'haishh, when i see that jiyoung im gonna kick his so hard!"Dara whines as she walks along the bricked path of a market located within the ruins in the outskirst of the city. there are no many people roaming around the area coz it is almost sun down.

" he should be the one doing this errand not me!" she continues whining while walking towards a store that sells different kind of herbs

" Thank you and come again" the old saleslady bowed as Dara walked out of the store

"Okei, just one more thing to buy and i'm done with my chore." Dara smiled happily as she looks into her list of things to buy in the market.

it was almost dark. the light post started to flicker as they slowly light the alleys.

"oohh...you are so gonna be dead Kwon Jiyoung, this is supposed to be you walking here in this creepy alleys not me" Dara whispers as she walks alone down the alley of the market square.

" heeeelppp!!!" Dara heard a scream

" somebody help me pleasee!" with her hunter instinct, Dara immediately dropped her basket and run towards the person who is screaming

"you can scream all you want young lady, but you cant do anything" a salivating, zombie looking vampire said as he pins a young woman on the wall.

they were inside a dilapidated building just outside the market square

"no please!no!somebody help me!!" she struggled as the vampire held her arms above her head

"mwahahah, imma drain you out. imma drink every last drop of your blood." he laughed like a maniac, with his eyes almost popping out of its sockets, his face is too skinny and he is salivating like a rabid dog.

he was about to bite the neck of the woman when Dara appeared

" hey!" Dara throws a big stone right into his head

" over here! you ugly piece of !" she waves arrogantly at the vampire.

" who the hell do you think you are?!" the vampire shouts angrily at Dara

Dara looks around her and point her thumb to herself " who? me?" she smirks

"ooohhhh, how impolite of me for not introducing myself." she bows mockingly

"hi,my name is i am not so glad to meet you a.k.a i'll be your death you pathetic beast!" She shouted as she pick up another stone

"how dare you insult me weak human!you are nothing but food to me" the vampire shouted as he is now madly focusing on Dara

" oh yeah?take this!" she threw the stone and hit him right into his eyes..

" aarrrgghhh!!!my eyes!!!" he lost grip of the woman

" Run!" Dara shouted to the woman.

"you are gonna pay for this you arrogant !"he is holding his right eye which is now bleeding

" well, do you accept credit card?" Dara shouted mockingly.

She is discreetly reaching for her Knightrod in her pocket. " !" Dara shouted inside her mind

" i left my knightrod in the Dojou!" she didn't show that she is starting to panic. without her knightrod it will not be easy for her to take down a hungry insane vampire

" die you !" the vampire charges towards her

" oh no!you first!" she shouted as she dodge the attack and kick him in the face

" aarrgghh" he groans in pain. Dara spotted a metal pipe and quickly picked it up.

"waaaaah!!!die!die!die!!" he shouted as he charged towards Dara again.

he is losing his sanity because he is losing blood and haven't fed. he jumped forward

Dara walks backwards waiting for the attack. when he is right above her, she aim the pipe right into his Chest.

spatters of blood scattered as the pipe struck the vamp into his chest. he fell into the ground. Motionless.

" Whew! that was close" she sighed.

She walks closer to make the final blow that will kill the vamp.

She was about to struck its heart when it suddenly moved and scratched Dara's stomach with it's long sharp fingernails.

Dara quickly moved away.she was bleeding from the scratch.

the vamp became more aggressive the moment he smelled the scent of Dara's blood. his eyes turned bloody red.his nails grew longer and his fangs protruded like a wolf's fang.he finally snapped out of his humanity

"blood!give me your blood!" he chanted as he attack

Dara again Dara tried to jump away but her knees are shaking.

She did not notice that the wound in her stomach is a bit deep.she is losing a lot of blood.

She hit the vamp in the head. it fell down.

Dara took the opportunity to run away. she cant fight in her situation.she was bleeding bad and she don't have her knightrod

"blood!" the vamp shouted as it stood up and flew towards Dara. he caught Dara's hair.

"Aaahhhh!!" Dara groans in pain as she struggles to get free. She maneuvered downwards and tries to struck the vamp in his chest but the vamp is quicker and caught the pole. He punched her right in her wound.

Dara's sight slowly became blurry. and her wound is so painful.

she fell to the ground " this cant be my end.i still have to make jiyoung pay for making me do his chores.and Chaerin, gosh i want to see her again." she thought as she slowly closes her eyes

" Chaerin...?"

"no!" Dara suddenly woke up shouting

She was sweating and breathing rapidly.she realized that she is in an unfamiliar room.

"where am i?" she ask herself as she scans the room.

it is a huge modern type of room.the wall is painted with skyblue paint. it has a floor to ceiling glass window overlooking the whole city.

