During this picture^ The staff members had brought out a cake to congradulate the boys. Jimin was holding the cake, so it was further away from V, who was on the far left. While all the other members huddled around the cake, V just stood their and pouted because the cake was far from him and he couldn't blow the candle. When Suga noticed V, he put his finger up and told V to blow out the candle. xD

V was happy afterward.
