We are riding in our car going home, I can’t believe that I actually like the girl my parents set me up for a marriage meeting. Well

I don’t really believe in such crap but if its her I’ll gladly obliged. “Son, what do you think of Alexandra? Isn’t she beautiful?” Mom

asked me.  Before I could answer, “She just turn 20 right yeobo? (dad to mom)” “yes dear! Omo! Its her birthday tonight. I forgot

to bring the gift.” Mom utters.

 Then she looked at me, “you should bring it to their house tomorrow, so you two could get along.” “Okay mom, I would like that.” I

simply answered.  See her tomorrow; ~stuck at the traffic~           I smiled while looking outside the window of the car. Wonder

what she thinks about this.

Flashback

I’m looking at her but she haven’t looked up since we’re introduced. I carefully examined her every move, a fine lady indeed. Oh!

She’s left handed. Cute.  Her brother whispered something to her and she smiled unwillingly. She’s not interested in this set up.

We’ve reached into my parents condo. “Son, be careful driving home okay? And don’t forget to go here to pick up the gift for

Alexandra.” Mom said. With a nod and a wave I drove out of there and to my place. I’ll see you again tomorrow Alexandra.

Jonghyun POV

It’s just 11:30 pm but she didn’t go out of her room since we came home. I really don’t want her to sacrifice everything she wants

to achieve because of this stupid idea. Sure he can provide her a stable life but knowing Alex, she wants to experience life freely.

For goodness sake she is just 20, how can she know how to be a perfect wife when she should be worrying how to be a perfect

student. She’s just in her 2^nd year in college. I phase back and forth but I don’t know what I can do. Useless older brother, yeah

that’s me.

Flashback

“Oppa!” Alex almost running came up to me. “what?” I asked her. While panting she said, “I I passed! I PASSED!” “OH! Come here

you!” I automatically hugged her and spin her around. It’s been her lifelong dream to be at Brown University, I’ve seen her

struggle for reviews just to get in. “If mom was here she will be proud of you, you got that talent through mom you know?”  I said.

“I don’t know” her sad voice replied. “hey, don’t be like that. You got a lot from her. As I remember her she’s really like you, a

more lady like version of you.” I . She smiled. “thanks”. Then she gave me a hug again.

Jonghyun decided to talk to her tomorrow, he knows that she will listen to him. Alex sees jonghyun more as a father than their

dad, not that she hates him but he is always not around.  “I’ll talk to her first thing tomorrow before Dad does.” Jonghyun thought

then nods.

Seo POV

“oppa, what time is your flight? Aren’t we late?” I asked my brother while were in the cab going to the airport. I insisted to drop

him off to be with him more. “we will be on time don’t worry” jae oppa replied looking at his watch and ticket. He’s been here for

like 3 days but he is always out for business. We haven’t got time to bond like before. I pouted. “why are you pouting princess

seo?” jae oppa noticed it. “well, you’re going home already, we haven’t have spend a whole day together. Your job !” I replied.

“aigoo! My baby sister is being a baby. We will do that when you visit home again okay?” jae oppa half hugged me. “sure, just like

last time. At your office. It’s boring oppa! Try to chillax next time.” I said to him.

 He just nod. “oh, what can you say about Al- -- I mean Xandra?” I asked. “huh? She’s kind.” He said then nod. “ayyy, you answer like

she’s a business proposal.” I hissed. He laugh, “are you trying to set us up? You know it’s not nice going behind her back. I think she

doesn’t know a thing about our little meeting earlier” He caught me. I smiled, I was about to answer back in defense but the cab

pulled up. “Airport” the driver said. We got out after paying, “I told you, you shouldn’t have gone with me here. How will you go

home, Alone?” he nagged.

 I nodded like a little kid. “Of course, I can.” I was about to ask him again about alex when, “oh seo, I should get in, talk to you

when I got home okay, bye princess. See you soon!” He kissed my forehead then runs inside the airport.  “tsk, save by the plane!”

then just like that my phone ring. I answered it. “Hello?” “Hello, Seo? I need your help”. Oh it’s alex.
