   They arrived at some hallway of an old castle. Lara could see a very old painting of her father, her mother and herself as a baby, being carried by her mother. She began to remember the faded memories which previously erased by Kate about her childhood in EXO Planet.  

“Is this the castle I used to live in?”           

“Yeah...”

“Are you okay?” asked Kai worried.

“Yeah, it’s just.. I miss this place..” replied Lara.

“Come, here..” invited Kai again to enter a door in the hallway.

“Claude, are you here?” asked Kai after entering.

Claude was surprised to see Lara and Kai there.

“God, how did you get here? Oh, it’s a pleasure to meet you again Princess..” greeted Claude right away.

“I teleported here..” explained Kai simply.

“What? Teleport? But, this is between planet... I didn’t know you could teleport so far away like this. Last time I check, you can only teleport all around the world.” said Claude expressing his amazement.

“Yeah, I thought so too. But, since I came to Earth and met Lara—I mean the Princess, my power has been getting much stronger.” explained Kai again.

“Is that so? That’s interesting.. I believe it’s also the same with the other boys too, then?” commented Claude again.

“I guess..” said Kai.

“Ah, so what can I do for you Princess? I hope you didn’t have any problem by coming here..” asked Claude.

“Um, I don’t know if you can call this a problem though.” said Lara. She paused for a while before continue.

“It’s about Luhan’s telepathy ability..” said Lara again.

“Yes?” responsed Claude with full attention.

“Is there some way to protect our mind from his mind-reading ability? Because it’s kind of troublesome to have him read my mind all the times eventhough I’ve asked him not to do it.” explain Lara.

“Oh, yes.. I understand, it can be overwhelming sometimes. But, don’t worry I think I have the solution.” replied Claude as he reached for some drawer behind his back.

“The counselors and important people who run the castle used to wear this to protect their mind from people who had mind-reading abilities.” said Claude as he handed over a blue stone ring.

“We only have few left though since a mind-reading abilities is so rare.” explained Claude again.

“There’s a small switch here, if you press it, it will emit some electromagnetic waves that could disrupt mind-reading abilities for a few minutes.” added Claude.

“That’s great. It’s small so it will be easily concealed too.” commented Lara.

“Okay, then. I’m sorry but we don’t have much time, we have to go back soon or they will be worried.” said Lara again to Claude.

“Very well, Princess. I hope nothing bad will happen and I always pray for your safety on Earth.” replied Claude as Lara and Kai preparing to teleport back.

“Thank you, Claude. I hope things go well in here too..” responded Lara.

“Wait, Kai. Can you manage your mind once we’re back on earth? How about this, let’s teleport to some deserted island on earth and practice with me? That way we can arrange our alibi. Even though after that it will be a lot difficult for you to be careful with what you’re thinking. But you can do it, right?” asked Lara worriedly.

“Of course. Who do you think I am?” responded Kai, boastfully.

“Okay, let’s go.” said Lara as she grabbed Kai’s arm.

 ZAP

   And they teleported back to Earth.

   Kai slumped down to the ground again as soon as they arrived on the deserted island. Lara then kissed him gently to restore his power quickly. This time she didn’t force Kai to close his eyes so they were kissing while looking at each other. Lara felt she could melt if she did it any longer so she stopped the moment she felt Kai’s power had returned.

“So, I think this is actually a great place for practice. With these abandoned building. Hey Kai, do teleport everywhere you want. The perimeter is 20 meters and I’ll try to catch you.” said Lara.

“Okay. But, I don’t think you can catch me though. I’m really fast you know.” replied Kai.

“Well, let’s see about that.”

In the end Lara couldn’t really catch Kai since he was teleporting very quickly. They thought that it would be useful in future battle that she followed Kai instead as he teleported behind the enemies and they could paralyze them fastly.

“So, before we go back I’m curious about the favor you asked me a while back. What was it?” asked Lara curiously.

“Oh, that. You actually had granted it twice though. But, as this will be the last time. Can I ask again?”

‘Huh. I already granted it? What was it?’ asked Lara to herself trying to remember.

“Can I kiss you?” 

“Wh-what.. Oh, that.” responded Lara shyly.

‘No wonder.’ added Lara again in her head.

“O-okay then.” replied Lara hesitantly.

Kai then slowly approaching her and held both her cheeks gently. He kept on maintaining eye contact with Lara and then kissed her gently. But he didn’t let her go that fast as he kept kissing her softly. Lara on the other side, wanted to keep maintaining eye contact too but she couldn’t. She felt like her heart was about to burst so she closed her eyes until he finally stopped.

‘Damn, Kai. Where did you learn to kiss that well?’ shouted Lara in her head after that.

“Are you ready to go back?” asked Kai straight-forwardly.

“Are you?” asked Lara back.

“You’re the one who should be cautious.” said Lara again.

After making sure to match their alibi and reasons while using the ring that Claude gave to Lara (in case Luhan could still hear them), they finally went back to Clarence family mansion.

Upon entering the mansion, Kai and Lara heard some ruckus.

“There she is.” said Kris.

“I told you, Kai’s with her.” added D.O.

“Lara!” shouted Xiumin half worried half relieved.

“Where have you been? We have been looking for you.” said Suho.

“Sorry, guys. Actually, Kai and I have been searching for suitable place to practice.” Lara then looked around to make sure that Nishi or Thomas wasn’t around.

“I want to continue practicing my Krusnik Nanomachine..and I don’t think I could do it somewhere near here. That’s why I asked Kai’s help to teleport and find some place to practice.” whispered Lara.

Lara then went nervous as Luhan paid attention to her and then Kai, simultaneously.

“Is that true, Kai?” asked Luhan as if making sure.

“Yeah, hyung. We managed to find some deserted island with abandoned building and practice for a while there.” responded Kai confidently.

“Next time, inform us first please.” asked Kris.

“Yeah, I will. I’m sorry.” responded Lara.
