Chapter 7

The birds were chirping outside the window signing it’s already morning, and then the wind flew through the window making the guy shivering a little bit. Then, the clock that was screaming suddenly made the guy fully awake. Sehun groaned over it, and went towards the clock and shut it off. The latter, stood up from his bed and walked to the bathroom to get ready to the university.

Sehun chose, a plain blue t-shirt with a dark blue cardigan to match with his black jeans. The guy walked out from the room and found a familiar figure, Jaehee that was sleeping on the couch. Didn’t she sleep in her room last night? Sehun thought as his eyes stared at the figure.

“Why I must thinking about her? We’re just stranger Oh Sehun. Shut it out,” Sehun scolded himself, but then he thought he should write a memo and left the house keys, so that Jaehee won’t be panicked if he wasn’t not in the house. But, did she really care about his presence after Sehun mad at her last night? Sehun shrugged his shoulder and write on the memo pad and put it on the table where Jaehee might see later on.

With that, Sehun went out from the house and go to the university as his class will start sooner.  

Later on, Jaehee woke up from her deep slumber, the latter opened her eyes slowly and found weird when she feel like she wasn’t in her house, but then she realized she isn’t at her house. Quickly stood up and hold on herself, and she sighed in relief as nothing bad happened on her when she still wear the same clothes yesterday, because she thought, she had been .

“Stupid Jaehee, did you think Sehun wants to you or what?” Jaehee scolded herself while ruffling her hair. Then, she realized that Sehun wasn’t coming out from the room. Is he still didn’t wake up yet? Jaehee thought. The latter stood up and stretched her body, and then her eyes darted on a memo pad that sticks on the table. Jaehee walked towards the table and found that someone leave a message to her which she could suspected—Oh Sehun.

I have class this morning and there is the key on the table if you go out from the house later on because I don’t want anyone to trouble me when she can’t go into the house later on – Sehun.

Jaehee sighed at the note Sehun leave for her, is Sehun really dislike her? Because the memo sounds very sarcastic to her and she felt like Sehun’s presence is here talking to her just like what the note has been written.

Jaehee glanced on the wall where the clock was hung on, and it showed 10.00 a.m. in the morning, and today she must settle her university things because she needs to catch up with the course she takes or she won’t  be graduated and get the certificate.

Jaehee quickly prepared herself to go to her old university to take her resume and all things. “Today must be a tiring day to me,” Jaehee said to herself.

After a long ride in the bus, Jaehee arrived at her old university and quickly dialed up her best friend number, Minah. Hoping that she will pick up her phone and unluckily Minah didn’t pick up the phone and Jaehee slide her phone in the pocket back. “She must have class right now, I come at the wrong timing,” Jaehee sighed heavily. She must settle this all alone, and register to the new university today.

Jaehee came out from the office, after settling her university things and now, she must go to her new university and register it today but for now, she thinks that she wants to pay a visit at hospital where Luhan got admitted yesterday.

Jaehee arrived at the hospital later on after taking another ride. While walking towards to Luhan’s ward Jaehee’s eyes wandered around with many people that were walking around the hospital. Every time the hospital always get many patients—every second. At last Jaehee in front of the room, she didn’t felt nervous like yesterday when she has to see Luhan state that looked so fragile. She is feeling better right now, maybe she has to accept that Luhan was in coma but doesn’t mean that her love for Luhan will fade away just like that. It will always alive in her heart even if one day Luhan is dead.

But deep in her heart she hope so much that Luhan will wake up from the coma and comfort her with sweet words telling that it’s fine I’m awake now. She wanted to hear that from Luhan’s mouth and she was hoping it will happen sooner. So, she could go back to Luhan where she belonged to in the first place.

Also she doesn’t want Sehun hate her because of what happened. Jaehee hope after Luhan wake up from the coma Sehun will at least try to be nice with her, hopefully.

Jaehee went into the room only to see Luhan’s body that’s lifelessly laid on the bed connecting with the oxygen in order to keep him breathing. Jaehee walked to the chair that has been provided in the ward and watched  the guy with a deep breath.

