“Have you thought of which college you’re gonna go to?” you turn to Kris as he flips around the piles of envelopes on the table

“Not yet, you?”

“Nope, but I want it to be just around Seoul.” you shrug

“Me too.” Kris nods “Do you wanna go to the same place?”

“I think we should go to different places, it’s not like we can easily get the same place…” Kris looks at you with a bored look “Okay, maybe you can influence them but let’s be realistic okay? Just let fate decide.”

“I guess it wouldn’t hurt, but I’ll be sure to visit you and you have to visit me too.” Kris reminded

“If we’re still living in Seoul, that wouldn’t be a problem.” you smiled

“Uhh, this one’s for you.” Kris handed an envelope

“Really? Whose it from?” you took it from him “Oh My God.” you gasp

“Who is it from?”

“SNU!” you squealed

“Open it!” Kris motions and sat next to you

“Okay okay.” you calmed yourself “Deep breaths.” you breathed “Here it goes… We’re from Seoul National University here by informing you of our first intake for the year and you are needed to register yourself as one of our students at the date stated below…” your eyes travelled on each sentence on the letter “We wish you the best of luck to pursue your studies here.” you finished and look up to see Kris’ sparkling eyes “I got it! I got to study in Korea’s top university!” you jumped and embraced Kris “I can’t believe it!” you look at Kris in the eyes

“Well believe it, you got them. Congratulations Hyo Ri.” Kris smiled

“GAH!! I’m so happy!” you squealed and pecked him on the lips

“Should we go and celebrate?”

“YES! Totally!” you nodded multiple times

“When?”

“Tomorrow! I have enough excitement for the day.” you smiled to yourself “I just… Can’t believe I got it you know.” you turn to him

“You totally deserve it.” he curls the strand of your hair behind your ear “Hey, what if I got some place far from here?”

Your smile immediately fades “What do you mean?”

“You know, somewhere in the States or the other side of the world.” he grasps your hand

“You’re joking right?” you frown slightly

He looks at you and stifled a laugh “Duh!” he flicks your forehead “So, what kind of gift do you want from me?” he smiled

“Here.” you tap your lips and he smirked

“Hmm… Weird but okay.”

Kris leans in and held your cheek with one of his hands; he pulled you closer and presses his lips against yours. Your eyes fluttered close and
