Gerald couldn't believe what's he's hearing. He is not very used to somebody speaking back to him like this.

If he was trying to intimidate her even in the rumpled suit, he's still the iest man she'd ever seen in person! She wanted to run her hand over the stubble on his neck and just feel it.

'Not that you're unattractive, but you're not like the women I'm used to.'

With her hands on her hips and eyebrows raised, she met his glare with her own. Time suspended with this standoff continued. He looked away first, a slight flush evident on his neck.

'Ok, I guess it came out wrong.' He ran a hand through his brown hair looking ier. He was already 13 to 14 on her 1 to 10 scale.

Then a hint of smile touched his lips when it occured to him. 'Did you tell me tthat I stink?'

There was nothing tired about the way he leaned down until their lips almost touched. He is oozing with ual energy that her body is too willing to comply. She fought the urge to to close the tiny distance between them and decided to to take a step back saying, 'I wasn't that harsh!'

'Do you have any idea who I am?'

'I'm hoping you're the man who owns this house or else I'll be trouble for letting you in!'

'You do own this place, don't you? She said while scanning the area for something she can hit him in case.

She melted when he smiled down at her and said, 'Yes, I am.' 'Would you like to see my license?'

Her heart was beating so fast and she could feel herself blushing, she can feel something deep within her that has no place in the life she built for herself.

'No, I believe you. You were right. I should go and finish everything tomorrow.'

'Do you know what I'm thinking? Gerald asked.

Unless he is also imagining both of them rolling on the thick rug in the living room, she shook her head, 'No.'

'm hugry and hate to eat alone, Would you like to share a meal with me?'
