With his free hand, Jaejoong opened the door to his private room.
No one had ever come in here before. Not even his closest friends. Jaejoong used this room when he couldn’t go home to sleep or think or rest from his stressful, never ending work.
Very gently, he sat you on the bed.
You wouldn’t release him.
Jaejoong softly whispered, “You have to let go of me.”
You hesitantly pulled away and dropped your hands in your lap.
Jaejoong stooped down in front of you and peered at your face. You looked blank, tired, and sick. “Are you okay? You’re pale.” He was worried. You didn’t reply. Jaejoong reached out to your face. His phone rang. He stopped and answered it, “What? Now?” Jaejoong glanced at you then looked away, “I’ll be down.” He looked at you, “I have to go…but you can rest here until I come back.”
You blinked.
“Do you…understand?” Jaejoong peered at you.
You nodded.
“Good… the bathroom is over there and there’s water in the fridge…” Jaejoong opened the door and turned back. He awkwardly turned back, “I’ll be back soon. Don’t leave. Okay?” With the warning, Jaejoong left.
You wanted to leave. You had to. But you were so dizzy and out of it. And being out there again didn’t seem like the best idea for you right now. Besides, this room seemed oddly comfortable and warm. Slightly sleepy, you laid down. *I’ll get up before he comes back.* You remembered the awful moments before and squeezed your eyes shut *That was scary.* As a tear fell down you
