"So...you two are together?" the barista asked as Sunggyu handed over the money to pay for his and Dongwoo's drinks.
"Of course!" Dongwoo grinned, and Sunggyu couldn't help but chuckle to himself. They weren't actually dating, they were just friends, really, but they were together all the time and this was far from the first time they'd been asked if they were a couple. Dongwoo was the first one to simply laugh and go with it, and it was their long running inside joke now to roll with it every time.
"Oh - cute!" the oblivious girl smiled, and Dongwoo beamed at her and reached for Sunggyu's hand for the sake of the show.
"Thanks jagi~" Dongwoo smiled as Sunggyu handed him his drink.
"Any time, baby," Sunggyu smiled, giving Dongwoo's hand a small squeeze, "I love you."
"I love you too~" Dongwoo chirped as they walked towards their usual window seat. 
Sunggyu's heart gave a small, painful squeeze and he couldn't help but wonder if Dongwoo knew that he wasn't joking anymore. This had stopped being pretend for him a long time ago.
