After Kyuhyun's confession, Jongwoon tried not to think about it. Truth be told, he felt happy hearing that Kyuhyun loves him but, Kyuhyun is just a friend. A bit more special than others, but not in that way, he thinks. It worries him because if Kyuhyun likes him that way, isn't he going to get hurt whenever he sees him with Siwon? But, Kyuhyun doesn't want them to change so he'll brush it off and be just how they used to.

They hang out often and Kyuhyun slowly returns to his playful self. In reality, Kyuhyun just wanted to ignore the pang in his chest whenever he remembers that his relationship with Jongwoon was going to remain the same but, he suppose, it's better than nothing.

Jongwoon is lying on the couch in Kyuhyun's apartment while Kyuhyun is in the kitchen attempting to make some chocolate chip cookies. Jongwoon got bored and crept up behind Kyuhyun who was focused on mixing the dough. When Kyuhyun turned around he got surprised when he saw Jongwoon standing behind him.

"Hyung! What the hell?"

"Language, Kyu."

Kyuhyun's hand is on his chest, calming his heartbeat. "You should've said something instead of just standing, that's what normal people do." 

"Right. You're not normal" He added as an afterthought and Jongwoon smacked him.

"I was just curious. You were so quiet."

Kyuhyun rolled his eyes, "Sorry. Does your majesty want me to do a story telling show while I make cookies?" 

"I guess. Tell them about your boring life, my lowly servant"

"Said the one who needs to hang out here to have some company." Kyuhyun said, smirking. Jongwoon pinched his side then ran away to the living room, laughing.

"Ouch, hyung!" Kyuhyun ran after him cornering him on the couch. He rubbed Jongwoon's face using his hands that was covered in flour. Jongwoon tried to pry it away but Kyuhyun was fast. When almost all of Jongwoon's face was white with flour, Kyuhyun stopped and stared.

"You look prettier this way. Next time, we have to cover your whole face." 
Jongwoon kicked him on his thigh.

"Can you not hit me for a day? You're going to kill me, hyung."

"Don't be too dramatic. The least I can do is put you into coma."

"I'll go back to making cookies." Kyuhyun said as he went back to the kitchen.

"Don't leave me here, I'm bored" Jongwoon shouted after him.

"You're old enough to entertain yourself."
