Seunghyun couldn't help but smile again when he recalled what Ha-Eun told him in the hotel 2 weeks ago.

Although she did not really say out that he had a place in her heart now, her words were enough to assure him that.

Their relationship was getting better than before, even though there were still times where Ha-Eun lost her temper and they started bickering again.

He was fine with it though, as that was what made them more and more like a husband and wife.

Ha-Eun was also less cautious towards him now, and she did not reject him when he held her hands and they even cuddled occasionally.

"What took you this long...?"

A deep voice echoed through the line as soon as Ha-Eun pressed the green button on her handphone.

"Sorry to make you wait like......5 seconds...?"

She answered sarcastically.

She heard a loud chuckle at the other end and couldn't help but roll her eyes at him.

He never failed to call her daily during his lunch, when he was having a tea-break or sometimes even before dinner just to tell her that he is heading back home soon.

It made her feel warm though, and she was actually looking forward to his return every day.

"So what have you been up to today...?"

Seunghyun asked as he took another file to read from the high stack of pending work that was piling on his desk.

"Nothing much, I'm doing my nails...."

She replied honestly.

She was starting to get a little bored from being a housewife and was looking for some work to do. She thought of the offer Ji-yong told her when he contacted her some days back.

But she wondered how her Potty is going to react if he knew about it.

*Flashback*

 Actually, Seunghyun's worry was not completely unfounded.

Yes, she was not in a relationship with Ji-yong before, but then, it was true that she had a crush on him back in the school days.

Just like most of the girls in the school did.

She felt comfortable hanging out with him, and Ji-yong did ask her out for a few dates previously.

She always thought that they will end up together one day if Ji-yong was to confess to her, but unfortunately, it seemed like Seunghyun always appeared at the wrong timing and eventually, their puppy love just ended even before it started.

It was so unlike for Choi Seunghyun to talk on something that was so minor and unimportant, but yes, he was acting like one high school lover boy now.

"You haven't even seen it yet, silly!!"

He-Eun chuckled at his answer and blew on her nails.

"Because I know everything will look good on my bae....."

Seunghyun replied quickly but he meant what he said.

"Yah, you're so cheesy, Choi Seunghyun!!!"

Ha-Eun blushed over his cheesiness but yet, she was feeling kind of sweet deep down in her heart again.

Seunghyun: By the way, I'll be coming back for dinner tonight...

Ha-Eun: And so...? When you haven’t ever since two weeks ago...?

Seunghyun: What I mean is I wanna eat something you cook tonight...

Ha-Eun: WHAT....? WHY...? You have your own chef in the house!

Seunghyun: No what, no why! I just feel like eating something you cook. By the way, I got to hang up now. I'll be anticipating tonight and so, show me a good one bae...and please remember I love you lots...."

Before Ha-Eun even have the chance to protest, Seunghyun ended the call abruptly after giving her a sweet kiss. She was not talented in cooking and the only dish she managed to come up with was the pasta, a simple one which she made do with when the chef reported sick the other day.
