Kris approached Lara. “Well done, Lara!” he said, feeling satisfied.

  “We’ll take a break 15 minutes before continue the training.” added Kris.

  “Kris, come here a second!” called Suho when Kris was about to fly to some place.

  “Don’t you think that you were too harsh to Lara? What if she fell and swayed into the vortexes earlier?” complained Suho angrily.

  “Don’t worry, I’ll take care of her and make sure she’s okay.” answered Kris lightly.

  “Suho, I hope you understand. We don’t have much choice. We don’t know when the Methuselah will attack again.” added Kris concerned.

  Suho didn’t respond and sighing instead. Nonetheless, Kris was right.

  “Get ready. This time, it’s your turn.” said Kris again to Suho then Kris flied away to some place.

  “Lara...” “Princess..” “Are you okay?” asked almost all the boys in unison after she finished her first training.

  “Calm down guys, I’m okay. Don’t worry!” answered Lara cheerfully.

  “We’re sorry if Kris hyung is too harsh to you.” exclaimed Tao.

  “Yeah, because he is excelled in battle strategies and he had helped King Charles in a fight, we agree to let him train you..” added Chanyeol.

  “Oh, is that so..” responded Lara, feeling a little bit surprised that Kris actually had helped her father in a battle.

  “By the way, you were awesome!” exclaimed D.O suddenly.

  “Yeah, you could siwftly avoid Sehun’s vortexes!” added Kai.

  “Normal people wouldn’t survive for too long and would get easily into the vortex, but you were great!” said Sehun too.

  “Thanks. Yeah, I do feel this Nanomachine is something..” responded Lara, feeling shy of the compliments.

  “By the way, I wanted to talk to Kris about something. Wait a sec..” exclaimed Lara then she left and flied towards where Kris had flied earlier.

“The next training is at the Beach?” asked Lara when she arrived at where Kris was. Kris who patrolling the area around the Beach was surprised to find Lara flied next to him.         

  “Oh! Lara?! What are you doing here, why don’t you get some rest?” asked Kris surprised.

  “I think I’m good.” responded Lara shortly. She was more curious about what kind of training she would do next.

  “Come.” invited Kris. Then he took her to sit under one of the trees on the shoreline.

  “You’ll regret it if you don’t take some rest, the next training will be harder than earlier.” said Kris.

  “Okay, then. I’ll take some rest.” agreed Lara.

  “Hey Kris. Out all of the boys, I don’t think I know much about you.” said Lara later.

  “It doesn’t matter to know about me.” responded Kris indifferently. But then he felt that he was giving inappropriate response.

  “Well, it doesn’t matter for the meantime at least. I wish that you can control your Krusnik Nanomachine soon.” added Kris while patting Lara’s hair.

  “What if you promise to tell me if I succeded the next training?” asked Lara.

  “Okay, then.” responded Kris shortly and smiled.

After a few minutes, Kai and the others could be seen teleported into the Beach.

  Kris then left Lara and approached Suho to talk about the next strategy of Lara’s training. After a while, Lara approached them.

  “Lara, you can’t keep relying on your flying ability to avoid the attack. Try to control the Nanomachine and use it to protect yourself.” said Kris before Lara started the next training.

  “I’ll try.” responded Lara seriously.

  Suho exhaled before starting. Kris’ nodding signalling Suho that they could start the next training.

  Then Suho started to control the water around the beach. At first it was only a small attack, he controlled a small volume of water and directed it to Lara. Lara succesfully avoided it, but she hadn’t found other way to use her Krusnik Nanomachine besides by flying. 

  “Suho, do it seriously!” shouted Kris after a few times Suho only directed a small volume of water towards Lara. Suho seemed hesitant for a second but then exhaled again and nodded. Suho closed his eyes and started focusing himself. Huge waves started rolling up behind Suho. Then with one simple hand gesture, he directed it towards Lara. Lara seemed surprised because Suho just attacked her suddenly with huge amount of water. She tried to fly and avoid it but didn’t fully succeed. She got wet from the attack.

  “Imagine what would happen if the attack earlier wasn’t just any water, but rounds of bullets or any other sharp objects?” asked Kris firmly to motivate Lara.

  Lara understood Kris’ intentions was to motivate her so that she could control her Nanomachine better, but she felt upset because she was having a hard time controlling it.  

  “Suho, let’s start again!” responded Lara to Suho.

  Then, Suho controlling the water from the beach and directed it again at Lara. This time he directed it continuously with a medium volume of water. Lara tried to avoid it.

  In the end, Lara cornered and flied above the beach. It gave Suho an advantage and made him easier to attack her with her current position. Suho then attacked Lara and directed water from below her. It was the first time for her to be attacked from below because she had been receiving the attacks from the front side and it swayed her flying position. Hadn’t had a chance to be prepared for the next attack, she felt something pulled her. It was a blobs of water—fused together forming a solid rope made of water and pulled Lara down.

