Ricky walked to his classroom after he left his hyung with L.joe. Was he going to be okay? Ricky though for a bit. Yeah, Chunji hyung could handle him. 

 

He quietly stood by the door of the class, lost in his thoughts. Gosh, those fangirls are crazy, don't they have anything better to do in their life? he thought as he watched some walk by, their hands full of gifts. He heard the door open and snapped his head up. Ricky walked - no wait - squeezed his way through the crowd at the door, somehow managing to greet his teacher along the way. 

 

He yawned as he sat himself down in his assigned seat. Ricky pulled out his notebook and pencil then slumped back into his chair, waiting for the lesson to start. 

 

"Attention everyone," their teacher, Shin seonsaengnim, called out. 

 

The groups of students talking reluctantly turned their heads to the front although they didn't really give a about what their teacher had to say. 

 

"Today, a new student will be joining us," he continued. Suddenly the class grew some interest. Murmurs were heard across the room. Words like, "I wonder if it's a girl" and "I hope they're hot" we're being exchanged as the teacher looked at the class, disappointed. 

 

"Settle down," he said over the talking. The conversations came to a halt after some time. Shin seonsaengnim sighed. 

 

"The new student will be coming in soon, so I except you all to be on your best behavior," He stated as he eyed certain students. The students just rolled her eyes, leaning back in their chairs. 

 

"Neh," the whole class dully answered. 

 

"Good," he nodded. "And you three in the back row, sit up." 

 

Then the door opened. 

 

Ricky looked up from his notebook to see a tall, young boy. Well, young as in about his age. He quietly gasped. Was that the new student? 

 

Ricky secretly studied his features from his dyed brown hair swept to the side to his eyes and about everything else. He looked really... Good. His looks could compete against Chunji and L.joe's! ... In Ricky's mind at least. 

 

"Class, this is our new student, Choi Jonghyun," their teacher said them turned to Jonghyun. "Would you like to introduce yourself?"

 

"Hello, my name is Choi Jonghyun, but you can call me Changjo. I hope we all get along!" Jonghyun said as he smiled. His lips were only slightly curved up, yet it still looked just as attractive as any other full smile. Half of the girls in the class slightly swooned over him, while the others reminded and scolded them, telling them to stay faithful to Chunji and L.joe. 

 

Ricky, without knowing, smiled also. He couldn't help but want to-

 

"Jonghyun, you can sit over there next to...  Changhyun," the teacher stated. "Changhyun, raise your hand."

 

Ricky was slightly startled as his thoughts were cut off with the sound of his name. It took a couple seconds to process what the teacher had said, then he immediately raised his hand. I almost forgot the seat next to me was empty, Ricky thought to himself. 

 

"Hello," Changjo slightly bowed his head as he took his seat. "You must be Changhyun." 

 

"Nice to meet you. You can just call me Ricky," Ricky replied as he bowed his head down, trying hard not to hit his head. 

 

"Nice to meet you too," Changjo quietly said as the lesson began and smiled. 

 

The two quickly turned their attention to the board. 

 

Ricky just couldn't help but want to... Be his friend.

"Chunji hyung~" Ricky yelled over the loud high-pitched shrieks of his fangirls. 

 

"Ricky!" Chunji exclaimed as he made his way over to him, stepping over the scattered sweets and gifts. I bet the janitors and the rest of the staff are pissed at those girls, Ricky said in his head. They leave the biggest messes I've ever seen. On top of that they scream their lungs out. How come no one is complaining yet and how are their voices still okay?! 

 

"You know, your fangirls are kind of irritating," Ricky cutely glared at them, but they were too preoccupied trying to get Chunji's attention to notice. 

 

Chunji just slightly laughed. Ricky pouted. 

 

"Oh yeah, hyung!" Ricky recalled something. "What happened with you and L.joe?"

 

"Eh? Oh, with that jerk?" Chunji replied, unpleased about the topic. "Just some stupid competition. You don't have to worry."

 

"Competition?" Ricky tilted his head to one side. "What kind? Sports? Academics?"

 

"Confessions."

 

"A competition for confessions?" Ricky's facial expression twisted into a confused one. "Why?" 

 

"I have no idea," Chunji sighed. "It was his suggestion."

 

"He's weird..." 

 

"He always has been," Chunji stated. 

 

"It's too loud to talk here!" Ricky replied loudly as the girls still continued with their screaming. 

 

"Yeah. Lets just get to our classes before it's too late."

 

"Neh~"
