TOP’s POV

“OMONA! EOTTOKHE?!” Sooyoung was freaking out.

“Calm down Sooyoung. We already called the police patrol. They’re already looking for them.” Key tried to calm her down.

Sooyoung nodded but she still didn't stop pacing.

Jessica, Jonghyun, Gdragon, Daesung, Seungri and Taemin just sat there in shock.

I looked around to find Taeyang.

“What happened back there?” I asked as I saw him looking out into the water.

He ignored me and just sighed.

“Ey. I’m talking to you!” I yelled.

“It’s my fault ok!” he finally admitted. “I’m the one who disrespected Yuri. I’m the reason why Yuri got unconscious and why the yacht synced. HAPPY?”

I didn’t think twice about punching him but he didn’t fight back.

“You said she was different! LIAR!” I punched him again.

But once again, he just took it all in.

Then I realized that even if I beat the crap out of Taeyang it wouldn’t change a thing that Minho and Yuri are still lost out there.

And the thing is that, I can’t contact Yuri anymore.

Unlike before.

You see. A lot of things have changed since then and because of this changes, Yuri is, well let’s say… less powerful.

I calmed myself down and took a few steps towards him.

“If anything happens to her... You can’t imagine what I’ll do to you!” I warned him.

Minho’s POV

I held my breath as I kicked my feet as hard as I can just to get back up the surface.

The waves made it harder to swim upwards and we’ve been under water for almost 5 minutes.

I glanced at Yuri who was still unconscious.

I kept her on my back and wrapped her arms around my neck as I kicked away.

FINALLY! AIR!

I panted as I got back up the surface.

I looked around and there was no sign of the yacht or the emergency boat.

But what I saw was a small island.

I swam as fast as I could to reach the shore.

It never felt so good to touch the ground.

I took deep breaths as I tried to wake Yuri up.

“Yul!” I shook her vigorously but still there was nothing.

The bruise on her cheeks where Taeyang accidentally elbowed her was still visible.

“Aigo…” I slightly touched it.

Eotteokhe? Janggaman!

I turned her head towards the side and some water began pouring out.

I kept her head straight again and just stared at her for a few milliseconds before pinched her nose.

“Here it goes!”

I gasped out for air before giving her a mouth to mouth resuscitation.

I kept my ear near to check if she’s breathing again but there was nothing.

 “C’mon Yuri!” I screamed before doing the process all over again.

I checked her pulse and breathing movement but still nothing.

“YURI AH!” I screamed before doing it again.

“Agh!” Yuri finally coughed out some water.

I felt like crying but I kept it together.

“You’re alive!” I quickly hugged her.

“Minho? Where are we?” she looked around.

I explained the whole thing to her and she was horrified.

“Bwoh?!” she started panicking.

“Yuri, calm down.” I smiled calmly.

Then she started at me, “OMO, Minho! The corner of your lip is bruised up.

She gasped and slightly touched it.

I didn’t even realize that I was injured until she pointed it out.

“Oh, umm… I’m ok.” I smiled. “Don’t worry about me, but we need to get out of here so you can go to a hospital.”

“Wae? I’m fine now.” She smiled innocently.

“Because you may have some internal infection, we never know.”

“Aigo. I’m fine. I’m a geni-“ she quickly covered .

I acted confused but I knew she was about to tell me that she was a genie.

But I’m going to let this one off.

“Huh?” was all I said.

“Nothing.” She kept her palms together as we both stood up.

I took my phone out of my pocket and it was filled with water.

I sighed knowing that we couldn’t inform anyone where we are.

Yuri made an SOS sign with seashells.

I on the other hand began collecting woods for a bonfire.

“It’s getting pretty cold; we should sit by the fire.” I suggested.

Yuri nodded.

Yuri’s POV

Minho and I sat by the fire until it was dark.

I was actually really touched by his actions.

I mean, he really does care for me.

Even though he doesn’t know that I’m a genie or anything about our past.

So I guess what he said really has come true. Faith has given us another chance to be together.

I smiled to myself but I was brought back to reality when I felt something hit my shoulder.

I looked to my side to see Minho’s head resting on my shoulder.

