“Hey, you guys ready?!” Jisoo blurted out. Her voice sounded faint from the outside of our dormitory. Lisa and I were still inside the house preparing for a walk in a nearby beach with the others. It was rare to have these unique outings because of our packed schedules. I ignored Jisoo, as I was more worried about where the bikini my mother made for me was.

“Why do you have it!?” I leapt a good 3m towards her without thinking and attempted to snatch it from her; instead, we both landed on my bed behind her. The landing led a small dust cloud accompanied with feathers up in the air. Scared Dalgom off the bed too. There was something weird about the position I was in, and somehow I stopped breathing. Wait, what was this? It didn’t take long for me to realise that my body was on top of hers. Finally, I let out a shriek, “I’m so sorry!!”. I panicked and quickly tried to jump off of her, but that proved difficult. I felt her palms and fingers firmly interlinked behind the nape of my neck. I clenched my jaw not anticipating for what’s to come.

My eyes slowly opened. As I did the first thing I noticed was her eyes gazing at my lips. She was smirking, and I was stunned and speechless. As dazzling as she looked despite my hair hanging down, my face on the other hand probably looked like an oversized chipmunk face with the gravity pulling my cheeks down. Seconds passed, and I couldn’t do anything still. I’m sure that she saw my face turn red. I didn’t know what to do. Why wasn’t I able to escape from her grasp. Then I heard footsteps coming our way. It’s gotta be Jisoo, I swore in my mind and managed to untangle myself from the situation. I stood up on my feet still shaken while Lisa remained on the bed looking somewhat defeated. Jisoo came in at the door, “it’s going to be cloudy soon if we don’t hurry,” Her eyes narrowed at Lisa who was starting to get up. “Really Lis? Your gonna sleep through this amazing opportunity.
