  Lara stood up in front of the dressing table while looking at the only photograph she had with her parents, lost in thought. She didn’t know what she should do after hearing his family history and about ‘the thing’ inside her body. She then decided to go to her bedroom, asking some time to think about what she just heard.

  ‘So, the thing inside my body is Krusnik Nanomachine?’ thought Lara in her mind.

  ‘What should I do?’ she added while sighing.

  ‘Mom, dad, what should I do?’ she said again while still looking at the photograph.

  After a while, she decided to get out of her room. She didn’t want to worry the 12 boys and Kate.

  It was quiet in the hallway, but she noticed that Suho’s room was slightly opened. She was curious then took a look inside Suho’s room.

  ‘Why is the door open?’ asked Lara in her mind.

  Then Lara could see Suho inside, busy looking and reading some books from his bookshelves.

  She never really paid attention to what kind of activities the 12 boys did in their free time when they weren’t with Lara. Seeing Suho at that time, he looked very serious while reading the book made her curious. She then went inside Suho’s room. She didn’t intend to go quietly so she wouldn’t surprise Suho, but Suho seemed reading the book too seriously that he didn’t notice that Lara went into his room.

  ‘He looked so serious.’ said Lara in her mind.

  “Suho...what are you reading?” she asked when she was close enough.

  Suho startled, feeling surprised after he found out that Lara was in his room and stood behind him.

  “O..oh! Lara? You’re here? Since when?” he responded, stuttering.

  “Are you okay? How are you feeling? Do you need something?” asked Suho continuously, facing towards Lara, closing his book right away and postponing his activities he was doing at the time. Allocated his full attention to Lara.         

  “Sorry. I saw you door slightly opened, I was wondering what were you doing because you seemed so serious.” responded Lara.

  “I’m so sorry. I was in the middle of doing some research. I guess I was too serious that I didn’t realize you were coming. I’m sorry.” Suho said.

  “What kind of research you were doing?” asked Lara again.

  “Well, mostly about ‘The Red Mars Project’..and a lot of things connected with that.” explained Suho.

  “Is it possible to get any information about it?” said Lara curiously.

  All of the things Kate told her about her family history earlier was unfamiliar for her.

  “Yeah. Kate has been hiding all kind of information connected with it. But now, since you already activated your power, it’s no longer neccesary.” responded Suho.

  “We still don’t know the detail that we need but I think it will be useful.” added Suho.

  Then Suho looked at Lara in a glance.

  “Would you like to see the progress of my research?” offered Suho to Lara.

  Lara didn’t answer right away. She still confused and wasn’t ready to face and receive any unfamiliar information yet. She also couldn’t just believe about the things happened that she had Krusnik Nanomachine inside her body.

  “Al..alright.” answered Lara hesitantly.

  Seeing Lara’s reaction, Suho felt very stupid of himself. To be honest, he was just wanted to help Lara to figure out her situation at that time. But, the things he could do was just by doing some research and to find out more about her power or the enemy’s information.

  He then put the book in his hand to the bookshelves and held Lara’s hand, taking her to a room in their right side. It was actually a large closet room, but Suho changed it into a study room. Inside, you can see a large size of map on the wall connected with pictures and some explanation around it.

  She was amazed and a little bit surprised upon seeing it. She imagined since when did Suho started doing his research to gather informations like that. The words that attracted her attention the most were: Vatikan, The New Human Empire, Vampire, Methuselah, Krusnik.

  “I know all of this is still new to you and you’re not ready yet. I won’t force you.” exclaimed Suho while gently put both his hands in Lara’s shoulder.

  Lara took a closer step to Suho and hugged him.

  “Thank you.” she said with sincerity.

  ‘Thank you for willing to do this for me.’ she added in her mind.

  Suho smiled and hugged her back.

  “Are you worried?” asked Suho.

  “Don’t worry, we are all here to help you. We will face it together.” he added while patting Lara’s head gently.

  Lara then hugged Suho more tightly and leaned her head on his chest.
