“Morning!!!” Little Junho and Sulli had greeted Junsu as he walked into the kitchen.

“Morning.” He yawned as he took his seat at the kitchen table, happily taking the plate that Victoria had offered to him. “So, how was it?”

Junsu first gave her a confused looked, until he realized she was probably asking about his date with Chansung.

“It was great.” He told her after taking a bite of the food. As he recalled yesterday’s events he couldn’t keep himself from smiling like an idiot in love, which he was.

“Big brother, are you ok?” Sulli had asked while he was so lost in thought.

“Y-yea, sorry, just some things on my mind. By the way, where are Khun and Chansung? I haven’t seen them.”

Victoria couldn’t resist teasing the other. He pretty much set himself up for it. “They went out to run some errands, and no worries, you’re sweetheart is in good hands.”

Junsu nearly choked while drinking his tea, which just made Victoria laugh at how flustered the other had gotten. “He’s not… I mean… he is, but…”

Victoria only continued to giggle as Junsu fumbled over his words. Junho and Sulli only watched confused.

“Okay, okay. I’m sorry. Are you ok?” Victoria, finally able to compose herself sat beside the other patting his back to still his coughs. Junsu nodded as he regained his breathing.

Not a moment later, Nichkhun, Chansung and the rest of the little ones walked in. “Everything alright?” Nichkhun asked confused, and all Victoria had to do was show him her sweet smile and he understood that she had been teasing the younger.

“Anyways, why don’t you go wash up, breakfast is almost ready.”

Like any normal day, the little ones would banter and argue about little things, but when Nichkhun had asked what they would like to do today, it turned out into an all out war of 'let's go here', 'no, i want to go here', thus this resulted in Nichkhun getting the death glare from Victoria. 

As the little ones continued throwing ideas here and there, Junsu quietly pushed himself out of his seat; slightly nudging Chansung, indicating that he should follow as he retreated out of the kitchen and up the stairs. Discreetly Chansung stood up from his seat and followed.

“Why the sneaky exit?” Chansung asked once they were back in the room. Junsu threw himself on the bed, sinking comfortably into the sheets and pillows, “Knowing them they’ll ask you or me, and then we’d be thrown into the middle of it, so I wanted to escape before that happened.”

“I could see that happening.” Chansung took a seat next to Junsu on the bed, and there they sat in silence, lost in thought.

The silence continued for another 15 minutes, before Chansung let out a sigh. Grabbing Junsu’s hand he leaned over and placed a kiss atop of the other’s forehead before pulling him off the bed. “Let’s go.”

“Go where?” Junsu asked as they slipped out the door and made their way down the road. Chansung remained silent and just continued to pull Junsu behind him. Soon enough they were pretty much in the middle of no where. “Where are we?”

Chansung stopped pulling the other behind him and thought a bit before answering, “I have no clue, to be honest.” Junsu gave him a somewhat worried look, and all Chansung could do was smile back. “Does it matter though? I just want to spend some time with you.”

Junsu couldn’t help but smile, and soon pinched the other’s cheek for being cheesy hopeless romantic. “You could have just said, ‘Junsu, let’s go out.” Chansung rubbed his sore cheek before pouting towards the other. “That wouldn’t be fun. Besides getting lost is the best kind of adventure.”

Before Junsu could protest at how uninspiring Chansung’s last statement was, he was once again pulled behind the other.

They walked for another 20 minutes before Chansung finally stopped and threw himself on the floor, lying on the soft grass. They were in a large field, not to far from a home. Chansung patted the space beside him inviting Junsu to sit.

Taking Chansung up on his offer, Junsu sat beside the other. “I found this place while helping the elders in the fields earlier this summer.” Chansung explained, “One of the elders told me that I should bring someone special up here.”

“You could have brought Taecyeon.” Junsu teased with a smile, only to result in being shoved slightly. “Yah, you’re ruining the moment.” Situating himself once again beside Chansung, Junsu laid besides the other watching the clouds float by.

“Will you miss m- us, you know, the kids and all?” Junsu asked breaking the silence.

“Yea… but I’ll do my best to come by and see you after school start. I promise.”

There was a slight tinge of doubt that filled Junsu’s heart upon hearing such a promise. “Don’t make promises that you can’t keep.” He mumbled under his breath. Chansung pushed himself up from the ground and turn towards the other, gently grasping Junsu’s chin, he turned him so they were face to face.

“I promise.” Junsu looked into Chansung’s eyes, looking for any sign of doubt, but no matter how hard he looked Chansung continued to give him a firm gaze, asking him for his trust.

“Alright, if you break your pro-.” Chansung pressed an innocent yet passionate kiss upon the other’s lips. “I won’t. Trust me and if you ever feel lonely, you can come here and think of me.” Junsu gave the other a slight nod of approval and turned his gaze back towards the sky so Chansung wouldn’t see the slight blush creeping up the his cheeks.

Time had passed by a little too quickly for Junsu’s liking. Everyday Junsu would count down, and it became harder to face reality. It hit him hard when Taecyeon had stopped by the convenient store to say good-bye to Junsu and Yenny.

“Leaving already?” Yenny asked surprised.

“Yup, I have to get ready for school and all that jazz, but I’ll be back next summer. So don't miss me too much.” He gave a huge smile only to be playfully punched by Yenny. “Yea, yea. We know. Anyways you take care ok?”

Taecyeon had turned to say good-bye to the other, but both he and Yenny had noticed the sulking expression of the other. “Junsu, you ok?” Yenny asked full of worry. It was when she approached Junsu that she had noticed the moisten look in his eyes.

Composing himself, he fixed himself upright, “Take care, Taecyeon.” He said with a brave face. Not buying the charade, Taecyeon pulled the other into a tight embrace. “Don’t worry so much. Chansung isn’t due to leave until this Saturday so you have some more time.” Just mentioning the other’s name had broken the strong will, Junsu had thought he had.

Chansung sat in the small room he had shared this summer. He looked it over room a couple times, smiling to himself; he could recall a few memories of this past summer. Flopping onto the bed, a nice majority of Junsu’s pillows ended up on the floor, revealing the plush panda that Junsu had found on his way to meet him for their date. Picking it up Chansung looked it over and smiled to himself.
