Alex entered the restaurant and looked for jae joong. He saw him sitting on the left side wing of the restaurant, he is with a lady.

Alex POV

“who is she? She’s so pretty” alex talked to herself. “ma’am are you looking for someone?” a waiter asked me. “uhmm,” “alex ssi!”

jae joong called on me raising his left arm to get my attention. “no its okay,” I smiled at the waiter. Then I walk towards their

direction. While walking I can’t help but to get curious how close they are talking with each other. They look like a couple, how can

this be a lunch meeting. Is it really for business? All those questions are starting to irritate me. But I don’t know why. “alex ssi,

this is our new client, Hwang Tiffany. Tiff, this is our newest architect. Well an intern as of now.” Jae introduced me to her. Tiff,

tsk, they are close. “nice to meet you Ms. Hwang.” I bowed to her. She stand up. And bowed. “nice to meet you too. Wow jae you

have a very pretty architect here.” She said and gave away a pretty smile. Her eye smile is amusing.

“so, we should order now and start talking about business” jae said. Alex carefully eat and watch the two who are chatting non

stop. “alex ssi, where did you took architecture?” tiff asked alex.  alex looked at her,  “uhm, brown university.” Alex simply

replied. “wow! So you lived in NY?” tiff asked (in english) “yeah, actually, I just came here with a friend for a vacation. Its my

first time here.(referring to korea ~its in english)” alex replied.  “oh that explains the fluent English!” tiff said excitedly. “seo is

in NY too right jae? And she’s taking up architecture too.” Tiff looked at jae now. “actually tiff, they are classmates and

bestfriends. Seo’s only friend in NY, you know that brat.” Jae explained laughing. Alex notice how comfortable jae is with her.

They talk about the housing design prepared for tiff. After 4 hours of talking business and chatting, “so, you’re going to think

about it? Call me as soon as possible okay tiff?” jae asked while they are walking towards the exit. Alex walk behind them, still

admiring the closeness of the two. ~”what is this? Why do I suddenly feel down”~ alex thought. “alex ssi, your designs are amazing.

I can’t pick!” tiff said while smiling. Alex can’t deny it, she likes tiffany’s personality.

Jae Joong POV

We walk tiff to her car, “okay jae, I’ll let you know as soon as possible okay? Bye alex, thank you” tiff said.  She got in and drove

away. We walk towards my car now. I notice alex being too silent. “are you okay alex ssi?” I asked her. She’s startled. “huh? Deh!

It’s just too hot today, I feel exhausted.” Alex replied, blocking the ray of sun blinding her. “yeah! It’s too hot today. You want to

grab some ice cream? I know a great place. She nod. she really looks awkward now. We got in the car, and I drove to the ice cream

parlor. TIME OUT GELATO.

 “here we are. This is a great place. I actually know the owner” I said to her. She smiled now. ~yeah that’s right smile.~ I smiled

too. We got out and headed to the store. “good afternoon sir, welcome to TIME OUT GELATO.” A staff said. “go pick what flavor

you want.” I asked her. “uhm I’ll try this blue berry cheese cake flavor” she replied and went to sit on the nearest table available.

I smiled she must be really tired. “give me two of this.” I asked the staff.

Alex wait for jae joong, she looks around. “this place looks good and inviting” she thought. “here you go.” Jae is infront of her and

handed her her ice cream. “waah! This looks good!” alex suddenly utters like a child. Jae smiled. Alex munch on her share. Jae

looked at her amused. “so you really like ice cream huh? I remember you on the store, you’re wearing that overly loose hoodie and

glasses.” Jae said almost laughing now. “yah! Its my disguise you know,” alex replied. then put her right hand over her left side lip

for cover and whispered “I’m a runaway fiancé remember?” she nod to jae like a child. Jae burst into laughter now. “okay okay! Eat

more. But slowly please, look you’re a mess now.” Jae said pointing her cheeks. Alex looked at the window to see what’s jae is

talking about. She laughed at herself. “yah! I’m a mess.” They both laughed.

~we have a new character now. say hello to tiffany hwang, well things are getting interesting between jae and alex ay. but a boom is about to drop. watch out for it in the new chapter.

btw TIME OUT GELATO is actually owned  by Park Yoo Chun's mom. I promised myself that I will go there if my dream korean tour will be pushed through.