How long have I been day dreaming?

It’s good that he’s asleep.

Now I could flash us out of this island. It’s giving me the creeps.

I’ll just say that ummm… while he was asleep the rescuers found us and we didn’t bother waking him up. Yeah, that plan should work.

I was about to snap my fingers when he groaned.

“Yuri ah…” he murmured. “S-Saranghae…”

My heart was beating triple times.

Did he just say that he loves me?!

“Gajima.” He whispered.

My heart broke into pieces.

I’m so sorry for hurting you Minho.

But this is the only way.

His head was about to slide off but I quickly caught it.

Minho’s eyes fluttered open.

“You fell asleep.” I smiled.

“Oh… Mianhe.” He spoke weakly.

Come to think of it. He looks awfully pale.

I touched his forehead and his temperature was burning up.

“OMO! You have a fever Minho!” I gasped.

He just smiled. “I’m ok.”

“No you’re not. Stop saying that you are!” I got angry, he can be so stubborn.

I quickly removed the jacket he gave me earlier.

I was just about to put it on him but he kept it back on me.

“Ani. You wear it.”

“ANIYO! Minho stop being so stubborn and just wear your jacket.”

“If I do then you’re the one who’s going to get sick.”

“So what. I’m a genie. I can survive!” I spoke quickly.

“Bwoh?” he gasped.

Did I just admit that I was a genie?

“I knew it! It wasn’t a dream!” he quickly hugged me.

“What… I was just kidding!” I tried to cover it up but he stared at me with those eyes.

And whenever he stares at me, time stops.

“Until when are you going to act like you don’t care about me? Like I mean nothing to you?”

I couldn’t help it. I burst out crying.

He quickly hugged me again but this time, much tighter.

“Faith has given us another chance. So let’s make the most of it! Stop staying away from me.” He whispered.

I hugged him back, that was all I could do.

“So now that you know.” I snapped my hands.

“Kamsamhamnida for taking care of me. Now it’s your turn.” I helped him to walk inside the house.

We were soon back at Sooyoung’s beach house.

As soon as we stepped in all eyes were on us.

“OMO! THANK GOODNESS YOU’RE BOTH ALIVE!” Jessica sighed and they all came to aid us.

“Guys… Minho has a fever so let’s bring him up to his bed.” I suggested and the all nodded.

All the guys brought him to our room while Jessica, TOP and I stayed downstairs for a while.

“Yeah Yuri ah! You got us all worried!” Jessica scolded.

“Mianhe.” I apologized.

“Are you ok?” TOP asked.

“Ne.”

TOP raised a brow before putting the palm of his hands on my forehead.

“Jessica, bring Yuri to the hospital. NOW!”

“Wae? I told you I’m ok!”

Jessica looked confused but I just walked upstairs to aid Minho.

Minho’s POV

Soon I was all alone in the room.

I was shivering even though I had thick blankets already wrapped around me.

Then I heard footsteps.

I was too weak to open my eyes but it wasn’t long until I felt something cold on my forehead.

I touched the hand of whoever was aiding me.

“Minho yah. You’re awake.” That voice… It was definitely Yuri.

“Didn’t I tell you that you need to be taken to the hospital?”

“Aigoo… Why is everyone saying that? I’m fine. Really.” Her voice sounded so smooth that I fell asleep in an instant.

But then something woke me up in the middle of the night.

I managed to open my eyes to see who was making so much noise.

It was Yuri. She has her eyes closed but she wouldn’t stop coughing.

“Yuri ah…” I whispered and surprisingly, I could get up.

I was feeling so much better now even though I’ve just slept for a few hours.

I walked towards her and touched her forehead.

“No fever.” I mumbled. “Then what’s wrong with you?”

I decided to go down and get her some water but when I came back she wasn’t in her bed anymore.

“Yul?” I started to panic.

“Oh Minho. You’re up.” She smiled as she came out of the bathroom.

“Ne. Here drink some water.” I offered her the glass.

“Gomawo. But you shouldn’t have stood up. You’re still sick.” She pouted.

“Don’t mind me.” I sat back down on the bed and so did she.

We kept quiet for a while.

