Chap. 2~
Still With You“Victoria! Sweetheart!” Nichkhun exclaimed in surprise. Chansung looked up from his task only to drop his head back down when he saw the burning rage in Victoria’s eyes.
“Nichkhun, what happened?!” she asked as she looked at her semi-flooded bathroom. Nichkhun, Chansung and the children all sat along side each other their heads hung low as Victoria looked at the damage. “Well? Is someone going to explain what has happened to my poor bathroom?”
“Sorry mommy…” Luna apologized first.
“We were only playing with our new big bwother we didn’t mean to make a mess.” Wooyoung apologized next.
“New big brother?” Victoria wondered, she looked over to Nichkhun and it was then that she realized that Chansung was sitting on his knees like the rest of her family.
“Oh my! I’m sorry! I thought that you—Ah! Never mind, please stand up, you’re not in trouble!” a flustered Victoria then pulled Chansung to a standing position. “You must be the student from JY high school, right?”
“Uh… y-yes ma’am!” Chansung blushed a bit once he saw Victoria’s smiling face. “I’m Hwang Chansung. It’s a pleasure to meet you and I’m sorry about the mess.”
“Well, aren’t you a polite and handsome one!” she winked at Chansung before turning her attention to Nichkhun helping him up as well, “That’s enough chit chat for now, let’s get this cleaned up. Kids, go get ready for bed.” She instructed patting their behinds.
“B-but mama, where is Junsu? He said he’ll be back before bed time.” Junho asked while tugging on the hem of Victoria’s skirt. “Oh Junho.” she leaned over and pecked him on the cheek. “Junsu is working late again. I’ll scold him really bad for not being here to tuck you in ok?” Junho nodded and followed his siblings out of the drenched bathroom.
While Victoria tucked the children into bed, the other two cleaned up the mess as they made idle chit chat. “She’s really something, isn’t she?” Chansung stated as he wrung out the mop.
“Oh yes, Victoria is the love of my life. She may look sweet and lovable, but it you get on her bad side… I’d steer clear.” Nichkhun let out a soft chuckle. “She’s great with the kids, they all love her. I don’t know what I’d do without her.” He continued with a soft smile on his face.
“You would have drowned and be swept away by the wind.” Victoria spoke up as she leaned against the bathroom doorway. “Honestly, I really don’t know what to do with you, Nichkhun.” She let out a sweet giggle before leaning over and pecking his cheek.
“Chansung, right? I'm Song Qian, but you can call me Victoria.” She shook Chansung’s hand as she properly introduced herself.
“Anyways, thank you for helping clean this up. I bet it was all Nichkhun’s fault anyways.”
“Hey!” Nichkhun protested.
Victoria only looked over her shoulder sticking her tongue out at the other. “Go clean yourself up, we’ll finish the rest.”
“It’s al…” before Chansung could protest, Victoria pushed him out of the bathroom. “You’re our guest, don’t push yourself so much. Besides according to the school official who we spoke to, you have to do community work for two months, which is probably more pain staking than cleaning a bathroom. So go rest.”
Chansung knew she was right, and he really didn’t have any right to protest, all her could do is just agree. “You’re right. Well, Nichkhun, Miss Victoria. Good night.” Chansung gave a small bow before making his way up to his room for the next two months.
Once in the room Chansung changed into his pajamas. Stretching his body he made his way to the windo
