“Y-You look really cute”

Youngjae froze, his eyes blinking as he took in what the shirtless man standing in front of him had said to him. He thought his heart stop for a moment, hearing the man’s soft and gentle voice complimenting him. He found himself staring into his beautiful eyes, wondering if he really meant what he just said. The handsome man before him told him he look cute.

 He couldn’t believe him, he rarely gets compliments from his classmates except for the teachers who praised him and Himchan. Yet, he couldn’t help but scanned his pretty face. He looked extremely handsome like a prince in those fairy tales, the knight in shining armour who would rescue the princess from the evil witch.

Daehyun stared at Youngjae’s small face, smiling softly at his pretty doe eyes he had behind his black spectacles. His hand was aching to the cute cheeks he possessed, to just take him away in his arms and spoil him with cheesecake and kisses.

 He resisted the urge but he found his lips just inches away from the cute princess who just remained still watching him. He stared at his lips, going closer to press his against them but he didn’t. Instead, he landed a kiss on his cute button nose.

Youngjae blinked, not expecting to get a nose kiss from the insanely handsome man and quickly backed away from him once he pulled away. His cheeks were burning from embarrassment, hands quivering while his heart thumped faster. He glanced to Himchan, whose jaw was wide open before shyly looked back up at the man was smiling at him.

“I…I…” Youngjae stammered. “I…I…I don’t t-think I-I am c-cute-”

“But” The shirtless man spoke, going closer to him.

“I think you are-“

“You”

Himchan hurriedly came in between the two of them, narrowing his gaze at the shirtless man who was talking to Youngjae.

“Do you realise you just kiss his nose?” Himchan spoke sternly, raising his voice while Youngjae held his arm, wanting to stop him from ‘scolding’ the man.

“Even though it was actually….” He paused, turning to his friend pulling his arm before looking at him.” Sort of. Maybe…cute”

Daehyun stifled a chuckle, watching as Youngjae’s face turned redder and stared helplessly at his friend. Yongguk eyed the vocalist trying to hold himself back from laughing and to the two students, particularly the shy one Daehyun bothered to talk to.

“But!” Himchan glared at him making Daehyun stop laughing.

“You kiss someone you didn’t know! On the nose!” He folded his arms and frowned at him “

“You stole his first ever nose kiss!”

“Hahaha” Yongguk started laughing, looking at Himchan pointing his finger and looking at Daehyun angrily.

“W-What is so funny?!”

“You” Yongguk smiled, looking at Daehyun who furrowed his eyebrows at him in confusion.

“Haha, first ever nose kiss? It would be more of a big deal a if he stole his first kiss, on the lips honestly”

“I-It doesn’t matter!” Himchan muttered. “You kiss my Squishy JaeJae’s nose!”

“Squishy JaeJae” Daehyun repeated the nickname softly, eyes glued to Youngjae who gasped and was biting his lips. ”He is Squishy JaeJae?”

“The one you had kiss is Squishy JaeJae” Himchan proudly admitted, not noticing Youngjae facepalming behind him and pulling his arm.

“Oh, I called him that. You can’t call him that”

“Squishy JaeJae?” Daehyun thought before smiling to himself. “Cute”

“H-Hyung!” Youngjae called out softly, looking at Himchan desperately. “You shouldn’t call me that here”

“Why not? I always call you Jaejae“

“But-“

“Hey” Yongguk interrupted them, moving himself to be in front of Daehyun. He smirked at Himchan who looked away from him. “Why don’t we make  a nickname for you two?”

“What? T-That’s ridiculous! You don’t even know us-“

“But I do know you like abs” Himchan hissed, pointing at Yongguk before puffing his cheeks and turned away from him.

“You know only that about me, how about my Jaejae huh-“

“He’s shy” Yongguk answered quickly, lifting an eyebrow at Himchan who scoffed.

