Minah X You -other two characters are just OCs

"Oppa, don't forget me!" Minah murmured into the embrace of her boyfriend. With his enlistment due, the two had no choice but to be separated for two years time. The thought of him being away made Minah's heart ache. Two years away from his strong protect arms and comforting words made her heartstrings twinge.

"Of course silly, just wait for me!" He whispered warmly into her ear as he caressed her hair gently one last time. The two parted ways with loving thoughts filling their hearts. After two years they would be free to be in each other's company as they pleased.

"Soohyun-yah, don't cry! Two years will be done before we know it," I assured, her face was nestled securely into my chest. Her hands clench at my uniform urgently. I pressed my forehead against hers, forcing her to meet my gaze. Her big brown eyes flickered with apprehension. Lifting her chin delicately, her attention returned to me.

The precious time that still lingered between us seemed to pour out of our grasp without warning. Her tears stole kisses from her cheeks before I could. Our lips met impetuously, our bodies taking control of the moment. I pulled back, my heart pumping rampantly while our hot breathes convened.

"Saranghae," I breathed against her lips. The hand caressing my hair pushed my face forward forcefully. Her smirk was evident against my lips. We separated from each other for good after our lust was spent.

"Don't fall for some female soldier or I’ll break your legs, arachi?" Soohyun warned darkly, her fist around my collar. I admit she was a little rough around the edges and not exactly daughter-in-law material; but I couldn't help loving her. Omma didn’t like her much for me but what can you do when you’re in love? I kissed her crown before leaving her.

As promised ______ wrote religiously to Soohyun, making sure to remember all their anniversaries, birthdays and holidays. Little did he know Soohyun was growing weary of their relationship. The letters alone failed to keep her emotionally in touch with him. Her fondness of their love began to wane as the letters accumulated on her desk. Unopened letters stacked together littered her desk like leaves on autumn paths. Words that were gingerly chosen before the ink became entangled with paper only to be forgotten, lost in time. Only to remain as a tragic time capsule of an unending love, that no longer was a two way street.

Minah was the one who got the mail everyday and when there was a letter for Soohyun from _____, she placed it among the others neatly in the corner. Soohyun was rarely in the dormitory and Minah couldn't help but be curious of this mysterious ______. Based on the copious amount of unopened letters, the unknown writer who seemed to be more than emotionally invested in Soohyun than she was in him.

Soohyun and Minah had an interesting dynamic, the two were roommates that were no more and no less strangers to each other. On the rare occasion the two were in the room together, only shallow words of greetings were exchanged. It was an unspoken rule for the two, don't ask and don't tell. Minah grudgingly accepted the arrangement after week three of the semester when she realized Soohyun had no intentions of becoming friends.

"Come on _____, let's go have some fun," Hyung called from the doorway of our barrack. All the guys looked at me eagerly to join in on the fun. As much as I didn't want to be the party pooper, my desire to stay true was far more important. I’d heard stories of what they do when we get small breaks to go into the city we were stationed at the moment.

“Aigoo, just go on without me boys! I have some work to do, hehe,” I said trying to play it off. I was already the infamous prude of the platoon that was too loyal for his own good. Say what they will, Soohyun is all I have in mind.

“Anniya, just this one time ______. Let’s have some fun. Whatever Soohyun-ssi doesn’t know won’t hurt her,” Hyung cackled, which elicited an eruption of howls from the rest of the guys. They wouldn’t take no for an answer and they dragged me along much to my displeasure. Hyung was an interesting guy, charismatic and nothing short of a casa nova with the ladies.

That night was an interesting one. Watching the guys get -faced drunk all while trying to woo some local girls. I couldn’t help but feel second-hand embarrassment at their disastrous attempts, but it was entertaining nonetheless. I think the fact that I was the only guy who wasn’t completely wasted the girls who had the misfortune to accompany us to the norebang took some interest in me.

"uh girls you don't have to stay here. I'll take care of the guys," I started to explain. Murmurs of the guys telling me to shut up became background noise. I sighed, offering to send the sober, unattached ones home. And that I did, only to have the last girl try to invite me into
