“Do we really get to meet SHINee sunbaenim today?” Minwoo asks, jolting up and down on his seat.

Donghyun sighs. “Relax, Minwoo. They’re probably not as god-like as you think.” He turned to Youngmin, sighs again as Minwoo start to recite the list of ‘why-SHINee-is-so-god-like’.

He flinched as he sees Youngmin brush and do his hair in front of the small pocket mirror. He sighed. “I thought you wouldn’t be affected too, Youngmin.”

But the younger boy didn’t even seem to notice.

Donghyun glanced all over their dressing room. Jeongmin is practicing his high-note, as usual. But today, he’s practicing it using one of SHINee’s songs. Minwoo there is literally jumped up and down as Hyunseong tried to calm him down. But the older boy did seem excited too. And Kwangmin and Youngmin there.. Since when did they do fan service when there are no fans around? Kwangmin is spraying Youngmin’s hair, and they both chat and laugh, well, much more than usual.

Donghyun needs to go to the toilet. He feels sick just watching s seems so excited about the prospect of meeting SHINee. After all, SHINee is just one of Korea’s top groups. Kwangmin had said so bluntly that he is so pessimistic. But Youngmin defense for him, say that “If Donghyun hyung isn’t their fan, our behavior might seems ridiculous.”

 Donghyun wash his hands over and over again. He feels so frustrated that he couldn’t wash his face, but he already put his make-up on.

“Excuse me.” A soft voice makes Donghyun flinched. He turned to see a guy, maybe an inch or so shorter than him (but, in fact, he use insoles).

“Have you done?” The guy nods to the tap, which is still running. Donghyun nods, and stepped back as the guy wash his hand.

“I didn’t get why a big broad-cast station only have one washbasin.” Donghyun speaks as he dry his hands.

The other guy smiled. “It is because it’s not the main toilet.”

“No offense, but it’s still a big, popular broad-cast station.”

“Yeah, but people doesn’t usually go here.”

“Still.”

“Yeah, but—“

The two of them argue for about fifteen minutes before they both burst into laugh. Loud, maniacally laugh.  To be honest, they both find the thing isn’t that funny, but they laughed as if. Donghyun felt happy. For a second, he could forget about s and laugh with a complete stranger.

The other guy wiped tears from his eyes. “My name is Jonghyun, Kim Jonghyun. What’s your name?”

“Donghyun. Kim Donghyun.” They both exchanging looks before cracked up again. “See, even our names are similar!” Jonghyun said between laughs, as Donghyun just nods and hold his stomach.

Donghyun, between his laughs, glanced at his watch and stopped almost immediately as soon as he saw the numbers. He had been away for 30 minutes! s would probably be ready by now.

Jonghyun notices that Donghyun is looking at his watch before look into his. His eyes also widen in shock.

“Better get going.” Donghyun push the door, holding it for Jonghyun, who smiled thankfully to him.

“I’m this way,” Donghyun smiled to Jonghyun as he headed right. Jonghyun’s dressing room is on the left.

“Wait, wait.” Jonghyun hold the other guy’s hand. “This is my phone number. My manager would be angry if he knew that I give it to strangers, but you’re not a stranger. You’re a friend.” Jonghyun said as he gives a rippled paper. With a short wave, he headed left before disappearing into one of the dressing rooms.

Donghyun smiled. Friend. Yeah, maybe he had found a new friend. He put the rippled paper into his pocket before entering his dressing room.
