" Oh my god ! Arete !." Someone said 

 

 

" Leo ." I said softly 

 

" Arete !." Female said 

 

 

" Damn it Arete wake up ." Someone else said 

 

 

" LEO NOOO !!." I screamed as my body jerked up

 

" Hold her down ." Male said 

 

 

" I'm trying but she's strong for a chick ." Another male said 

 

Kris. 

 

" Damn it Sara ! What the hell is going on with her ." Kai said 

 

" I don't know I think she's having an episode of the day her brother died in front her ." She said 

 

" What do you mean ?." Suho ask 

 

" Before the ambulance came, her and her brother were in each other arms and when the ambulance came finally. They wouldn't let go of each other even though Arete was bleeding to death due to the five gunshot wounds in her body ." She said 

 

" So, this guy named Leo is Arete deceased brother ." Lay said 

 

" Yes, but her older brother ." She said 

 

 

" Damn it !." Tao said 

 

" What's wrong ?." Luhan ask 

 

" Her breathing is dangerously shallow, someone has do CPR ." Tao said

 

" I'll do it ." She said

 

" Sara, you can't do it remember you have asthma ." Kai said 

 

" I have to for Arete ." She said

 

" Why ?."  Sehun ask 

 

She doesn't said anything. 

 

" Sara why can't you tell us ?." Xiumin ask 

 

" I'm sorry Arete but they need to know and you need oxygen ." She said as she touches my forehead

 

" Sara !." Kai said sternly 

 

 

" Arete has been having a really ed up life lately ." She begin

 

 

" What do your mean ?."  Chen ask 

 

" Arete was in her Freshmen year by four guys also as you can see that how she got the scar on her face. Then when her older brother Leo went looking for her and when he'd found her in some alley in the LA area. She was severely beaten also she got pregnant from the that happened that year, two months into the pregnancy she lost'd the baby. Leo was a lawyer also an FBI agent so he handle Arete case and a week later to that night, they decided to go out to eat to celebrate something. But there was a drive by from the four guys that her, at first he took the first two bullets. When Arete saw Leo collapsed to the ground, something in her just snapped to where she took the rest of the bullets ." She said in middle of explaining 

 

" How did she know that they gonna shoot again ?." Chanyeol ask

 

" I don't know but then came last year, she was kidnapped by her own biological father because if you remember she is adopted now but back to what I was saying about the her father. She was kidnapped and then tortured by him as well and let's just say he did some really sick things to inflict pain for his only son ." She finished explaining to them 

 

" What did he do to her ?." Kris ask angrily 

 

" He whipped her and on the end of the whip was glass shards. Some were small and some were big, he also took the cigars that he had and he burned her with the ends of the cigars then use some sort of acid paste. He lashed her 66 times and I'm surprise that she didn't bleed out from that night because he'd whipped every inch of her body that day I do not know how she did not bleed out that day ." She said 

 

" Oh holy hell ." D.O said 

 

" Can someone give her CPR please ?." She questioned them 

 

" I'll do it ." Kris said 

 

Feeling his lips against mine was kind of magical in a way to where I didn't want to forget, no matter what. When he breath in me that was heaven for me. A heaven that I did not want to escape no matter what happen to me because its peaceful here and that's what I want is to be peaceful. But then I feel a breeze on my chest.

 

" Tao !." She said 

 

He did not rip my shirt opened !. 

 

As I laid there with my shirt ripped out, they can see the scars of what to my body and see the pain I've endured from that day. The scars are longer than regular sized ruler and the width is the size of quarter and well they were 6mm deep. As for the acid scars, some were big holes and some were small holes.

 

" Holy ! How can someone do this to her ." Baekhyun said 

 

" Her father is sick man ." Kris said disgust 

 

" Yeah and I thought my father was ruthless ." Kai said 

 

That's when it happened, my heart stop. 

 

" Wait a minute ! Something is wrong ." She said 

 

She bend her head to my chest to listen for a heartbeat and that's when she became erratic. Delirious to the reality of what happened to me, she did not believe to that my heart had stop at that moment in time. 

 

" Arete ." She said softly as she pushed me by her finger 

 

" Arete ." She said as she shake with both her hands

 

" ARETE !." She screamed as shake me again 

 

" Kai hold her ." Suho ordered 

 

" Why ? What happened ?." Kai ask as restrained Sara

 

" Arete's heart stop ." Kris said 

 

" Proceed to CPR now ." Tao said 

 

" Arete wake up please !." She said as she cries 

 

" Kris breath into her then I'll push down her chest ." Tao said 

 

" Oh god ! Someone save her ." She cried 

 

As I feel Tao warm hands on my chest then he pushed down three times then Kris breath into me after that Tao pushed down on my chest again. I do not know how minutes went by for when they were doing CPR to me. 