“Only those two” He murmured loud enough for Yongguk to hear. “But we are not even close, why would you make a nickname for us?”

“Because it’s fun” Yongguk answered. “Now, what to name you two…. Cuties?”

“What!?” Himchan shook his head. “If you want to give us a name or label us or something, please make it cool… or nice for us”

“Hahah this so cute!!” Zelo and Jongup turned to Mr Hwang, blinking as he beamed brightly at Himchan and Yongguk bickering. Youngjae was just innocently looking at Himchan and to Yongguk back and forth while Daehyun gazed at him, holding back a smile seeing him so confused. He looked so adorable.

It suddenly reminded Daehyun about how his brother was talking about him talking about the two who helped him as princesses. He remembered staring at Youngjae’s pretty face, seeing him hugging his little brother in the middle of the playground. His brother was grinning brightly as he pulled away, getting a small pat on the head from Youngjae. Daehyun blinked, imagining Youngjae waving at him with his brother with his pretty smile on his face and Himchan just standing with his brother.

“They are princesses hyung-“

“Princess…” Yongguk heard Daehyun murmur and stared at Himchan carefully.

“He is handsome, he dotes on Squishy JaeJae, likes abs… but a princess would be-“

“JaeJae!” Himchan suddenly screamed, pointing at the small cockroach on the wall behind Yongguk. Youngjae blinked and stood stiffly, watching the cockroach suddenly crawled to the floor and was moving towards him and Himchan. Daehyun bit his lips, backing away since he had a tiny dislike and fear of cockroaches, turned to see Youngjae going towards Himchan. He gulped and daringly moved closer to him while keeping his eye on the cockroach crawling closer to Himchan. Unlike Himchan, he wasn’t so scared of insects.

“Please please go away go away”

“Hey, it’s alright to be scared but-“

“W-Wait its coming! Ah!”

Youngjae let out a gasp when he felt someone pulled him away. He looked up to see the shirtless man’s face right in front of him. He gulped, he couldn’t help but think the man before him looked rather cute when he was eyeing the cockroach frightenedly. Daehyun turned to Youngjae and gave him a soft smile, liking how his face was turned to a bright red. Youngjae blinked, looking down and back up at the man as he started to realise the man had his arms wrapped around him- Youngjae wasn’t used to skinship. He pushed Daehyun away gently, biting his lips as he bowed slightly to him.

“I-I-I…I am sorry!” Youngjae bowed to him before turning away from the man.

“No no, I... I thought you were scared of cockroaches….” Daehyun whispered before smiling softly at Youngjae who was blinking at him.

“I was actually scared of it …”

“It’s-it’s alright-“Youngjae squeaked and turned away from Daehyun, his face becoming bright red. He bit his lips, he should have remembered he was shirtless. He was so close to him, so close to his muscular body. He looked down at his body- he was planning to work out in the gym near his house. He wanted to look manlier. Like the shirtless guy.

“Hey erm…-“

“It is still there? Ahh, I hate cockroaches! Why did it have to appear?” Yongguk chuckled softly, looking at the student who had his arms around his neck and was burying his face into his neck. He smiled weakly at him, this guy was a scaredy cat. But cute too.

“It’s gone now”

“Really?” Himchan pulled away from Yongguk and looked around him. He turned to give Yongguk one of his widest smile- only to realize he was hugging him. Himchan gulped and quickly moved away from Yongguk, pursing his lips when he saw the latter laugh at the corner of his eyes.

“You are scared of cockroaches-“

“Shut up! It’s okay to be scared!”

“Yeah but-“

“Don’t” Yongguk tilted his head, giving Himchan a y look only to make him grumpier and his face turned redder as he stormed off and stood next to Youngjae.

“S-Something is wrong with you!” Himchan pointed at Yongguk, frowning when Yongguk just grinned at him.

“S-Stop smiling!” He felt his cheeks heating up and turned away from him.

“W-Who are you anyway…?”