  Lara struggled and tried to get away from the solid rope made of water that pulled her down.

  “Kris, don’t you think this is too much?” asked Suho worriedly and feeling guilty because he had just directed continuous attacks towards Lara.

  “No. Go on. You did a great job.” answered Kris.

  After contardicting with himself, Suho gave up his wish of not wanting to hurt Lara with the wish to train Lara that would enabling Lara to control her Krusnik Nanomachine soon. 

  Having struggled and barely managed to escape from the solid water blob, Lara was blocked by the next attack. This time a rush of waves slammed her. She then fell into the water.

  “Lara!!!” shouted Suho. Realizing that his attack was too rough, he postponed his attack and worried about Lara’s condition.

  “Kris, I think we should postpone this. Maybe she doesn’t have the power like the other Krusniks.” said Suho.

  “Yeah Kris, we don’t know for sure if she really does have the same power as them. I mean, she’s not directly enhanced genetically, right?!” added Xiumin, also worrying about Lara’s condition.

  The other boys were then finally thinking about the same thing and feeling worried about Lara’s condition.

  Kris thought for a moment then suddenly felt guilty. Maybe they had been wrong all this time. The ability that owned by the Krusniks involved in “The Red Mars Project” mission were because they were genetically enhanced. But Lara is not genetically enhanced directly, she is merely the heir of one of the Krusniks.

  “By the way, where is Lara?” asked Chen who didn’t see Lara’s existence anywhere in the water surface after she had fallen earlier.

  The others were then became more worried, afraid that Lara might be drowning.

  Meanwhile on the other side, Lara felt overwhelm because she had been slammed with the waves that controlled by Suho. She was carried away by the current inside the water. She also felt upset that she couldn’t do anything about her Krusnik Nanomachine. She let herself being carried away by the current inside the water.

  “Can’t I do something?!” she shouted angrily in her mind.

  Then in a split second, she felt something had changed in her body but she hadn’t realized what had happened.

  After a while, she realized that she had been under water for quite some time. But strangely, she didn’t have any difficulties of breathing. Suddenly she also felt that she could move freely under water. She then tried to check herself and found some peculiarity.

  She looked at her lower body. Instead of seeing her legs, she saw something that looked like fins and scales which decorating her lower body from her waist to toe. She gasped. Then she thought that she could run out of breath because she suddenly opened . But it didn’t happen. She could still breath away freely. Then she found another peculiarity in her neck area. She touched her neck area and she could feel that there were some small cut on her neck. She could also feel that she was able to breath though the cut. She then thought of something.

  ‘What’s this? Gill?!’ she thought.

  ‘Lara, where are you? Are you okay?’ suddenly she could hear Luhan’s voice in her head.           

  ‘Ah..Luhan! I’m...okay—I guess.. There is something wrong with me..’ responded Lara, hesitant to tell weird transformation that was happening to her.

  ‘Lara! What is it? What’s happening?!’ asked Luhan who sound worried.

  ‘I...I..’ Lara couldn’t continue her sentences.

  ‘What should I do? What is happening?’ exclaimed Lara inside her own mind, forgotten that Luhan could hear her thoughts. She tried to close her eyes and rubbed her eyes, maybe she was just hallucinating. But, her fins and gill were still there the moment she opened her eyes again.

  ‘Lara, calm down! Suho and Kris will pick you up. Can you try to swim to the surface?’ asked Luhan later.

  ‘What? No! Please don’t come here.’ exclaimed Lara to Luhan.

  ‘I don’t want them to see my weird body right now..’ said Lara again, intending to keep it for her own.

  ‘Weird? What is she talking about?’ responded Luhan after hearing Lara’s thought without asking it directly to Lara.

  ‘Lara, stop playing around. You’re okay, right? We are worry because we can’t see you on the surface.’ said Luhan again to Lara.

  ‘Ah, crap. How can I swim to the surface with this form?’ thought Lara inside her mind again.

  Luhan who then losing his patience finally said, ‘Lara! What are you talking about? What form do you mean? What’s happening to you?’

  ‘Oh My God. Of Course. Why do I always forget about Luhan’s ability?!’ asked her to herself. Feeling silly because she failed to keep her thoughts that supposed to be secret from Luhan.

  ‘Luhan! Please, I’m alright. You don’t have to come here. I’ll try to swim to the surface.’ she said to Luhan, trying to convince him.

  “Lara says that she’s okay and she’ll try to swim to the surface.” explained Luhan to the other 11 boys.

  Few seconds later, they could see a pop up of Lara’s head and her red hair. They felt relieved because Lara finally came to the surface.

