The pitter patter of rain continued as Junsu and Chansung sat in the candle lit living room twiddling their thumbs.

“I guess we can’t blame you for the way you two had acted.” Nichkhun groaned holding a cold ice pack on his rear, while Victoria sat next to him with an ice pack on her head.

“We’re really sorry.” Junsu apologized with a full 90 degree bow, Chansung soon doing the same. “We weren’t expecting you to be home.”

“It’s ok, we’ll talk about this in the morning, let’s get some sleep.” Victoria suggested with the three of them agreeing.

Chansung stood up and offered a hand to the other, pulling him up. “We’ll bring down some blankets and pillows. Hang tight.” Chansung and Junsu both disappeared into the kitchen and headed up the stairs.

“That was unexpected, I mean sure, Victoria would have liked to surprise the little ones, but I’m sure she would have at least let one of us know that they were on their way home.” Junsu spoke up once they enter their room to gather the extra blankets and pillows.

“Right, I agree with you there. I’m too tired to think though, so let’s get these to them and head back to bed ourselves.”

Soon they reentered the living room and made a comfy bed for the two. “I have a quick question. Why are we sleeping here?” Nichkhun asked while situating himself on the comfy blanket.

“We’re all sleeping in your room because the power went out again. I think they feel more comfortable since it’s your room.” Chansung explained as he made Nichkhun feel comfortable with fluffing his pillow and tucking him in.

“But where are you two sleeping?” Victoria was next to question.

“On the floor, Wooyoung and Amber moved the bedside table and the laundry hamper to make room for the both of us.”

Victoria nodded her head in understanding. “I see. Just move it back in the morning. We’ll see you all once its morning, good night you two.” Victoria snuggled close to Nichkhun before drifting off to sleep.

“Night guys.” Nichkhun let out a huge yawn and was soon in deep sleep as well.

Chansung and Junsu reentered the room as quietly as they could and returned to their makeshift bed, “Well, this has been quite a night. Let’s get back to sleep.” Chansung plopped himself down onto the floor and patted the empty space next to him, inviting the other to join him.

“Quite a night indeed.” Junsu sighed and sat himself on his side of the bed. “Good night, Chansung.”

Like before Chansung grabbed the other’s hand and held it in his own, taking the other by surprise, Chansung pulled the hand to his lips and placed a small kiss on top of Junsu’s hand before drifting off into dream land. “G’night Junsu.”

Junsu just stared at the sleeping Chansung, his face fully flushed. “G-g’night… Chansung.” Tucking himself in, Junsu scooted close to the other and placed his head amongst the other’s shoulder before joining him in dreamland.

The next morning Junho and Sulli were the first to wake up. After rubbing the sleep from their eyes the scent of food had pulled them out of bed.

“Wake up.” Junho shook Wooyoung and Amber, while Sulli patted Luna’s face.

“What do you want?” Amber grumbled in her half sleep state.

“It’s morning, duh.” Junho told her as he rolled his eyes.

“Junnie must be making breakfast, let’s go help.” Luna suggested while she climbed off the bed, with the other’s following behind her. The little ones failed to notice that both Junsu and Chansung were still sound asleep.

“Junnie! We want to help!” Junho sang happily but stopped when he got to the bottom of the stairs causing Amber to bump into him, followed by Wooyoung, Luna, and last Sulli.

“G’morning.” Nichkhun greeted them with a smile as he folded the newspaper.

“Mama, Papa. You’re home!” they all cried out in unison before running towards them with great big hugs and wet kisses.

“My sweet little ones, I missed you so much.