“You don’t know who we are?” Yongguk asked, surprised to see Himchan shaking his head.

“Really now? What about you?” Yongguk directed the question to Youngjae who shrugged.

“I am sorry, we d-don’t know who you guys are…”

“Wow, it hurts-“

“Well why do you care? Are you supposed to be popular or something, Mr perfect Abs guy?” Yongguk scoffed and chuckled, smirking at Himchan.

“Well not, Mr perfect Abs is Jonguppie there” Yongguk pointed at the boy next to Mr Hwang and stared at Himchan. “ I think you would like his abs a lot…princess”

“P-Princess?”

Himchan gasped, looking at Youngjae who gave him a small smile. “Hey you, I don’t know who you think you are, but I am no princess. “

“You and your Squishy JaeJae over there, you two are princesses. Cute, looks feminine and … cute”

“W-We are not cute!” Youngjae spoke up softly, turning to Daehyun who stifled a chuckle.

“You are cute, you look very adorable in fact. You are a princess-“

“N-No, I am not” Youngjae shook his head, backing away from Daehyun. “I-I… I… I am not cute”

You are” Daehyun took a step forward, liking how Youngjae kept shaking his head with his cute red cheeks. “You are even cuter when you blush-“

“S-Stop, d-don’t say that…”

“Youngjae is not used to people complimenting him” Himchan spoke,frowning at Yongguk and Daehyun. “Y-You will get it from me!”

“Get what princess?”

“It!” Himchan shouted before pulling Youngjae out of the door.

“Mr Hwang! Sorry but we have to leave now!”He stuck out his tongue at Yongguk before slamming it shut, leaving just Mr Hwang and B.A.P in the room.

“The nerve of that guy, calling us princesses” Himchan grumbled,pursing his lips at Youngjae who nodded.

“Why does this ‘princess’ thing stick to us!? Are we too fabulous or something?”

“I don’t know hyung…” Youngjae muttered softly,smiling at Himchan pouting to him.

“I hope we are not going to be in the same class as them when they come”

“Yeah…” Youngjae frowned and touched his nose, his heart fluttering remember his first ‘nose’ kiss.

“I…I am not cute…”

“Haha, they are cute” Yongguk muttered before patting on Daehyun’s shoulder.” What’s up with you and that guy with spectacles? I never heard you calling someone ‘cute’ before or kiss his… nose”

“Oh..I…” Daehyun looked back at the door before shaking his head. “It’s nothing…”

“Nothing? I know you were scared of that cockroach and pulled him into your arms away from him when he wasn’t even scared.And you kiss his nose!” Yongguk laughed seeing Daehyun’s cheeks turning pink.

“Do you… like him?”

“Just because I told him he was cute, doesn’t mean I like him or anything. You do like that scaredy cat right?” It was Yongguk’s turn to blush and shook his head vigorously.

“No! He was the one who told me I was Mr Perfect Abs and... I have to tell him the truth!” He pointed at Jongup who waved innocently at them. “It’s Jonguppie right?”

“L-Let’s not talk about it” Yongguk nodded and both suddenly turned to the teacher who was smiling adoringly at them.

“Mr Hwang-“

“Oh my! You are so cute! Daehyun and Youngjae , Yongguk and Himchan!!”Zelo nodded, smiling brightly at them as if he was agreeing to the fangirling Mr Hwang who couldn’t stop clapping his hands.

“Mr Hwang….”

“Right chop chop, you need your uniforms! And I think you guys are happy to meet those cute students of mine.!”

“Cute huh?” Daehyun and Yongguk chuckled. “Honestly, I hope to see them again Daehyun”

Yongguk smiled sheepishly at Daehyun. He looked at the door, wondering if he would ever meet the ‘princesses’ again. He remembered looking at the nametag of the cute ‘princess’, smiling to himself.

“Yeah… me too”

“I would want to know more about you… Yoo Youngjae”
