[Epilogue] And, Not an End
Unlucky"...It was happily ever after."
Nope, just kidding. It wasn't "happily ever after." We didn't live in a perfect world of fairytale. This is not the story of gorgeous princess getting married to the prince charming. This is not the story where good will always defeat the bad. There was no hero and the boundary between good and bad was always questionable.
There was no princess and prince charming. There was no talking animals and amazing magic to make everything better.
But lets not forget about them.
Do Kyungsoo.
A boy lost in his past with tangled fate that locked him inside an invisible cage.
Kim Jongin.
A boy trapped in his own nightmarish past with no hope and will.
Kim Jongin became the "lucky" in Kyungsoo's "Unlucky" fate.
Do Kyungsoo became Jongin's new dream that never failed to bring a smile.
They didn't need "happily ever after" to make them happy. They had each other.
♦Five years passed by like a wind.
It was a warm spring breeze that melted away all the snow from the harsh winter before.
It was a cold December wind that brought occasional blizzard with them.
It was a wind of change.
Story to Be Told: Do Kyungsoo
When you love someone, you can never just stop loving them.
No matter how stupid and childish Kim Jongin can be, I still love him.
When you love someone, you also fall in love with what they love.
Kim Jongin had recently found a new hobby.
I was happy to learn that Youngji would now stop begging me to take her to a rock concert.
But then now...
"Oppa look at me!" Younji exclaimed from across the room.
She was dancing to a hip hop song wearing a ridiculous outfit....
and Kim Jongin was doing the same thing right beside her.
Mrs.Jung and Mr.Jung was laughing at their daughter and their funny resident dancing togther.
When you love someone, you also fall in love with what they love.
Forget it. I wasn't about to fall in love with dancing and start wearing that weird outfit.
I guess I better get used to this.
I mean I dealt with his love for rock music so dealing with dancing wasn't going to be so hard... right?
"Kyungsoo-ah, you should dance with us!" Oh no.
"Yeah opaa come here!" Okay, I better run.
I ran up the stair and of course I tripped and there was Kim Jongin right behind me to catch me with an open arms.
Story to Be Told: Kim Jongin
I had a nightmare.