  ‘Thank god...! You making us worry, Lara! Come here...’ said Luhan again through his telepathy.

  ‘Sorry, I can’t.’ responded Lara.

  ‘What..? But, why?’ asked Luhan confused.

  ‘Luhan, there’s something wrong with my body... I don’t want you guys to see it..’ said Lara worriedly.

  Luhan frowned, confused of what Lara just said.

  ‘What does she mean?’ asked Luhan to himself.

  ‘Just give me a moment! I will do something to fix this.’ Lara said.

  “What the hell is going on?” mumbled Luhan finally, felling frustrated with Lara’s action.

  “Luhan, what did she say?” asked Xiumin.

  “She said that she can’t return here, something wrong happened with her body..But she didn’t clearly say what exactly happening.” explained Luhan.

  Hearing Luhan’s explanation, the boys getting worried again.

  “Maybe she get stucked in the water?” assumed Baekhyun.

  “Or maybe she can’t use her wings under water?” suggested Tao.

  The others were then expressing their opinion too.

  Suho and Kris, who felt the most worried with Lara’s condition and felt guilty to put her in such condition were quickly took some action.

  Suho intended to control the water near Lara and move it while Kris flied towards Lara.

  ‘NO! Wait, please don’t come here!’ asked Lara right away after seeing Suho and Kris’ action.

  Luhan forwarding Lara’s request directly to Suho and Kris and they stopped.

  ‘Lara, you can’t be like this! Tell us what is exactly happening?’ asked Luhan again.

  ‘Fine, just wait a moment.’ responded Lara finally.

  Then Lara tried to calm herself down and contradicting herself, was it really okay to tell them her weird transformation.

  ‘They’ll find out anyway, sooner or later. Alright then.’ she exclaimed for the last time before getting ready and making some preparations.

  After making sure, she swam with all her might, reaching the coastal line, and closer to the boys’ location. She then swiftly jumped up to the surface like a dolphin and showed the boys her weird transformation. Fortunately, her upper body was covered with the clothes she was wearing. Her concern was her lower body which change her into a mermaid form.

  Xiumin and Luhan gasped.

  “Wow..” exclaimed Xiumin.

  Baekhyun, Chanyeol, and Chen were surprised but then amazed and clapped their hands as if they had just watched an amazing performance.

  “Woah..” reacted Suho and Sehun.

  Lay, Tao, and D.O didn’t react and stay quiet for a while because they were surprised, but after realizing what had happened they were also amazed.

  Kai jumped backward, but then after realizing that she was Lara, he felt surprised and fascinated.

  Kris looked up and his eyes were locked on Lara’s new transformation, also couldn’t help feeling surprised.

  ‘They’ve seen me, right? Was that clear enough? Should I show them again? Ah! I’m so embarassed! Did they think I was weird?’ exclaimed Lara after she jumped into the air.

  She then continue to dive down because she was embarassed. Unconsciously she almost reached the bottom of the sea. She didn’t know what she should do next until finally she could hear Luhan’s voice in her mind.

  ‘Princess, you were amazing!’ he exclaimed.

  Lara didn’t respond for a while. ‘Are you telling the truth? Just be honest with me, I was weird right?’ she said to Luhan.

  ‘No! Of course, I’m being honest! We were surprised at first, but your new transformation looked awesome! What happened? How could you change like that?’ asked Luhan curious.

  ‘I’m not sure...’ answered Lara.

  ‘Anyway, can you go back to the surface? The others want to see you more clearly.’ asked Luhan.

  ‘No, no, no. I’m still embarassed. How can I show them again?’ exclaimed Lara to herself.

  ‘Lara, please... You don’t have to be embarassed, you were amazing. We also need to make sure if you’re okay.’ asked Luhan again.

  ‘Fine.’ responded Lara finally.

  She swam towards the boys’ location, but still hesitant. She finally just popped up her head just like she did earlier and didn’t let them saw her more clearly. She still shy to show her mermaid form.

  Then Suho walked slowly towards Lara’s location, with his hand movement he split the beach just like what he had did with Lara when they both exploring the waterless sea. Lara gasped.

  “I’m asking for your permission to take a closer look. Don’t worry, if you feel shy, you can stay there. Let us go closer to you. May I?” asked Suho politely.

  Lara nodded slighlty.

  The other 11 boys then followed Suho as they exploring the beach that was split by Suho. Then they finally arived close enough with Lara’s location. Lara turned her back, couldn’t stand to look at the boys.

  Even from the back, they could see her mermaid form and made them amazed yet again. Her scale decorating her lower waist, down to her toe with dark red color like her hair. Meanwhile they could also see some black colored fins from her lower back to her thigh and also on her tip toe decorated beautifully.

Note: HAHAHAHAHA Lara turned into Mermaid XD What The Hell.
