Minho’s POV

“Mianhe, did I just hear you say that you like Yuri?” I laughed nervously.

“Ne.” he seemed so serious.

“Well… I’m not the right person you should ask.”

“Wae?”

“Because…” Aish, how do I get out of this mess?

“I guess I’ll just get advice from her unnie’s… But between you and I, damn, Yuri has an amazing body. And that S-line! WOW!” Jehoon was in his fantasy world.

And I find it disturbing.

Is this guy really asking to get beaten up?!

Why the heck would he talk about Yuri that way?

MY YURI!

What a ert!

~RING~

“Oh, Mianhe, but I have to take this call.” He stood up and went to another room.

PHEW! That was close.

But Yuri couldn’t possibly have feelings for him right?

I mean, Yuri and I are still together. It’s just another couple fight.

I assured myself.

I should talk to TOP hyung about this.

~At the park~

“Hyung. Eotteokhe? Why does my Yul have to be so beautiful that all guys are falling for her?” I whined like a kid to TOP.

“Aigo! Stop it with that voice. It’s irritating my eardrums!” he hushed.

“Ne.” I spoke normally.

“But jongmal, eotteokhe?”

“Well… You shouldn’t give up. Yuri’s just probably trying to make you jealous.” He smirked.

“Mwoh. I don’t think so.” I twisted my lips.

“But that’s exactly what’s happening.” He rolled his eyes.

“Arasso. I guess I’ll play along.”

“Yeah, you do that.” He smiled.

But then the atmosphere got serious.

“What are you and Yuri hiding from me?” I asked.

He looked straight ahead.

“I guess it’s time for you to know now. About the reason why we came back in time.”

I suddenly got curious.

“Look at your phone.”

I did exactly what he said.

“What’s the date today?”

“March 16.”

“Exactly.”

“Bwoh?! ARE YOU MESSING WITH ME?!”

“Aniyo… Today is the day, that Yuri became your genie.”

I thought about it for a while.

But I seriously can’t remember the date.

“So?”

“So?... It’s all the day that Yuri started turning human.”

We kept quiet for a while.

“It’s because of you.” He finally broke the silence.

“Me?” I pointed to myself.

Yuri’s POV

“WHAT’S WRONG WITH YOU?! WHY DID YOU BRING JEHOON ALONG?!” My So Nyuh Shi Dae members screamed at me.

“Well, he’s a friend. Can’t I?”

“You can but… what about Minho?”

“What about him?”

“GIRL! He’s been asking us about you everyday! Why wouldn’t you answer his calls? Do you have any idea how worried he was?” Seohyun exploded.

We were all shocked because she’s usually the calm one.

“Well-I..”

“Minho oppa has always cared about you a lot but then you end up breaking his heart by bringing all these boys around like Taeyang and Jehoon! How would you feel if you find out he went on a blind date or date his co-star?!” Seohyun continued in rage.

No one dared to stop her. I guess this was Seohyun’s peak.

All her anger is finally taken out. On me.

“I’m not dating Jehoon.”

“WHATEVER! That’s not my point. The point is that, one day, Minho oppa could be tried of all the heartache and just leave you!” She screamed before stomping her way out.

All the girls’ eyes were widened and all I could do was look down.

“She’s right… I’m such a horrible person!” I choked up on my own words before rushing outside.

I needed time to think.

To clear everything out of my mind, and the only place I could do that was inside my lamp.

My lamp is hidden with TOP but Minho’s still the owner.

I took a deep breath before curling myself up in a ball in my lamp.

Then that’s when I lost control and began sobbing uncontrollably.

“Yuri ah… My baby, don’t cry.” A voice echoed.

But I completely ignored it and continued sobbing.

“Please, don’t cry.” The voice echoed again.

“I can’t stop umma.” I managed to speak in between my sobs.

“I am so sorry my baby Yul, but you know how your father can be.”

“Why doesn’t he like Minho for me umma?” I pouted as I tried to stop myself from crying.

“He just cares about you so much that he doesn’t want you falling for the wrong guy. You mean so much to us Yuri.” Umma explained gently.

“But I’m hurting the person I love in the process which hurts me even more. Do you know how hard it is to always get mad at him?” My tears escaped from my eyes yet again.

“Aw, baby Yul.” Was all umma said.

I wish I could hug her, but I can’t.

~Flashback~

“Goodbye.” Was the last word Minho told me as I was drifting in to the air.

