Description

Plot:

Im Yoona and Ok Taecyeon were each other's first loves,but were forced to separate due to painful family circumstances. Yoona, who had been blind, eventually undergoes an eye transplant surgery that restores her sight.

Twelve years later, Yoona now works as an emergency rescue worker, whileTaecyeon is a surgeon. They meet each other again. But Yoona is engaged to a Neurosurgeon, Lee Taemin. Knowing this, Ok Taecyeon decided to keep quiet and not reveal his identity to Yoona and also decided to go back. Will Yoona realize that Doctor Ian Ok is her first love, Ok Taecyeon?