Jaehee couldn’t lie to herself if she was saying that she was okay seeing Luhan like this but she has to be stronger and support Luhan to make him conscious back. Like the doctor said yesterday, although it’s all depends from Luhan’s willpower after all they must support him too from the back. Carefully, Jaehee held Luhan’s right hand and put on her cheek caressing his hand affectionately.

“Please wake up soon oppa, I miss you right now. Everyone is worrying about you especially your twin.” Jaehee muttered quietly while staring at the guy.

Jaehee still can’t forget when the moment she knew Luhan has a twin. Never had she thought of it. But, she wondered why Luhan hid it from her? Isn’t honesty is one of the character in every relationship? Luhan is not being honest with her and Jaehee still blank. She couldn’t be angry at Luhan at all if Luhan hid from her that he has a twin. There must be a reason why he did that right?

As time passed by, Jaehee pulled the blanket to up until Luhan’s chest to cover him from the coldness. Before Jaehee left the room, she kissed the guy’s temple for the last time lovingly.

While Jaehee settled herself on the seat waiting for the bus arrival, her mind was full with many thoughts. She was thinking that she might get happy ending with her loved one just like what her parents did but it happened otherwise.

Jaehee thought she could get a decent happy ending at least with Luhan but now she don’t think she will achieve the happy ending with her real husband she supposed to be married but instead she got married with Oh Sehun, Luhan’s twin.

Oh Sehun the name lingered in her mind. Her impression when their first meeting on the aisle he looked really like Luhan. If Jaehee didn’t know that wasn’t Luhan at the aisle she still thought that the guy is Luhan.

Sehun with a cold expression on his face and sometimes Jaehee wondered stupidly whether this guy is having con disease because Sehun never showed that he has any emotion or not because when the guy does something, he didn’t show that he’s—happy, sad or anger on doing something at that moment. Or maybe he was stressed with all these things happened around him made him acting like a heartless doll.

But when she tried to make conversation with Sehun, the guy will burst out his anger or maybe send a cold shoulder but he never yelled to her yet. And hopefully it won’t happen in the future.

Jaehee realized that when they were staying at Oh’s house back then. Although she didn’t mean to sound like a sasaeng fans, but that’s was she had been investigated accidentally.

But, if Sehun did really have the disease, it’s absurd though. Well honestly speaking, the Oh’s must have told her if he has that kind of disease, but they didn’t say anything. So, Jaehee could conclude that Oh Sehun is a normal guy.

Thinking about it back, Jaehee did think that Sehun could be mad at her because suddenly the guy has to replace his twin’s place that was currently involved into accident car on their wedding day. But it wasn’t like Jaehee asked for it to happen though. Sehun shouldn’t be mad at her because it was supposed to be her that should be mad about this. She’s the one that’s suffering because she got married with Luhan’s twin whom she just knew about his existence and at the same time her loved one got injured.

Whatever happened now, Jaehee can’t object the fate that had happened to her already. Right now, her husband is Oh Sehun although she didn’t love him in the first place nor know him that well still she should accept it and follow the flow of it.

Wait for Luhan to conscious back and everything going to be normal back. That is her plan right now. She wouldn’t mind if Sehun didn’t want to be friend with her because after all they’re stranger.

And the bus arrived making Jaehee’s mind back to reality and quickly hop on it.

Jaehee was standing in the middle of the road in front of the gate Seoul National University. Many students are coming in and out from the gate. Some of them may have ended the class whereas the other walked quickly to go to their classes.

Jaehee was brisk-walk with her legs that led her to nowhere, she had no idea how she can found the office because practically she doesn’t know anything about this university. She hoped that someone will help her that looked so helpless like a lost puppy.

“You look lost. Do you need some help?” Someone’s voice greeted her, and it seemed like God heard her request, and there’s one human out of these many people that were walking around the university willingly to help her.

“Yeah, I really need some help. Can you help me? I need to find the university’s office because I want to register myself into this university.” Jaehee confessed her problem at the guy in front of her. She doesn’t care if the guy looked at her like as a pathetic person because she is so pathetic at this moment.

“Yeah sure, let me lead the way.” The guy spoke genuinely with a smile plastered on his face, and starting to walk besides Jaehee.

The latter quietly followed the guy while thanking to the God in her heart because sending her an angel to help her out.

