She looked at her phone screen opening her text massages, there it was , the two tick sign indicating he has already seen her message but there was no response.

"-I just wanted to thank you for the CDs …  also you forgot your envelope … I'll bring it for you if you're coming to club anytime soon! Please let me know!"

She mentally read the massage on the screen again and bit her lips as she whispered:

-Probably should have called.

She sighed looking around and then put her earphones in her ears. As she started walking she felt something passing by extremely fast , almost bumping to her before it stopped a few metres away hiding in the empty alley behind the pile of old house appliances.

She looked back at the main street, the sight of a couple of cops running really fast toward where she was standing. It was then when she realized what was going on so she casually looked down at her phone opening up a map application entering a random address in it feeling the footsteps closer and closer.

It was after a few seconds when she felt a hand on her shoulder so she quickly took her earphones out of her ear and looked at the cops slightly confused:

-young lady , havent you seen a young guy running towards here? Did you see where he went?

She put on her most confused natural look and said: -Im sorry … Im trying to find this place … but I think Im lost … can you help me with this?" she then showed them the phone screen

The cops looked at her frustrated as the other one looked at her slightly annoyed and said:

-The young guy … we're looking for a young guy … 20s … slightly taller than you … with long black hair … havent you seen him?

She bowed quickly as she said: Im sorry … I didn’t see anything …

They looked at her in anger panting heavily … she looked around looking lost as she continued:

-oh …  actually … I felt something running past by me very fast… Im not sure if it was the person youre talking about though …

The cop's eyes glowed : - did you see where he went?

-oh … I think … that way … Im not sure though …" she said as she pointed towards the other end of the main street almost opposite to the place she saw the guy hiding.

The cops muttered a quick thanks and ran towards where she was pointing at. She then sighed in relief and looked at them fading as they ran further from her position.

She then looked back at the small alley as she walked closer to the old pile of appliances just sitting there.

-Theyre gone … you can come out now!

She didn’t hear any response so she went even closer turning her phone's flashlight looking under the small table lighting his face with her phone. She then took one of his earphones out :

-Yaaa… theyre gone now … what are you doing?

He closed his eyes immediately with the light hurting his eye and then opened them smiling as he saw her:

-Nuna … I thought you were giving me away …

-Run past me like that one more time and Ill make sure they take you away

He laughed as he came out of the small table following her:

-No you wont … you love me though …

-Do you wanna bet? Try me next time!

-Nuna … don’t be mean

She glared back at him:

-Youre  two years older than me … stop calling me Nuna … makes me feel old.

He came closer wrapping his arms around her torso as he put his head on her shoulder:

-Anyone that cooks me food is my Nuna!

She laughed hysterically: -Seems like Im not one then ..

-Yes you are" he said laughing out loud as he pulled her ...
