ZAP

   Kai appeared out of nowhere followed by a sound and a black smoke trace.

   “Lara...!” He came closer, approached Lara and hugged her.

   “Finally it’s my turn!” He said again. Lara was waking up from her bed when Kai showed up.

   “Oh! Hi..Kai. You startled me.” Said Lara hesitated toward Kai’s action that hugged her suddenly. But Kai ignored Lara’s reaction and hugged her anyway.

   “Sorry, I didn’t mean to startle you. I was just excited and can’t wait to be with you.” He added.

   “Okay, then what do you want to do for today?” Asked Lara.

   Kai smiled mischievously, then carried Lara in his arms.

   ZAP

   A sound can be heard before they finally vanished.

   “Hei, Kai. What are you doing?” Said Lara then, could no longer hid her embarrassed feeling because Kai carried her suddenly.

   Kai and Lara arrived somewhere.

   ‘What? What just happened?’ Asked Lara panicking in her mind.

   “Th..this..! This is Eiffel Tower?” Shouted Lara after she realized where she was to Kai.

   “Yeah, I just used my Teleportation power. Today I’m going to take you to see the world.” Said Kai chukling.

   “Are you sure that you don’t want to be carried? But I guess it’s the only efficient way to take you teleporting with me.” Kai said again.

   “Oh, okay then.” Agreed Lara in the end.

   “Hold tight! The journey is just began!” He said.

ZAP

   They were vanishing again and this time showed up in Coast near Marsa Matruh, Egypt then Iguazu Falls, Argentina, Skaftafell Ice Cave in Iceland, Santorini, Greece, Capilano Suspension Bridge, Vancouver, British Columbia.

   Lara felt startled by the changes of environment insistently concomitant with Kai’s teleportation. Every one of them was such a beautiful place.

   She almost didn’t blink her eyes when Kai teleported from one place to another.

Eilean Donan Castle, Scotland

   “This is pretty much how EXO Planet, a planet where we came from looked like.” Said Kai when they were in Scotland.

ZAP

Kai teleported again. Glacier National Park, Montana.

   “Kai, put me down.” Asked Lara still gasped with the new scenery and wanted to look closer.

   “But...” Said Kai hesitantly.

   “Come on. Just a minute.” Begged Lara.

   “Okay then...” Said Kai then put Lara down.

   Lara started to move forward slowly while Kai was beside her.

   “It’s beautiful.” She muttered.

   Then she reached Kai’s arm, looked at him, smiled and said, “Thank you Kai, for taking me to such beautiful places...”

   Kai then spontaneously smiled and embraced Lara’s shoulder, “I knew you’ll like it...”

   “Come, let me show you other places.” He said again while holding her back and lifted her legs, carrying her again.

Machu Picchu, Peru

Mount Roraima – Venezuela

   ‘Kai. Kai? Kai?! Kai! Wher r yo--?’  suddenly Kai heard a voice in his head, calling on his name, but it wasn’t clear. He recognized that it was Luhan’s voice.

   ‘What? This is Luhan’s hyung voice. Why can he do telepathy with me in this very far distance?’ Asked Kai to himself, amazed that Luhan could do telepathy with him who was in the middle of nowhere.

   Kai then became worried, he and Lara might went out too long that the others worried about them.

   ‘Maybe I should head home.’ He said again inside his mind.

   “Lara, I’m sorry we should end the trip soon. We will come back home.” Said Kai.

   Before Lara could answer anything—ZAP. They vanished into the thin air and popped up in Clearance family mansion.

   “They’re back!” Shouted Kris who was flying in the air, looked like keeping an eye—or waiting for them.

   A moment later, everyone was rushed to gather and approached Lara. Luhan was the first one came out of the mansion in rushed toward Lara. Lara then could see in a flash a blue light symbol representing the pendant on his necklace appeared in Luhan’s right hands.

   “Lara..Lara..!” Luhan shouted.

   “Are you okay? You’re okay, right?” Said Luhan again. Now after seeing him up close, he looked so worried. Then he touched Lara’s cheek and turning her body around to see if she was okay.

   “We’re fine, hyung,” Said Kai instead, answering Luhan’s question.