The guy’s name is Kim Junmyeon or prefers to be called Suho, but any name is fine for Jaehee as long as she can thank him for helping her a while ago. Well it took for one hour to settle all of her registration into this University and Suho willingly to wait her up. When the staffs at the the office finally has settled all her documents to study over here Jaehee felt so relax because all her problems has settled.

She felt glad somehow by Suho’s concern when the guy said he wanted to take her a tour around the university as she will be studying at here sooner. So, here they are heading to the cafeteria for the first stop since they wanted to fill up their stomach before continue their walk and knowing each other more.

The cafeteria over here seems chaos and energetic unlike her old University. The students’ laughter was everywhere. Some of the students walking from the canteen while caring the tray and searching for the seat to sit on it. Suho told to her saying that we also can eat at outside but as long as she come back when it’s time for her classes then its fine.  But Jaehee choose to have the lunch over here and she’s not the type who’s picky about food though.

When Jaehee and Suho walk side by side, suddenly Jaehee saw Lay’s presence at the cafeteria furthermore he was coming towards her. Jaehee couldn’t stop being panicked because of course she knows Lay when the guy was there witnessed about Sehun being slap by her father in-law. But, she was hoping that Lay didn’t recognize her at here.

But God is somehow didn’t answer her prayer at this moment. So, in the end Lay came towards them and greeted them with a smile along with dimple plastered on Lay’s face.

“Hey Jaehee! What are you doing here?”

Lay cheerfully said, and Jaehee returned back with a smile. And somehow Suho was confused when Lay out of blue greeting them and Lay realized the awkwardness that was surrounding around them quickly breaking the ice.

“Jaehee is my friend if you’re wondering.” Lay chuckled amusingly and Suho nodded in understanding when he finally understood the situation.

“By the way I’m Junmyeon but call me Suho.” Suho let out his right hand to shake with Lay and both of them exchanging shake. And Jaehee at the center was awkward and still doesn’t have any word to say.

“Oh, are you here to see Sehun?”

Again Jaehee was frozen by Lay. She wasn’t expected that name came out from Lay’s mouth so fast while Suho already furrowed his eyebrows.

“You know Sehun too?” Suho queried, and before Lay could answer the real answer Jaehee has cut him beforehand.

“Uhm, well Sehun is my cousin actually.” Jaehee lied, and Lay already looked at her disbelieve. Jaehee’s eye suddenly diverted to Lay’s and like teleporting some hidden message which asking him to play along the lie she just made.

And Lay nodded his head along.

“I see, but it was kind of weird though.” Suho remarked. “Because at University Sehun quite famous because of his coldness towards people and how come he can be your cousin when you’re so cheerful?” Suho laughed openly and Jaehee just smiled awkwardly at Suho.

Because he’s my husband

“And somehow I find Sehun always doing his own stuffs without caring about other people surrounding him.”

Because he was stressed about this sudden marriage

“Also, he got a lot secret admirers at here you know. But it seems like Sehun didn’t care about it though.”

And Jaehee smiled sheepishly and prefer not to say any words. While Lay, he carefully eyeing Suho because Lay found Suho is kind of a creepy guy to him.

It’s because why Suho observed Sehun like a stalker? Lay thought

After a long talk both of them bid goodbye to Lay as the latter has another class to attend. They continued their tour afterwards but it wasn’t that long when Suho also has another class. Jaehee wouldn’t mind though because she also already worn out after a long tiring day settling her university stuffs.

Right now Jaehee wanted to go home and relaxed her legs and get a nice sleep. Quickly Jaehee walked out from the University and went back to Sehun’s house, Jaehee thanked to the God as Sehun’s house is near around here.

A/N: it took me for months to update right? I know i'm a bad author. But don't worry. I will write this story till the end because i just need some inspiration though. Plus this year had been tough for me because next year I have a big Exam which I really need to focus. But for sure, I will try to update this story. 

Just inspire me and I'm motivated enough to update another more ^^ Idk if you guys still remember this story plot but please give this story a chance. 

Sorry I will check grammar tomorrow! I'm so exhausted for today already. Doing the house chores made me worn out tho xD