 

" Someone needs to find a defibrillator ." Kris said 

 

" I have one in my backpack ." She said 

 

" Why ?." Xiumin ask 

 

" We don't have time for questions go through my bag ." She said 

 

I heard scuffling among her things.

 

" I found it ." Kris said 

 

" Everyone stand back ."  Baekhyun said 

 

" Charge at 300 ." Tao said 

 

As Kris places a chest paddle over my heart and other at my side 

 

" Clear  ."  Kris said

 

I jerk up but no heartbeat 

 

" Charge to 350 ." Kris said

 

" Charge at 350 ." Tao said as he crank the dial 

 

" Clear ." Kris said 

 

I jerk up and yet still no heartbeat 

 

" Charge to 400 ." Kris said

 

" Charge at 400 ." Tao said as he once again cranks the dial

 

 Clear ." Kris  said 

 

I jerk up but no heartbeat and that's when I hear sighed from Kris, Xiumin, Suho, Sehun, Lay, Chanyeol, Baekhyun, Kai, Chen, D.O., Luhan

 

" What ! You're going to stop now ." Tao said 

 

 

" Arete !!!!." She cries

 

" Charge to 450 ." Kris said

 

" Charge at 450...." Tao said as he cranks the dial for the last time

 

" Clear ." Kris said 

 

I jerk up as my eyes opens I do intake of air. 

 

" ARETE ." She screams 

 

" Oh my god ." Kai said 

 

" She's alive ." Suho said 

 

" Jesus Christ ." Xiumin said 

 

I cough as I breath in air, so I sat up slowly this time but I don't know what happened. But I saw the EXO together for first time in front of me. 

 

" Let me go Kai ." She said 

 

I then look at Sara and her eyes are red and puffy from bawling her eyes out to what happened due today events. But then Kai lets Sara as he lets go, she comes running to me as if I was gone for years or if she was heartbroken for the first time in her life. She throws herself at me and my arms are instantly around her comforting her, letting her know that I'm alive and I'm well. 

 

" Stupid idiot ! I knew I shouldn't have left you alone !." She cries into my chest 

 

" Sara I'm fine look I'm alive now so I'm fine ." I said as I hold her 

 

" You moron ! No you're not fine ! Why can you just admit that ?." She said 

 

" Sara I swear I'm fine ." I said 

 

" Liar ." She said 

 

" Sara calm down please ." I said 

 

Then I deal with the three stooges at hand. 

 

" Thank you and also I heard everything ." I said as I hold Sara 

 

" What do you mean everything ?." Chen ask 

 

" Everything, everything ." I said 

 

" How ?." She ask as sniffling 

 

" I do not know and to me that's quite interesting ." I said 

 

" So, you have no idea why your heart stop ?." Luhan ask 

 

" No, I don't ." I said 

 

" But, what caught my interest was that Tao and you Sara didn't want to give up on me even though the rest were ready to face the reality of the situation ." I said 

 

They looked at me in shocked of what I said to them. 

 

" Why is that ? Tao ." I ask 

 

" Umm... I don't know ." Tao said 

 

" I think you do and you know could've let me died but you didn't , you didn't want to give up hope that I could be save for that you fought until I left death's door ." I said

 

" Wow ! You're really deep girl ." Lay said

 

" Yeah, I know plus I'm kind of a poet ." I said 

 

" We can see that ." Chanyeol said 

 

" Oh ! I know should slap for ripping my polo open Tao but I'm going to let it go because you helped save me ." I said 

 

" Well you shouldn't ." He said 

 

" And why is that ?." I ask

 

" How can you so sure I won't do it again ." He replied back 

 

" Because you're not that type of guy ." I said 

 

" You still don't know that ." He said 

 

" Yes I do because you're like me ." I said 

 

" That it is ." He said 

 

" I'm a broken soul 

I'm an open book with many torn out pages

& I walk through the fire  

But I thirst for truth for what I've never tasted ." I said 

 

" Ok I'm gonna kill him ." Kris said 

 

" No, Kris  there's no need for it because you're the same as well ." I said

 

Then I look down at Sara and she's asleep. 

 

" I think it's time to go home ." I said 

 

" Why ?." Sehun ask

 

" Because Sara fell asleep in my arms and I'm kind of want to go home as well if you want you guys welcome to come with as well just tear up the apartment ." I said

 

" Fine I'll go ." Tao said 

 

" Me too ."  Kris said

 

" As will I ." Kai said 

 

" And count the rest of us in ." Lay said

 

" Okay ." I said
