Epilogue
30 DAYS {Completed}
Celina sat behind a table smiling brightly at the long queue in front of her. Beside her a pile of presents given specially to her. Many of her readers and fans had came from all over the world. It had been a year since and she was appreciative of their efforts.
It has also been a year since...
Her heart still felt the familiar pinch after all these time.
A boy stepped up beaming, handing her the manga book, "I think you're prettier in person." he said nervously.
Signing neatly on the manga book, she handed it back to the boy, smiling, "Thanks for coming." and waved at the next person who stepped up.
"The latest series you produced was perfect." the girl gave a thumbs up, "I loved it most."
She smiled, "Thank you. I hope you'll support the new series currently in production."
"Oh really?!" she gasped, "I'll make sure to buy it!"
She waved as the girl left.
During the few minutes break, Sarah had came over and sat beside her, "How's it going?"
Celina gave a tired nod, "Pretty good."
She knew what the younger girl was thinking but decided not to mention anything, "I see you're getting really popular with your latest manga series."
"Aren't you proud being my manager?"
Sarah chuckled, "Of course!" she got up, "Your fans are back. Good luck!" Celina nodded as Sarah left.
The procedure during book signings are normal but she still had to be alert.
Signing the book, she handed it back with a smile, "Thanks for coming."
The guy hadn't moved, "The ending was kind of cruel."
"Sorry?"
The guy frowned, "Why did the guy die in the end?"
Her face was hurting from all the smiling, "Well, I had to add some taste of drama."
"That's so mean..."
She tried her best to bring up a bright smile, "The next series won't be too gloomy I promise!"
"But... What if..." He slowly took his cap off.
She gasped, gripping the edge of the table.
"...What if he didn't die after all...?"
No...
I should thank you
because your sincerity saved me