   Then suddenly—SLAP. A sound of slapping could be heard.

   Luhan just slapped Kai.

   Both Kai and Lara were surprised by Luhan’s action. The other guys that were heading towards them were surprised, too.

   ‘What!? Why did Luhan slap Kai?’ Asked Lara, surprised in her mind.

   “Hyung! What are you doing?! Why did you slap me??” Shouted Kai, feeling angry because Luhan’s rude action suddenly.

   “Didn’t you think that your action might endanger Princess’s life?!” Shouted Luhan again.

   “What?!” Answered Kai, still shouting and trying to hit Luhan. Lara could also then saw a light blue symbol in Kai’s right hand.

   But then Chanyeol tried to hold Kai from behind and prevented him from hitting Luhan. Failed. Kai easily teleported so he could  be free from Chanyeol’s grip. Kai striked Luhan right away. They both fell on he ground.

   Defensive, Luhan then used his Telekinesis power and made Kai flew from his body. Kai then teleported again and fell not far from his position. The others were instinctively tried to stop Luhan and Kai from fighting more.

   Suho tried to intercept Kai with water but Kai succesfully teleported, went through the water and got wet. Sehun tried to push Luhan back so he could stay away from Kai with his wind power.

   Seeing that incident, Lara then screamed.

   “STOP IT!” Then she slumped on the ground and began to cry.

   The others were immediately went silent and approached Lara instantly.

   “Luhan, calm down! Let’s converse about this matter calmly!” Said Xiumin.

   Luhan then started to calm down seeing Lara cried and so did Kai. Both then were taken to converse the matter calmly after Luhan apologized to Kai,

   Sehun who was then standing closest to Lara’s position directly carried her and took her away from others so that she could calm herself down. Chen followed them at the back.

   At Lara’s room, Chen took a hand towel and cleaned some dirt at Lara’s knee when she was slumped on the ground earlier while Sehun sit beside her. Sehun calmed Lara down and gently patted on her back.

   “Kai, I’m really sorry. But I just worried about Princess’s safety.” Said Luhan, starting a conversation with Kai.

   “Yeah, but what’s with the slap?! Couldn’t you ask me nicely?” Answered Kai, half yelling.

   “I’m sorry but you should know, the enemy who intended to take Princess’s life is really awful and dangerous. I just didn’t want you guys to get hurt. More over you went to a lot of different places at one time.” Added Luhan.

   “Hyung, I’m not stupid. Maybe you were underestimating me because I’m one of the youngest here. But long days, far from this day I took the Princess to teleport with me, I had watched over those places. I had also put a safe perimeter. I took cautions. That was why you didn’t see me often around this mansion.” Explained Kai.

   Hearing it, Luhan subsided for a moment.

   “I’m so sorry again, Kai. But, I heard things that weren’t told to us. The enemy’s strength and what they could do to us. I just didn’t want us to experience bad things.” Said Luhan again.

   After that, Kai calmed down a little bit and finally spoke, “Fine, hyung. I forgive you.” Then Luhan approached Kai and hug him.

   “I really am, sorry.” Said Luhan again. 

KNOCK KNOCK           

   A knocking sound could be heard on Lara’s door and Luhan showed up accompanied by Xiumin behind him.         

 ‘Chen and Sehun, please leave Lara, I want to discuss something with her.’ Said Luhan with his telepathy to Chen and Sehun who was still with Lara.

‘Don’t worry. I got Xiumin with me.’ Added Luhan after seeing their reaction who didn’t seem to agree to left Lara.

   Both Chen and Sehun then nodded silently and left the room.

   Lara who saw Luhan’s arrival felt a little bit scared and worried, remembering Luhan’s action towards Kai earlier.

   She felt a little bit relieved knowing that Xiumin was also there behind Luhan.

   “Lara...” Said Luhan, starting to talk to her.

   But Lara looked down, she avoided to look at Luhan’s face.

   “I’m sorry that I made you scared. I just worried about your safety.” Luhan then stopped walking toward her when she moved her position and kept a distance from Luhan.

   Xiumin then walked approaching Lara, and Lara immediately held Xiumin’s hand as if asking for protection and leaned on his arms.

