Her

Bittersweet memories came back as she listen to the song.

"Why did nothing happen while back? Why I am still an unforgettable memory and not his present? Do I still have a chance, or is it too late?" Her mind was clouded with longing, regret and somewhat sadness. She had done her best to forget him completly after all this time but it was impossible. 

"Maknae-ah..."

"I know unnie. I'm ready for the performance." she was able to put a smile for the show, that the least she can do.

She knew he would see her through that showcase since he was a fan of the group. She has to put her everything and show that she was doing fine without him. That she had moved on, that she was now a stronger Seohyun that the one he once knew.

Him

He was waiting to see her. On screen, since he was in Busan on vacation. In the afternoon, he had heard a song filled in regret and bittersweet memories. In the end it was still her. Always and forever. With the regrets, the longing and the love. He had never been subtle in his songs but with the years she became more a memory than anything else. He was rather surprise that the song brought back some nostalgic feelings but he wasn't bother by it. They chose to live that way. 

Both

There was a lot between them. A past, beautiful memories, feelings that were unveil only by the bias of their members, a strange feeling of longing and an unsure present. Neither of them were regretting the choice they made 5 years ago. After all, they are two workaholics who loved their jobs. They wanted to prove themselves as indiviuals in front of the public...but what now?