" aawww!!"she screamed as she felt a pang from her wound

" it's not a dream. i was attack by a vamp. but how did i get here?" she whispers

" I can see you're awake" She was startled as the familiar voice slowly appeared in front of her.

" Chaerin?" She asked confused

" how are you feeling?" Chaerin asked as she sits beside Dara's bed.

Dara blush as she tries to sit.

"no.stop moving.you're wound might bleed again" Chaerin said firmly and stopped her from sitting

She stared at Dara as if the girl infront of her is the most fragile creature she had ever encountered.

Dara felt like her heart is pounding like hell, she feels like drowning in those beautiful eyes of Chaerin. how they look at her so lovingly. the pain in her wound feels like slowly going away.

" ho-how did i get here?" she asked stuttering

" we were buying something in the outskirt market when we saw you lying there on the ground bleeding and almost lifeless" Chaerin lied

flashback...

Chaerin smelled the scent of Dara's blood and quickly went to where it is coming from. Her heart was pounding so hard. 

THe vamp was about to bite dara's neck when somebody kicked him and he flew a meter away from Dara's unconscious body.

" get your hands off her. you're a filthy disgrace to this race" Chaerin shouted as she picks up Dara.

Her hand was shaking so bad. she was scared.scared of the thought of loosing Dara. But she has to calm herself.or else she might lose her human mind and might even hurt Dara.

"blood..." the vamp groans

" Take care of that thing, Walter." she commanded as she carry Dara's body away.

" as you wish my master" Walter politely bowed with one swift move the vamps head flew a feet away from his body. a moment later, it burst into flame and the wind scattered its ashes until nothing reamained.

" so what happened to you?" Chaerin asked innocently

" She can't know" Dara whispered in her mind

"uhmm...ah, there was-uhmm there was a stray bear."

" A bear?"

"yeah a stray bear that i, that i ahmmm encountered" she is playing with her fingers as she struggles to find an excuse and make Chaerin believe her

" it attacked me and i blocked out and then you found me and brought me here" she smiled sweetly

" Are you sure it's not a person who did this to you?" Chaerin asked trying to act unconvinced

"yeah, i'm sure. don't worry.i'm still alive and kicking" Dara tries to be cheerful and throws her hands in the air

" aAAAw!" her wound throbbed painfully

" careful now" Chaerin said worriedly as she check Dara's wound

" haishh...stop moving it might open again." Chaerin dialed the phone on the bedside table

" Walter, tell the nurse come inside my room. i think she needs to changed the dressing in Dara's wound"

even though her wound is painful, Dara still manages to be happy coz it was Chaerin who found her. the last person in her mind when she thought she is going to die.

"there you go miss." the nurse smiles as she finish changing the dressing

"your wound is unbelievably healing quickly" she continues with amazement " at this rate, you will heal in no time"

Chaerin is just watching Dara and thinks quietly by herself." this is not a surprise.thanks to the fact that she is a hunter. her healing ability is faster than ordinary human"

the first time in thousand years that Chaerin is thankful that somebody is a hunter.

the moment she saw Dara lying on the ground covered in blood, it hit her. She is in love with her.. She was never scared in her entire existence. but the thought of losing Dara made her feel like she is gonna lose her insanity.

the nurse stood up as she walks towards the door " if there's anything you need miss,i'm just downstairs" she said to Chaerin and bows.

"see? i told you i'm fine" dara said as she tries to sit down.

" hey!you are really stubborn" Chaerin quickly helped Dara sit down.

She carefully place a pillow at the dara's back so she can comfortably sit while resting her back in the headboard.

Dara, couldn't feel the pain in her wound anymore. instead, all she feels are the butterflies playing inside her. the scent of Chaerin, especially when she was this close to her, is really addicting.

" there you go. Comfy?"Dara blushed as Chaerin smiled to her sweetly

" yes. thank you"

"Uhmmmm...Chaerin, will you please keep this a secret.i just dont want my family to worry"

"Don't worry, i got it covered. walter is gonna talk to your dad and will tell him something that will not make him suspicious of your whereabouts. for the meantime, you will stay here until you are fully recovered." Chaerin held Dara's hand and squeeze it gently.

There was an awkward silence.they were just staring at each other. two people who cares for each other so much but is bound by secrets that either one of them wants the other to know.

hey there! it's been a thousand years you guys.

but unfortunately i raised from my tomb and here i am again terrorizing ya'll with this,uhmm let's say ,a bit boring update. which, i am apologizing for.

for the meantime this is the best that i could do,mianhe. still trying to get back in my writer mood. a thoousand years of sleep is a bit long.*delusional me* ehehehhe
