Jaejoong dropped you off at your work. The both of you came out and faced each other.

You bowed, “Thank you.”

“What time do you end?” Jaejoong asked.

You held out 10 fingers.

Jaejoong glanced at his watch, “I’ll come back then.” He was about to go back into his car but stopped. Jaejoong paused in thought for a second before walking over to you. Each step of his made your heart thump hard in your chest. His gaze was soft as he looked down at you. “…Be safe.” Jaejoong leaned in and gently kissed your forehead. Your eyes widened and face fired up. He went into his car and drove off. You touched your forehead, careful not to ‘erase’ his mark.

The ahjumma came out, “You okay?” You smiled, nodded, and skipped inside. You worked hard, thinking of Jaejoong now and then. Finally, 10 came. You washed your hands, fixed your hair, bowed to the ahjumma, and left. Jaejoong was on the dot. He looked up, smiled a crooked grin, and opened the door for you. You bowed in thanks and hopped inside.

Jaejoong came in after you, “Do you have to go somewhere tonight?” You pondered about it before shaking your head. “Do you…want to come to my club with me?” Jaejoong carefully asked. You did have bad memories there but the thought of spending more time with him overruled it. You nodded. He smiled, shifted the stick to D, and drove off. Jaejoong got out of the car.

“HYUNGNIM!” His men bowed 90 degrees. You blinked in shock. To assure you, Jaejoong took your hand and squeezed it. He handed the cars to one of the men. He bowed and went to park the car. The rest of the men curiously looked at you. “Hyungsoonim?” You heard one man whisper.

You turned pink *Is that what I am now?* The club was full of people. You wondrously looked around. Jaejoong led you upstairs to the secret room, “You can stay here. I’ll be in and out to see you. Is that…all right?” You nodded. Jaejoong smiled, “I’ll see you later.” He quietly shut the door. You heard his footsteps get farther away. You blew a raspberry and sat on the bed. You pulled out all the homework f
