Brilliance.
Those with the ability to be bright are special.
Those that are special, adapt quicker than others.
They're the ones that survive.
Long live the City of Light.
Foreword

In the City of Light, the children run around and play often. The sun may set, but the lights don't dim.
The children snap their fingers and orbs of light float around them, they run around with fireflies and have magic in their fingertips.
Darkness was not something to be feared when they had the power to control light.
But soon, it was discovered about their powers, how they could control it, manipulate it, make it theirs.
Bad people started to go looking for them and the City of Light had to disappear.
Many people started to live normal lives in the neighborhoods nearby. Others found their calling in freak shows, carnivals and circuses.
Memories of the city stayed forever, but only with those that used their powers daily.
Less frequent use means less frequent thoughts. And that meant even more disappearances.
Those that knew of this tried hard to get their people back into the world of Light, finding them was difficult, convincing them was even worse.
But it was a mission those that belonged to the City of Light had to fulfill.
For their story had to keep going, keep building, and keep getting brighter.
Children needed to realize their true selves and come back into the fold.
And Seo Haedeum was about to be drawn back.

I will not be completing a sequel just saying. I already have all the plans written out.
And I'm telling you ahead of time. there will NOT be a sequel.