I didn’t want to go, but I had no choice.

I knew I was going to be away from the world for a very long time.

And I’m going to be stuck in that boring old lamp for who knows how long until a new master finds me.

But what hurts the most is leaving Minho.

I watched the whole scene until I disappeared.

Tears were escaping from my eyes as all I could see was bright lights.

“Yuri ah… Our baby girl!” A manly voice echoed.

I kept quiet and looked around but all I could see were clouds.

But then I saw a shadow coming my way. Two to be exact.

I gasped as their face was slowly becoming visible.

“UMMA! APPA!” I yelled and soon they were running to hug me.

I remember their face from the picture in the old house at Jeju Island.

They explained to me that the reason why they’d been away for all these years.

They had to stay low profile, that was the only way they could protect me and that they’ve been watching over me the entire time.

I was very touched and happy that my family is back together.

“But what about Minho?” I asked.

They both kept quiet.

“You need to forget about him.” Appa spoke with a straight face.

“APPA! ANDWAE!” I kept a stern look.

“Yuri, he’s not the right one for you.” Umma backed appa up.

“You two umma! Please, he is the one.”

They both just stared at me with a sorrowful look.

“Give him one more chance. To prove himself to the both of you that he is the one. I believe he is the one. I KNOW he is the one!” I pleaded.

They both just looked at me.

And I stared at them with watery eyes.

“Arasso. I’ll give him a chance. Within a year of your stay in earth, he has to prove his love for you to me. Then only will I allow both of you to be together.”Appa spoke strongly.

“OMO! APPA, UMMA! NOMU KAMSAMHAMNIDA!” I gave them I tight hug.

“But if he doesn’t… Then Yuri ah… I have no choice. I’m going to choose who is the right one for you.”

I took a deep breath before nodding.

“Ne, appa!”

“And it won’t be easy proving his love to you. He has to pass my tests as well.”

“Ne…” was all I could answer back.

I believe in Minho. I knew he loves me.

After our family reunion.

Umma and Appa decided to take Minho and I back in time so we could start all over.

But this time, I being a genie am starting to wear off.

Appa told me that his first test was to not give up in trying to win my heart back because he thinks that everything that happened to us was all a dream and that he was a stranger to me.

And, of course, he didn’t give up.

But that wasn’t enough for appa.

He then went and started telling me to act jealous towards Minho and Dara unnie because appa wanted to see how he would react.

Ofcourse, I can’t deny that I was jealous. But not to the point where I ignore Minho and move away to States and come back with Jehoon.

No, that was all appa’s idea.

And right now, it isn’t going very well for neither me nor Minho.

~End of Flashback~

Minho’s POV

“Me?” I asked.

TOP whacked my head.

“Of course it’s you, babo!”

I didn’t understand.

Why am I the reason Yuri’s turning human?

“She loves you so much that she wants to be like you. A human.”

I soaked it all in.

“But Yuri and I could still be together even though she isn’t human. What’s wrong with that?” I asked.

Then it was TOP’s turn to be quiet.

“I better go. I have a schedule to attend.” He stood up.

“Wait! Answer my question!”

“Maybe next time.” He smirked before heading to his car.

“Why is he always leaving this for next time?” I sighed before heading back to my own car.

~Inside the car~

The radio was playing loud and right now, all I could think of was Yuri.

Is she really just trying to make me jealous?

~CHIME~

I opened my phone to see that someone has sent me a video.

“Huh?” I stopped the car at the side of the road and watched the video.

I stared at my phone.

That was the only thing I could do at the moment.

Different emotions were taking over me.

“JEHOOOOON!” I grunted before quickly speeding up to the SNSD’s dorm.

I needed and explanation.

Yuri never told me that she would have a kissing scene with Jehoon.

And worst of all, their kiss was passionate and intense unlike Dara noona’s and mine.

Heck! Dara and I didn’t even really kiss!

And now this is what I get in return?!

So Jehoon started liking Yuri because of this kiss?!

“Between you and I, damn, Yuri has an amazing body. And that S-line! WOW!” Jehoon’s voice echoed in my head causing my blood pressure to rise higher in an intense rate.

I could feel my blood boiling up with anger.

“GAAAAH!” I grunted as I kept speeding up as if I wasn’t already breaking the speed limit.

I can’t help it but their kissing scene kept playing again and again in my mind.

I let out another grunt. I hit the steering wheel and as I looked up I saw another car coming my way.
