“Okay, open your eyes.” His voice was so close to your ear that it made you shiver, but you managed to stop yourself from gasping by pressing your lips tightly together. Blinking your eyes open you spotted a large building in front of you and how people freely waling towards and from it. They were all busy having deep conversations with each and as you studied the building a little more intently you could guess what it was about. “You took me to an art museum?” You asked, dumbfounded as you turned your head to the guy who showed up beside you. He was grinning, his lips stretched from one side of his face towards the other. You were completely amazed by the effort he had made, and that he had thought about something to do that could possibly cheer you up. You’d heard of this museum before, but you never found the chance to visit it before. Somehow you never had anyone to ask if they’d like to come with you and during other times you were just too busy with your school work. Besides, your parents never wanted to take you towards these sorts of things, afraid to push you ever further into your interests of art. Baekhyun seemed pleased with your reaction, seeing the excitement blooming inside if your eyes. Before you could tell that this was really happening he extended his arm to you, offering it and you happily hooked yours through it so he could lead the way. 

The fear thats someone might caught the two of you here together, and especially if they would see you walking around in such an unprofessional way. It wouldn’t be hard to guess what was going on between the two of you if one of his students spotted you like this. “Did you plan this?” You muttered softly as he handed two tickets towards the lady who was standing near the entrance. She smiled at the two of you and wished you a fun day before she let you pass. Small twinkles were visible inside of his eyes as he looked down on you. “I did, I bought the tickets last week. After that horrible party with my parents I thought we deserved a little day off. I just thought you would enjoy this so…” He shrugged as if it wasn’t a big deal, but you had to turn away from him so he wouldn’t see the emotion written all over your face. You were honestly really touched, surprised that he would do such a generous and sweet thing like this. You were convinced that an environment like this wasn’t his first pick for a relaxing Sunday, but still he wanted to do it because he knew you’d like it. “Hey, what’s wrong?” Sensing that you were too quiet he stopped walking so he could face you. Before you could protest he had placed a finger underneath your chin to lift your head, so that you had no other choice than to look at him. 

“I just…I can’t believe you did this for me.” You muttered softly, ignoring the people who walked around you because the two of you were kind of blocking the way. He smiled sweetly, his expression softened as he removed his hand from your chin just so he could brush a strand of hair out of your face and behind your ear. A tingling sensation was left behind on your skin and you found yourself leaning into his touch willingly. “It’s nothing.” He said, smiling like a food before he slipped his hand in yours and began to tug you towards a long row of paintings that were hanging against the wall. You were glad you had decided to wear something nice for your date. Although your mind still refused to call it such way. You were convinced that as long as you didn’t label things, it didn’t seem as if you were falling for him. Falling for him meant giving into your parents and that was the last thing you wanted right now. You had decided to wear one of the dresses you had bought with him, knowing that he approved the style. As the two of you slowly made your way from one painting towards the other, his hand lingered on your lower back, moving you through the crowd. “Look!” You gasped, pointing towards one of the works at the very back, reading the name of an artist you had admired since you had been a child. You tugged eagerly at his sleeve, and you felt like a child who had gotten lost in a candy shop. Everything was asking for you interest, but now the two of you stilled in front of the large canvas. 

“I don’t understand how someone can make a work this beautiful. I mean look at the colors! It’s like he used the rainbow.” You muttered softly, looking at him to see what kind of reaction the painting got from him. But he wasn’t looking at it, his eyes were attentively gazing at you, watching your every move. A blush colored your cheeks as you noticed how close you were standing to him, your fingers still clinging around the fabric of his sleeve. “Do you like it?” You asked, even more embarrassed when you heard how raw your voice sounded, it was almost as if you were trying to seduce him. He opened his mouth to speak, but got interrupted by a female voice coming from behind you. In shock you turned, seeing a pretty and sensual brunette make her way through the crowd towards the both of you. You’d never seen her before, but it was clear that she knew Baekhyun. “Oh hi! Can you believe how long it’s been. How are you?” She asked, her eyes lingering past you as if you weren’t even there as they took him in. Feeling awkward and uncomfortable you turned your gaze back towards the painting, leaving the two of them to it as they started a conversation. You caught a few words every now and then, it seemed like they were old friend who met in his school. Though the luring tone she used in her voice didn’t exactly please you, you didn’t try to get interfered. “This is Heeri, my girlfriend.” You almost tripped when you were tugged flush against someone’s side, a strong arm wrapping itself around your waist to keep you in place.
