JR's POV

"You know where he is?" Baekho asks skeptically.

"Yes."

"And how do you know?" I sense a slight trace of anger in his voice. Something definitely goes wrong here. Aron and Baekho

exchange glances, then nod.

"JR, ever thought about where this guy came from? He might-" Aron took a deep breath before continuing, as if holding himself back.

"He might actually be on our enemies side. Maybe he just fools you with his oh-so-pretty face and I'm-so-helpless act." Baekho threw a

hateful glare at Ren, making him lower his head. Weren't they okay with him just a minute ago? Never would I have expected to hear

such words out of my comrades mouth. How could they blame him? Ren helped us, dammit! And he still tries to do so!

"Guys I told you he's on our side. I know it!" I shout, getting a bit desperate. They need to understand.

"We'd love to believe you, but seriously, the fact that he says he knows where Minhyun is makes him even more suspicious than he

already is!" Now even Aron's voice gets louder, and he was normally the one that stayed calm and calculating.

"That's bull, he-"

"Hyung, you don't believe us, but seeing you reaction it's pretty clear that even you are doubting him! Still you try to protect him!" I

know I don't know much about Ren yet, his past, background, intentions... But never would I suspect him to have fooled me. Never.

"Be a bit more considerate!" I spit at them, and Baekho replies the same way:

"You be considerate! If you really trust that guy more than us, we'll just search for Minhyun ourselves!" And with that being said, they

both turn their backs towards me and walk away slowly while supporting each other's steps.

"Do whatever you want!" I scream after them, when somebody pulls onto my shirt.

"Don't do that because of me." A quiet, deadpan voice whispers behind me, and as I turn around, my heart skips a beat. Ren's

expression is so full of pain and agony that I have the strong urge to hug him.

Ren's POV

After all it turns out bad again. What the hell did I expect? This only reassures me once again that it's better to just keep everything to

myself. Because normal people son't understand. Instead, they jump to rash conclusions which often ends up with blaming it all upon

me. Yeah, I know, it's the easiest way. And even though I know this feeling too well - it hits me hard this time, too. The angry voices, the

hateful glances, their words filled with doubt and their auras drenched with rejection. Even though I did nothing wrong. I wanted to be a

good boy. But they won't let me... And then there's JR shielding me. I don't even deserve you. Please leave me behind.

" Ew, how weird he is."

                                                         "I can't handle that kid anymore. They should just take him away already!"

"I don't wanna play with you. You're not even real."

Suddenly I feel something warm embracing me. It's JR who pulls me out of my painful memories, and instead I prepare to see some of

his, but it doesn't happen. There's nothing but black nothingness. And his voice.

"I'm sorry for what they said. They don't mean it, they are both just afraid that Minhyun-" He doesn't complete his sentence. But I can

assure him one thing.

"He's alright, because he's at a hospital." JR backs away, his hands still resting on my shoulders.

"Really? That's great!" I smile lightly. His relief makes me happy.

"Let's go then!" And this time I am the one grabbing his hand, since I now know that it won't matter anymore. It's warm yet a bit rough,

making me feel safe while carefully dragging him through the streets.

JR's POV

"Ah, so it's here." I mumble, more to myself than to anyone when we reach our destination. As I intend to enter, I notice that Ren isn't

following me anymore. He's frozen at the spot.

"Ren-ah, don't you wanna come in, too?" He shakes his head in thought.

"I'd rather wait here." I shrug and start my search for Minhyun's room.

"Hyung!" Minhyun calls as soon as I enter. I still can't believe he really is here.

"Hyung, I'm sorry. I wanted to get help since you three didn't move at all, but some people ended up dragging me here without-"

"It's okay." I interrupt his explanation and he sighs relieved. Minhyun then notices the absence of Aron and Beakho. I can tell seeing his

questioning expression.

"They are fine. They went to search you by themselves. We had a bit of an... argument." I throw my phone onto his bed. "You should

text them." To my surprise, he declines.

"I think it would be better to tell only you for now. They'd worry to death. " Minhyun starts, and suddenly his look saddens. "I

could kill those bastartds for tricking us." He says angrily. And then, pointing at his bandaged right eye:

"I might even lose half of my eyesight because of them."

Gosh I don't wanna disappoint you all, but Minhyun has not been kidnapped or anything~

Oh and because somebody misunderstood (Im sorry for writing so unclear) - Minhyun doesn't refer to Bakeho/Aron at the end, he means those guys who were beating them up :)
