"Jung Daehyun, that's a good name. Now where is your mommy?" Aerin asked Daehyun, the little boy she helped before. Daehyun pointed at a couple sitting near the fountain, not far from where they were.

"Okay, do you want me to take you there?"

"No need noona. I will be fine on my own, see you later!" he said and then ran back toward his parents. Aerin watched him with a wide smile plastered on her face. L stared at her with an amazed face

"I am sorry to bother you, but are you by any chance, Han Aerin?" L asked her. Aerin narrowed her eyebrows in confusion

"What the happened to your brain, Lpire-ssi?" she asked him curiously and of course, sarcastically

"Well, it's just I can not recognize you before," he answered, in sincere tone

"What do you mean? Stop saying things I don't understand, okay?!"

"Here comes the Aepooh..." he mumbled, still loud enough for Aerin to hear

"I can hear you, so stop it before I punch your vampire looking face," 

"Okay, okay. It's just that the Han Aeri-Aepooh I know is a childish girl trapped in a teenager's body. No offense but who the hell uses Pooh backpack as their school bag in Senior High School?"

"Yeah, it's only you. But you ran to save the little boy-"

"Jung Daehyun,"

"Yeah,yeah. You ran just to save Jung Daehyun. I am just surprised you have this mature side too," L said, honestly

" Of course, I am Han Aerin you know?" Aerin said proudly

"... Forget if I said anything," L said, surrending. Aerin laughed at him

"Ok! Now where is my ice cream????????" she pleaded him

"Let's go, wait, what's with your knee?" L was about to start walking but his eyes caught something wrong on Aerin's knee. Aerin looked down, following L's gaze, to find that her right knee is bleeding

"This thing is nothing, let's just go-" she said

"How can it be nothing???" L asked, not believing his own ears

"Because I am totally used to scars like this. Come on, don't overreact to scar like this," Aerin started to walk away but L took her hand and pulled her toward the opposite direction of the ice cream stall