“You healed me didn’t you?”

She slowly nodded her head.

“Aigo. You shouldn’t have done that. What if you get sick?” I scolded.

“Aish. Deurobwa! You need to take care of yourself too. If something happens to you I don’t know what I’ll do!” she scolded back.

A smile formed in my face. “It’s because you loooooove me.” I teased.

“I still remember the first time we kissed. Do you?” I chuckled as she started blushing madly.

“AIGO!” she threw a pillow at me.

I laughed and started tickling her in her bed.

Little did I know that our face were inches away from each other.

I cleared my throat and we both quickly sat apart.

This was wrong because as for now, she’s till someone else’s property.

There was another awkward silence.

“Why did you accept Taeyang?” I finally asked.

She looked away.

“I don’t want to talk about it.” Was her answer.

“Alright. Then why did you lie to me saying that you don’t know me.”

She sighed “I don’t want to talk about it either.”

“Well then when are you going to answer my questions?” I was getting impatient.

“In time.”

“Well what if there’s no time left?! What if I die tomorrow?”

“STOP IT! Don’t say that!” tears were falling down in her eyes.

“Omo Yuri… don’t cry.” I wiped her tears with my thumb.

“Mianhe.” I pulled her in for a hug.

~The Next Day~

“Bye Mr & Mrs Choi! Thank you for letting us stay at your beach house.” We all bowed.

“Don’t worry about it! It was no trouble at all. You kids take care and visit us whenever you can.” They smiled and waved as we entered a huge van.

Taeyang and Yuri were sitting along with Jessica, Jonghyun and Gdragon.

I couldn’t do anything because after all, they were still together.

Taemin, Seungri, Key and Sooyoung were at the back seat while TOP was driving and I was next to him.

Why is he so quiet? What is he up to?

I know he's up to something because well... His TOP. 

“Hyung… Did I do anything wrong?” I asked.

TOP looked at me then glaced at the rear view mirror.

So did I and he was making eye contact with Yuri.

What’s going on between them?

“Nothing. Wae?”

“It’s cause you’ve been avoiding me.”

“Ah, Mianhe.” Was all he said.

“Well… Yuri told me everything.  I know that… she’s a genie.” I whispered the last part.

“Jongmal?” he spoke calmly.

“Ne.” I smiled at the thought that she still likes me.

“That’s good then. Is that all she said?”

“Ne, wae? Is there more things I should know?”

He glanced at the rear view mirror again before shaking his head “Ani.”

But something was suspicious.

I know that they’re hiding something.

I just need to find out what and getting that information for both of them would be tough.

But I’m willing to try.

~After 3 days~

Yuri and I have been busy for a while.

She was busy promoting with the So Nyuh Shi Dae noona’s while I on the other hand is busy with Kiss Note.

But that’s ok.

Because today I get to see her again due to the SHINee Generation collaboration.

I smiled to myself as me and the SHINee members walked towards the practice room.

“Anneyeonghaseyo!” They all bowed.

“Anneyeonghaseyo noonas!” we all bowed as well.

I went straight to Yuri who was talking with Jessica.

“Hey!” I smiled.

Jessica gave me an odd look before giving me and Yuri sometime alone.

“What’s up with her?” I asked.

Yuri just smiled “Well there’s always something up with her.”

I smiled back.

“I miss your smile.” I accidentally spoke out what I was thinking.

“Chincha?” she started blushing.

I laughed nervously and nodded.

I have my romantic moments too but they just don’t come out of the blue like what just happened now. I can be shy too.

“C’mon let’s start.” I lightly grabbed her wrist but then she groaned.

I quickly turned around.

“Is there something wrong?”

Yuri touched her wrist and shook her head.

I wasn’t buying it so I quickly grabbed her wrist and rolled up her jacket.

I saw a huge bruise.

“Yuri ah! Who did this to you?!” I was fuming with anger.

“Nothing, I just umm… got my hand stuck somewhere.” She lied. “Right. Sica?”

I looked at Jessica who quickly walked towards us.

She wasn’t that far away either ways, and I knew she was eavesdropping.

“It was Taeyang.” Sica told me honestly.
