Everything went perfectly that night. I called my friend, Jonghyun, again. It was only 8 pm, so he wouldn't be as tired. "Hey, Key. How are you?"

"I'm doing better after the break-up," I told him.

"I feel so bad about that. I shouldn't have told you what he said," he said, ashamed. I smiled.

"Don't feel bad, hyung. I'm glad you told me. But I can't believe he didn't even deny it. Taemin even thought I felt the same way! Like, what the hell?" I responded. He chuckled.

"Yeah. Taemin is messed up if he thought you'd think that, too. Your mom loved you, I know it," he stated, which made me feel so much better. After Taemin's insensitive remark, I felt better knowing Jonghyun could protect me from him.

"Thanks. I feel better," I echoed my thoughts.

"You know, I know a person that likes you. Cute, smart, funny, and sweet."

I blushed. "Okay, thanks. But I don't like girls, hyung...." I said quietly, hoping my dad couldn't hear me if he was anywhere near my room. Girls were awesome, really. But I liked guys.

"No, he's a guy, too," he assured me. I felt butterflies in my stomach.

"I don't think he would be into me, though...."

"I know he is, though, Kibum. I know him well, and he likes you," he returned.

"Well, is he attractive?" I asked, taking baby steps. He laughed, so I blushed in embarrassment.

"I think so. You tell me," he chuckled.

"Okay, who is it?" I asked. There was a long pause before I heard him take a deep breath and he finally responded to me.

"Guess," he answered simply.

"Minho? Jinki?" I guessed immediately.

"No, but close. Keep guessing," he repeated. I heard the phone beep and I received an extra call.

"Hang on, I have another call. I'll call you right back. Hello?" I answered, ending Jonghyun's call and switching to the other one.

"Key-hyung, please listen to me. What do you think I said to Jonghyun that got him mad?"

"Taemin, I don't have time for this-"

"Answer me," he commanded firmly. His sweet voice- I mean, voice- had turned cold and hard.

"He said that you told him that my mom killed herself. Because of me."

"I never said that! He's lying!" Taemin denied. I shook my head, even though he couldn't see me.

"Jonghyun doesn't lie...."

"Well, he was wrong. I said- Beep," I ended the call and went back to Jonghyun.

"Hey. Taemin called," I greeted him tiredly.

"Do you want a fake boyfriend?" Jonghyun asked sweetly.

"Who is it?"

"It's me." I smiled

"Yes. I'd love that. Taemin would even get jealous!"
