A Sticky Mess

 

I stood up to greet Sehun and Luhan by the door.   

Sehun entered the house. "Hey, Haneul," he said, giving me a hug. I returned the gesture, but my eyes drifted to Luhan, who was patting Kris on the back. Suddenly, Luhan's eyes turned to me, and I flinched from the eye contact.

  Sehun felt my sudden movement and held me out at arm's length. "Hey, is something wrong?"   I nodded quickly. "Uh, no. Everything's alright." I returned to Hana's side on the couch. I discreetly pointed in Luhan's direction when the three of them were discussing something. "That's Luhan," I whispered to Hana.   "Ohhh," she nodded understandingly. Then she added, "He's cute."   At this, I emitted a slight chuckle. "Careful, Kris might hear you."   She wrinkled her brows. "Like I care."   "We should head down to the garage and practice now," Kris declared to them.   Sehun childishly scampered over to my side. "I wanna spend some time with Haneul first!" He wrapped an arm around my shoulders. "I haven't seen her for the entire day!"   I remained in my spot, silent, as Kris said, "Fine, man. Me and Luhan are starting first, so you better catch up-"   Luhan walked into the kitchen carelessly.   Baffled, Kris bellowed, "Luhan! Where are you going? We're supposed to be practicing!"   "Chill. I'm just getting a Coke," Luhan replied.   Kris rolled his eyes. "Guess I'll be setting up by myself." He sulked into the garage, muttering about what great band members he has. Hana flipped through some more channels on the TV.   My attention turned back when I felt a small poke on my side, causing me to twitch from the tickling. Sehun had a cocky smile on his face, identifying himself as the culprit.    I wrinkled my nose and poked him back on his stomach, hoping to tickle him, but he only held a lopsided grin. "I'm not ticklish there."   I puffed out a sigh, but wasn't about to give up. Debating where would be some plausible ticklish spots, I tried his side. Still, nothing.    "Come on, Haneul, you still don't know where I'm ticklish?" he teased.   I scratched my head and tried to reach his neck. However, his quick reflexes grasped my arms and toppled me onto his chest. My face was literally an inch away from his. "Gotcha," he smirked.   I pushed myself up and stuck out my tongue at him. "Ew, go be cheesy somewhere else," I said.   Sehun snuggled into my shoulder and wrapped his arms around my torso. "No! I don't want to!"   My mind flickered to the numerous amounts of girlfriends he had and I smacked him playfully on the head. "Liar. You-"   "Sehun or Haneul, can I get some help finding the soda?" Luhan's voice called from the kitchen.   Hana glimpsed at the two of us. "Want me to help him?" she offered, seeing our position.   I started pushing away from Sehun. "It's ok, I got it."   Sehun pouted, "Aw, come back quickly!"   I nodded absentmindedly, as my legs were already speeding toward the kitchen, where Luhan was. Upon entering, I noticed how every single cupboard was swung open and every drawer pulled out. I raised my brows in confusion when I saw Luhan stooping down and sticking his head even in the cupboards under the sink, where all the cleaning equipments were.
