Author's POV

'GOD DAMN IT! I WOKE UP FOR NOTHING!' she cursed in her mind. The school got cancelled today due to the teachers' sudden meeting. The bad luck did not  just stop there. The school did not just let them go home empty handed so they gave them some weird task, and guess what? The school gave them a task to observe the difference between plants that are carefully planted and taken care by people and the plants that are wildly growing in the park or the side of the road. The worst part was they have to do the task in pair, with their own seatmate to be exact. 

"How did I get so unlucky?" Aerin muttered, but still loud enough for L to hear. He sneered upon hearing her sentence and said

"Fortunately you have me as your seatmate now or else you will be alone but unfortunately you are stuck with me," Aerin grumbled when she heard him which made him chuckled. They were on their way to the park but Aerin could not stay still even for a blink of eye. She could dance randomly even they were in the crowded place. L swiftly made some gap between them and pretended not to recognize her

"Lpire!! Wait for me!" she shouted to him when she saw that she was already left behind. Aerin ran and managed to catch up with him

"Shut up and act normally if you want me to wait for you, Han Aepooh," he replied. Aerin pouted and walked calmly beside him. They managed to arrive safely at the park. It was still empty. There were only a few people in the park, maybe because it was still early in the morning. The sun had started to shine brightly and the weather was getting hot

"Then shall we start?" L asked her. Aerin nodded and took out her notes

"You can stay in the shady part L," she gestured to him when he was about to move

"What the hell?! Why??" he asked her

"I thought vampire hates sunlight?" she said to him with innocent face

"Shut up and just do our work okay?" he said coldly. Then they got started. They decided to observe a lily because L said he has a lily plant at his house. They noted down every details of the plants until it was 12 in the afternoon. After they finished writing what they thought were important, they decided to sit down on the bench under the tree. The park was getting a little crowded

"Hoahh, I am exhausted. Who knows it will take this long to finish?" Aerin mumbled when she finally sat on the bench. L stood up in front of her
