ANOTHER KIND OF LOVEIt was 12 noon, Min Ho found Seung Yoon skating on his skateboard on the street. Min Ho had done nothing but sleep for the whole morning. He went to the club with his buddies the night before and got himself drunk. They partied until 5am at dawn. He had spent the night at Zico’s. Since then, they slept like logs until the morning sun attacked like knives through the window. Only then, they opened their eyes and realized the time.
Min Ho was dressed in a simple graphic T-shirt and a pair of dark green shorts. He was wearing his favourite sneakers. His hair was somehow like a bird nest. After waking up late, he didn’t even bother to comb his hair in a tidy way before coming out of the house. On the contrary, Seung Yoon wore a relaxing summer outfit of light colored singlet and brown shorts. His hair was pulled back and covered underneath a snapback with the word “EASY” written across it.
Seung Yoon stopped just in time to avoid crashing into Min Ho. He jumped off the board, stepped on the edge and caught the skateboard with a swift movement of his hand.
“Hyung, watch where you’re going,” Seung Yoon said jokingly, “Someone could get hurt.”
“Where are you headed?” Min Ho asked curiously.
“Me? Nothing, just wanna stop by the flower shop later.” Seung Yoon stretched his arms and ruffled his hair, blushing. “Speaking of which, where were you last night?”
“Me?” Min Ho put on his most innocent eyes, “Nothing that you should worry about.”
Seung Yoon shrugged and left him alone. He didn’t nag so much like he used to anymore. They have all grown up and they all have their own personal space. Seung Yoon understood that. Plus, he’s got something, or rather someone more important for him to take care of now.
“For what?” Min Ho eyed him teasingly, “I meant the flowers.”
“I just thought I’d drop by Eun Ji’s place later,” he said, “Since we got nothing to do today.”
“You do know what day it is today right?” Min Ho asked.
