal?

Lana tosses and turns in her bed again. She turns towards her window and looks out longingly. She can't help but feel worried for Lay. She regrets that she did not ask for a means to stay in touch with him. She wonders how he is coping. "Please be alive at least!" She prays internally.