   Seeing Lara’s reaction, Luhan let out a sigh and said, “I have apologized to Kai and he’s okay, Lay has checked him. I wish you can forgive my ruthless action that I’ve done today. That’s it all I wanted to say.” Then Luhan decided to give up trying to talk with Lara because she was still looked down and avoided to look at Luhan in the eye.

   ‘Xiumin, I’ll get out. Please take care of the Princess.’ Said Luhan with his telepathy to Xiumin and looked at him in the eye.
Xiumin agreed and nodded. Luhan then got out of the room.

   After Luhan got out of the room, Xiumin moved his position and sit beside Lara.

   Lara spontaneously put her head on Xiumin’s shoulder, then her tears started to come down from her eyes again.

   Feeling scared? No. Lara was just confused with what just happened and made her feelings mixed.

   Xiumin calmed her down while saying, “Lara...I hope you won’t judge Luhan as a bad person. He just did it spontaneously because he was worried with your safety. He is one of the oldest but he can easily get anxious.” He then got a tissue and wiped Lara’s tears away.

   “With his Telepathy power, he often heard things that wasn’t be said by other people. As one of the oldesr he would only shared his mind with me. Don’t blame him for being over-protectif over you, okay..” Said Xiumin gently. Lara then nodded.

   “Good, now get some rest. You must be tired, don’t you?” Said Xiumin and accompanied her to her bed.

   After covering her with blanket, Xiumen her head gently and then get out of Lara’s bedroom.

   Lara couldn’t rest just yet. She still wondered and worried about someone.

   Kai.

   Lara then hurried got up from her bed and walked toward Kai’s room. She knocked. Once, twice. No answer. She the decided to open the door to look at Kai’s room. It was quiet. She couldn’t find anyone there.

   “Kai?” Lara tried and calling his name.

   But no one answered. Lara then sit on Kai’s bed and sighed.

   ‘Kai, where is he...?’ She asked inside her mind.

ZAP

   Lara heard that voice again. A distinctive voice that came out from Kai when he was doing teleportation.    

   A second later, she then saw Kai in front of her, followed by black smoke traces which automatically could be seen after he did teleportation.

   “Looking for me?” Asked Kai, smirking.

   “Kai...are you okay?” Asked Lara while approaching Kai and touched Kai’s cheek.

   “Yeah, I’m good.” Said Kai and hugged Lara.

   “The real question is, are YOU okay?” Asked Kai to Lara.

   “Yeah, I’m fine.” Said Lara and nodded.

   “Then, why were you crying?” Asked Kai curiously.

   “I was just...confused. My feelings were mixed. I felt angry, sad, surprised, disappointed, worried. But all I knew, that feeling was not mine. Feeling a lot of emotions at the same time made me limped and my tears were just flowing unconsciously.” Explained Lara.

   “I’m sorry. I shouldn’t take you teleported with me earlier.” Said Kai, rather regretted.

   “No...what are you saying? I feel so happy for being able to see a lot of beautiful sceneries. Honestly, since I was a kid, I never got a chance to go outside except for school and other places near the mansion.” Said Lara.

   “Then, I want to ask something in return.” Said Kai mischievously.

   “What?” Lara didn’t believe what she just heard from Kai earlier.

   ‘And, hey why can he be suddenly so cheered up? It’s good though that he seemed happy.’ Said Lara in her mind.

   “I want a kiss on my cheek.” Said Kai while pointing on his cheek.

   At first, Lara hesitated and furrowed her forehead, ‘What did this kid just said?’ She thouht.

   “Come on, hurry! Here...” Kai said again while pointing on his cheek.

   But seeing Kai’s adorable act when asked Lara to kiss his cheek, she finally decided to grant Kai’s wish. Also, to show him her grateful feeling for the wonderful journey that she had today.

MUAH

   Lara kissed Kai’s cheek. Lara could feel her shyness and fluttered heart because of her own action.

   “Okaaaaay, then let’s go to sleep.” Said Kai again and pulled Lara into the bed.

   “Oh. Hey...Kai! What are you doing?” Said Lara surprised.

   But Kai ignored her yet again and pretended to be asleep.

   Lara didn’t have a choice. She then decided to try to sleep.
